There is a one bedroom condo with a pull-out sofa to sleep 4 people. Enjoy a full kitchen stocked with all the essentials for light meal preparation and a high top table for four to dine, and a stacked washer/dryer for any laundry needs. You’ll also find a second TV in the bedroom and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the condo.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk. Seascape residents can also enjoy a private beach cabana (code provided at check-in). There are 2 pools on property, one directly behind the condo and another just around the corner. Kitchen appliances and utensils are included.

Seascape Villa is a short walk to Coligny Plaza, which has shops and restaurants. There are also grocery stores within walking or biking distance. An easy drive to Sea Pines, Shipyard and Palmetto Dunes golf clubs.

With the rental of our condo, we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach cart, beach umbrella, beach games, and a boogie board. Beach accessories can be found inside the condo in the storage closet by the front door. 2 free parking passes included.
