Tout se situe autour de la location dans un rayon de 30 km Jardin terrasse vue sur la campagne et proche ( 1 à 2 km) de Martel

Gite très agréable, belle décoration néanmoins il y'a des bêtes dans le bois (un peu dérangeant). C'est le seul point faible du gite. Piscine magnifique comme sa vue dur les plaines de Martel.

Que dire si ce n'est que le lieu et la vue sont superbes; un vrai dépaysement. Depuis la terrasse on a l'impression d'être dans une cabane dans les arbres. Le propriétaire était l'un des plus sympathiques qu'il nous ait été donné de rencontrer depuis que nous louons: disponible, aimant sa région, pas avare de bons plans et de bonnes adresses (à recommander pour manger à Martel, Au hasard Balthazar et et les Saveurs des Halles où la patronne est un ange). Quant à la région n'hésitez pas à prendre les départementales pour découvrir de magnifiques petits villages et paysages que vous ne verrez pas si vous restez sur les grands axes routiers. En bref, le gîte, la région, les gens tout est sympathique !

Une maison aménagée avec goût, le calme, et un beau paysage sous les yeux, tout en étant à proximité de Martel. Un contact agréable avec le propriétaire, de bonnes indications de sa part quant aux balades et visites possibles. Un séjour plein de belles découvertes, dont il nous reste un très bon souvenir. La campagne

Un cadre très agréable avec une belle sortie pour mon garçon (ainsi qu'une balançoire), la maison est mignonne et on trouve à Martel tout le charme d'un beau village et les commodités nécessaires . Je pourrais y retouner à l'occasion. La région est à riche en visites. Un seul bémol : l'humidité du rez de chaussée.

Gîte très charmant

Nous avons séjourné en juillet 2009 dans le gîte Lavande qui se trouve juste à côté et nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Martel est au carrefour d'une multitude de villes et villages à visiter, ainsi que Rocamadour et le Gouffre de Padirac.

J'ai eu l'occasion de passer un WE avec mon homme dans ce gîte. Un WE inoubliable! Le cachet authentique de cet endroit enchante instantanément! Le cadre est très agréable et les propriétaires très chaleureux. Vivement conseillé!

Excellent séjour, plein de charme et de repos

Cette location est idéale pour une famille qui souhaite à la fois se ressourcer et visiter le Lot. Notre séjour a été TRES TRES agréable et placé sous le signe du charme et du repos. Le gîte est très bien équipé et l'accueil du propriétaire extrêmement chaleureux. Ce gîte est vivement à recommander.

coquette location merveilleusement bien située

la location petite mais pleine de charme et confortable.décoration soignée et terrasse en bois à l'ombre d'un arbre qui a été notre lieu de vie du petit déjeuners aux dîners.le village à 5 minutes en voiture est merveilleux: halle ancienne pour le marché, visites historiques aux flambeaux,belle architecture et tous commerces.les alentours proches sont pleins de villages plus beaux les uns que les autres, une baignade en rivière à qq minutes du gîte. propriétaire discret et gentil.une vraie perle cette petite location pour 4 personnes.

Gite et environnement très agréables. Décoration raffinée. Contact très rapide et très enrichissant avec le propriétaire. Les aménagements extérieurs sont soignés et fonctionnels. La vue est superbe. Le repos est garanti. A recommander !
