La maison est très propre et idéalement placée pour tout faire à pied sans avoir le bruit (sauf l’église qui sonne très longtemps à 7h du matin… dur en vacances). La terrasse est très appréciable, il faut juste faire attention aux têtes pour la mezzanine et la chambre a l’étage (bas de plafond). Je recommande fortement cette location !

Bon séjour à Vieux Boucaud

Le séjour a mal commencé, la personne qui nous a accueillis et qui nous a indiqué la place de parking , ne nous a pas signalé une clôture en béton noyée dans une haie... Résultat une aile et une portière... Heureusement le reste fût bien meilleur. La maison est idéalement située, à l'entrée des rues piétonnes et pourtant très au calme. Elle est bien confortable, Si ce n'est la méridienne sur laquelle on n'ose pas s'asseoir, et quand bien même on y réussi, on y est mal installé. Un simple canapé serait plus avantageux. On peut tout faire à pieds à partir de la maison. Nous y avons passe un bon séjour.

En revanche, je suis désolée que vous n'ayez pas vu la clôture de notre voisin et je vous rappelle que vous avez à disposition un garage fermé et plusieurs emplacements pour stationner dans la copropriété. Quant à la méridienne, je suis d'accord avec vous. Si son côté esthétique m'avait séduite, je reconnais qu'il est vraiment peu confortable et c'est pour cette raison que j'envisage son remplacement dès la fin de la saison. La maison est on ne peut plus près de toutes les commodités. Commerces, restaurants, lac, arènes. Tout se fait à pied en quelques minutes. Pour les cuisiniers, tout est au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Une suggestion : installer canapé et table basse pour plus de convivialité.

Nous (2 adultes, un enfant de 9 ans, une ado de 15 ans) avons passé un séjour très agréable à Vieux-Boucau, un village très fréquenté, très animé et très dynamique en été, où il est impossible de s'ennuyer quel que soit l'âge. Grâce à son lac et ses plages, il est idéal pour les jeunes familles avec enfants en bas âge, mais aussi pour les plus grands (surf, boutiques, marché bigarré, restaurants...).
