Large house to rent for your holidays at Lido di Pomposa with a spectacular sea view.
This is a three-room apartment on the 5th floor in a condominium facing the sea, consisting of: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with two beds, bathroom with washing machine and shower, large balcony facing the sea, place numbered car. Recently renovated and very nice. 4 + 2 beds.
THE PRICE TAXES (to be paid locally and in cash) equal to € 0.30 PER PERSON PER NIGHT, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to pay.
In the price IS NOT INCLUDED THE CITY TAX (€ 0.30 per person per night, up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights). Children under the age of 12 are excluded from the payment.
EXTRA SERVICES ON REQUEST (with payment on site):
Bed linen: € 5.00 per person per change;
Bath towels: € 5.00 per person per change;
Final cleaning: € 55.00

Grazie Larissa per essere stati nostri ospiti, ci dispiace che siate partiti in anticipo per via del maltempo. Questo purtroppo non dipende da noi. La casa non so come possa essere definita fatiscente dato che è stata ristrutturata recentemente e corrisponde alle fotografie. Per le stoviglie se proprio non erano di vostro gradimento avreste potuto comunicarclo e ve le avremmo cambiate.
Se guarda attentamente la descrizione dell'immobile c'è l'elenco delle lingue che noi parliamo.
Per quanto riguarda il Lido di Pomposa, è un piccolo paesino sul mare e comunque i 4 negozi forse erano quelli vicino al suo condominio.
In ogni caso pensiamo che l'aver trovato per la maggior parte dei giorni il maltempo abbia influito sulla sua opinione.

Sehr Gute Wohnung mit toller Aussicht
Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in Lido di Pomposa!
Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und war sehr sauber und für 4 Personen geräumig geschnitten. Der große Balkon bot einen herrlichen Ausblick auf das Meer. Der Strand war 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Roberto und sein Team haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Es gab sorgfältig zusammengestelltes Informationsmaterial zum Aufenthalt, was sehr hilfreich war. Der gesamte Kontakt war sehr freundlich.
Ein Parkplatz ist für die Wohnung im Innenhof vorhanden. Es war sehr gute erholsame Zeit.
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter,
Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und das Appartement liegt nur wenige Meter vom Strand und Meer. Super Meerblick vom Balkon aus.

Super Urlaub
Das Feriendomizil hat eine Super Ausstattung und liegt direkt an einem wunderschönen Sandstrand. Das Apartment wurde uns sauber und ordentlich übergeben. Der Check-in ist problemlos und schnell verlaufen. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle super freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub war super erholsam und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
