The unit Brigitte, is the ideal place for 2 people who want to spend their romantic holidays inside "palazzo" Bragho', an ancient and noble residence built in 1721, situated in the heart of Tropea town centre, 5 minutes walk to the sandy beach, 10 min walk to train station. Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen with table, chairs, tv, toaster, free WI-FI. Upstairs: wood sleeping loft equipped with small window, one king size bed, fan, air conditioning, wardrobe, tv + indipendent bathroom with hairdryer, bidet and confortable cabin shower. There is also a common beautiful terrasse in Arabian style and common washing machine.
Town centre is closed to all the vehicles of non residential people, the parking is 10 minutes walk to your accommodation. Check in: 16.00 - check out: 10.00, if your train or plane leave after 10.00, you can leave your luggage here and take it before your train or plane departure.

Traumhaft und 100% empfehlenswert

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Menschen in dem kleinen Dorf sind allerliebst. Man lernt sich schnell kennen und wir hatten Spaß. Der Strand ist traumhaft zum einfach mal gar nichts tun. Der Ausflug zum Vulkan Stromboli war spannend. Die kleinen Geschäfte in den verwinkelten Gassen überraschen mit Vielfalt und auch kleinen Gaststätten. wo man gemütlich mal ein Eis essen kann. Um ca. 16°° Uhr beginnt das Leben in Tropea. Da öffnen alle und das Leben am Strand der Götter pulsiert bis mitten in die Nacht. Absolut herrlich.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornano nel monolocale maruska dieci giorni. Il proprietario Pasquale è stato fin dal momento della prenotazione disponibile e gentile. Una volta arrivati a Tropea ha confermato la sua gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci ha fatto trovare l appartamento pronto (prima del previsto), pulito e sistemato. Ci ha consigliato tanti posti e spiagge da vedere, e dove lasciare la macchina senza pagare parcheggio con orari strategici (cosa da non sottovalutare). Inoltre ci ha fornito una tessera sconti per ristoranti e bar, e per le escursioni alle Isole Eolie (fatela,perche ne vale davvero la pena). L appartamento è piccolo (cosa poco importante, a mio avviso,dato che dentro casa ci tornavamo solo per docciarci e dormire) ma in una posizione fantastica:pieno centro e a due passi dal mare..e che mare! Se volete una vacanza in total relax è il posto giusto!

Eindrücklicher Palazzo Braghó in Tropea - ein guter Ort für unbeschwerte Ferien!

Anfangs Mai erwacht Tropea und macht sich wohl bereit für den grossen Ansturm der Touristen im Sommer. Wir haben unsere drei Wochen Ferien sehr genossen. Den guten Eindruck durch die Online-Angaben fanden wir bestätigt! Der Vermieter hat uns gut betreut: er hat uns zu später Sunde vom Bahnhof abgeholt, war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es geschätzt, eine saubere Wohnung mit allem, was wir gebraucht haben, vorzufinden, und die Bett- und Frottéwäsche zur Verfügung zu haben. Auch den Sonnenschirm haben wir gern gebraucht. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, einzig am Wochenende ist nachts die Musik von einer Bar in der Nähe etwas laut. Die nahe gelegene Terrasse hinter dem Dom bietet schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die hügelige Umgebung; auf einer Bank dort lässt sich gemütlich lesen oder schreiben. Zum Einkaufen haben wir verschiedene Möglichkeiten gefunden: kleine Läden in der Nähe und etwas grössere Supermärkte etwa eine Viertelstunde zu Fuss, einen Gemüsemarkt (jeden Morgen) und den grossen Markt jeweils am Samstag. Die vielen Treppenstufen von der Stadt auf dem Felsen hinunter zum klaren, manchmal etwas wilden Meer, sind ein gesundes Fitnessprogramm für Pensionierte wie wir! In der Wohnung liegen viele interessante und hilfreiche Unterlagen auf. Die Tourismusinformation "Pro Loco" gibt gerne Auskünfte für alle möglichen Anliegen. Wir haben lohnende Ausflüge mit professioneller Führung unternommen: mit dem Boot auf die aeolischen Inseln Stromboli, Lipari und Vulcano; mit einem Kleinbus und der Fähre nach Messina und Taormina auf Sizilien. Super Apartment im Zentrum von Tropea

+ Apartment genau so wie beschrieben und wie Fotos abgebildet + Das Wlan war sehr schnell, Küche und Küchenutensilien alle vorhanden. (Leider kein Spülmittel, Salz oder Öl vorhanden) + Bett bequem und sauber + Bad recht geräumig, Handtücher vorhanden + Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit + kostenloser Sonnenschirm + Viele Landkarten und Flyer zur besseren Orientierung + Rabatt-Karte für vier Restaurants und zwei Supermärkte + Gute und schöne Lage + Preis/Leistung hat absolut gestimmt - Bad z.T. nicht ganz sauber, kein Fenster - nächster größerer Supermarkt ist etwas weit entfernt (etwas teurere kleinere aber in der Nähe) Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

