We purchased Seascape Villas because of it's location. It is close to biking paths, the beach and because of the restroom facilities on the beach makes it convenient. It is also close to Sea pines Plantation,Harbourtown Lighthouse, Coligny Plaza and many restaurants.

There is only one thing are dryer didn't work but all in all really nice place. We will stay there again.
The overall condo was what should be expected for the price paid. With that being said, we ran into some issues. We were met by several roaches when we walked in and they continued to visit throughout our stay. Every dish we pulled from the cabinet had to be washed before use; stuck on food, grease, etc. A half eaten sandwich was discovered behind the trash can and several candy wrappers were scattered around on the floor (hence the roaches!). There was no blanket provided for the pullout coach, luckily we travel with one. When I informed the property management company of the issues their response was "We'll let housekeeping know." We won't be returning to this property.
My sincere apologies that your experience with our cleaning people was unsatisfactory. The management company and I have addressed the issue. In the past my overall experience with that company has been good. The whole complex is sprayed the last week of every month as a preventative measure for any roaches. They have assured me if there is any issue with my unit they will come back and retreat. Thank-you for bringing this to my attention as keeping our unit clean is of utmost importance to us.

We had a great stay! Would definitely recommend this place! Owner was very nice and helpful and so was the rental company! Very clean and had everything we needed! Location was perfect and close to everything! We will be back in June!
Hilton Head April 2018
The unit looked much like the pictures, and the convenience/proximity to the beach was fantastic. Parking was convenient.
However, the hardwood floors were extremely dirty. The dryer in the unit stained three pieces of our clothing! The coffee maker was not working properly, and spattered grounds into the carafe, making the coffee undrinkable.
Other than that, the unit was acceptable, and we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head.
The check in/out process was easy and efficient.

The floor issue has been addressed with the cleaning company and they have assured us that they will take care of the problem. A new coffee pot is being shipped to Hilton Head. I also have made an appointment with Sears to come out and look at the dryer as this was the first complaint that I have had on it, so thank-you for bringing it to my attention. Again I want to thank-you for your comments and I appreciate your review because as previously stated we want to make the experience a very pleasant one for our guests.
My husband and I stayed at your condo for our first wedding anniversary/second honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! It was beautifully decorated, open, and comfortable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking. I am not sure how many people can stay in it, but for a weekend get away for a couple, it was perfect! We will look to see if we can stay there next anniversary as well. Thanks for sharing your place with us!
Seascape is located across the street from the beach and within walking distance to Coligny Plaza where there are shops and restaurants. Also Seascape is close to the entrance of Seapines Plantation and Harbour Town. Seascape Villas have free access to Players Club Pool and Fitness Center located around the corner on Deallyon St. Our unit is in the front of the complex, closer to the bike paths and the beach walk. Seascape has a restroom facility on the beach exclusively for owners and renters.
