The residence has 3 apartments. On the first floor of the apartment house there principare ref. 3465085 which has a double bedroom overlooking pool and Monte S. Barbara and a second double bedroom with ocean views. The apartment has a bathroom and living kitchen with a sofa and a beautiful covered patio with dining table, where even in the rain you can enjoy the beautiful view. The Sun-suite apartment is on hand in the house facing the pool where there is also the Butterfly apartment ref. 3475776. The Sun-Suitev apartment has a large bedroom with double bed 140 and single bed, bathroom and kitchen with beautiful views of the pool and ocean. This unit also has a large covered patio with dining table and sofa. The whole property has 2000 square meters of outdoor area where the swimming pool without chlorine from mt. 6x12. Guests also BBQ and outdoor kitchen to fry the fish. Apartments with TV, WIFI, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. The residence is home to a maximum of 8 people, so it is very quiet and the large open space makes it possible for all guests to enjoy the views and moments of privacy.

Wonderful stay

Peaceful apartment very well positioned, everything your need is there including basic products. Short drive to Angra do Heroísmo, marvelous hiking trails and nice ocean pools. Patrizia and Constantino were very helpful and their pizzas are so delicious. Would highly recommend this place

Peace and Love in Pesqueiro

We could not ask for a better experience. The hosts felt like family right away and the ocean view was calming and much appreciated. The open space and pool made us feel like we had our own little private resort. The hosts made my daughter feel special with every interaction and we will definitely recommend this place to others. We are definitely coming back as soon as humanly possible. A huge perk for us was that we were located right next to the best pizzeria on the island. Especially if you love traditional Italian pizza. Ciao for now! We truly loved it here.

Perfekte Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Das Apartment bietet Platz für drei Personen und hat alles, was man braucht inkl. Pool und Meerblick. Patricia (spricht deutsch, Italienisch, englisch , portugiesisch) ist überaus freundlich und kümmert sich mit ihrem Mann Constantino rührend um die Gäste. Das hauseigene Restaurant / Pizzeria hat leider nur Freitag bis Sonntag geöffnet. Insgesamt ein sehr gelungener Urlaub zu einem unschlagbarem Preis!

Wohnung mit Delphinblick

Die Wohnung ist sher schön und genau wie beschrieben. Auf dem Anwesen befindet sich eine Pizzeria der Wohnungsbesitzer, man hört und sieht aber nichts von den Gästen, die Bereiche sind klar voreinander getrennt. Dafür kann man sich eine leckere Pizza holen. Vom Esstisch aus hat man einen tollen Meerblick und wir konnten fast jeden Tag Delphine im Meer sehen (mit Fernglas). Als Willkommensgruß gab es eine kleine Ausstattung mit Kaffee, Tee, Butter, Marmelade, Milch und Brot. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Un grand MERCI à Patrizia et à Costantino pour avoir fait de ce lieu un merveilleux havre de paix tout confort et chaleureux sur la côte de Terceira, à partir de laquelle nous nous sommes émerveillés des baleines et des dauphins! Sans conteste, nous y avons également mangé les meilleurs pizzas, tiramisu et limoncelli préparés par nos hôtes d'une générosité incontestable. L'île est à découvrir absolument et de belles randonnées vous y attendent. L'emplacement de cette maison nous a permis de nous rendre aux quatre coins de l'île et de profiter de son confort après de multiples aventures et découvertes. Nous y reviendrons sans nulle doute et ajoutons même une sixième étoile.

Tolle Lage dirket am Meer, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Größe war für zwei Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und zahlreichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ist sehr gepflegt und man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein super Urlaub auf einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Insel!