Vacanza confortevole

Siamo due ragazze di Torino, abbiamo affittato questa casa per una decina di giorni a fine luglio e ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Il proprietario si è dimostrato da subito molto gentile e disponibile a venirci incontro per qualsiasi cosa dal momento della prenotazione fino alla fine della vacanza. La casa è piccolina ma perfetta per due persone che come noi amano fare vita da mare, inoltre ci teniamo a sottolineare che l'abbiamo trovata molto pulita e completa di asciugamani e lenzuola e, cosa non poco importante, completa anche di ombrellone per il mare. Inoltre il proprietario ci ha lasciato anche una tessera sconti da utilizzare in alcuni bar e ristoranti della zona oltre che per avere uno sconto con l'agenzia che organizza le mini-crociere di un giorno TropeaMar (noi l'abbiamo utilizzata per avere lo sconto sulla gita alle Isole Eolie). L'appartamento si trova, come descritto, nel centro storico in una location molto pittoresca e vicino a tutti i negozi, ristoranti e locali del posto. Anche la scalinata per andare al mare è vicina all'abitazione. Per noi che siamo scese in treno da Torino, Tropea è una città che si presta bene ad essere girata anche a piedi. In conclusione una scelta davvero azzeccata.

Romantische Wohnung, Ideal für Verliebte!!!

Wir waren zwei Wochen im Juli im Appartement "Brigitte". Für uns war es die ideale Wohnung im Zentrum der historischen Stadt Tropea! Zum Strand sind es 10 min zu Fuß die Treppen hinab bei fantastischem Ausblick. Das Zentrum von Tropea ist geprägt von kleinen Gassen und seinem historischen Charme. Sehr romantisch, besonders und einzigartig! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Unser Appartement befand sich in einem wunderschönen Haus aus dem 18. Jahrhundert. Es war funktional eingerichtet und mit allen Dingen ausgestattet, die benötigt werden. Von der Küche führt eine Holztreppe zum Schlafzimmer auf eine Empore. Daran anliegend befindet sich das Badezimmer. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Pasquale, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer ansprechbar. Er gibt Tipps, besorgt das Taxi und hat dazu eine Bonuskarte für Restaurants für seine Gäste. Der fehlende Balkon wird durch die Treppe zur Wohnung kompensiert. Hier blickt man auf das wunderschöne Haus im Innenhof, kann einen Wein trinken und nach Bedarf eine Zigarette rauchen. Bei dieser Gelegenheit bekamen wir sogar von Pasquale eine Flasche Wein geschenkt. Er ist aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen!!! Top Urlaub!!!

"siamo una coppia di bologna, abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana a Tropea!eravamo senza macchina e siamo riusciti comunque a visitare parecchi posti nei dintorni, il treno è a soli 15 minuti a piedi dall''appartamento(in salita, ma fattibili) e volendo rimanere a tropea le scale per arrivare al mare sono vicinissime all''appartamento.L''appartamento è carino e c''è tutto quello che serve, anche lenzuola e asciugamani(cosa che non si trova quasi mai negli appartamenti in affitto), c''è pure un ombrellone per andare in spiaggia!All''arrivo il proprietario,Pasquale(molto disponibile!), ci ha dato anche una carta sconto da usare in ristoranti e bar della zona(veramente validi!), c''è pure uno sconto per un''eventuale giro alle Lipari. riassumendo; noi ci siamo trovati proprio bene! "

"La casa si trova in una ...

"La casa si trova in una struttura molto caratteristica e ben ubicata, proprio al centro del paese e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia che si può raggiungere senza macchina solo tramite una rampa di scale di circa 200 scalini, un pò faticosa al ritorno, ma fattibile (dipende dall''età e dalla salute della persona ovviamente). Il posto è sicuramente da visitare vista la tranquillità e la tipicità, senza contare che il mare è pulitissimo e limpido. Il proprietario della casa è molto disponibile e presente per ogni evenienza o problema. La casa, come da descrizione nell''annuncio, è piccola, ma ideale per chi ne ha bisogno solo per mangiare e dormire. Punti negativi: umidità pazzesca, forse colpa del periodo di villeggiatura, ma con una sola finestra che da sulla cucina la camera da letto nel soppalco è davvero calda nonostante il ventilatore; Lenzuola non fresche e poco apprezzabili al tatto, danno l''idea di "vecchio"; nella cucina mancano le presine per le pentole e asciughini, niente che non si possa risolvere con dello scottex."

"In relazione alla testimonianza positiva della signora Gisella M. tengo a precisare che non ci sono discoteche nel centro storico di Tropea, ma solo ristoranti che sporadicamente solo nel mese di agosto danno la possibilita' di festeggiare qualche compleanno, solo in queste occasioni si puo' ascoltare musica."
