About this property

Villa with spectacular views Troias SW

Well-maintained holiday home near the sea and the city, but still in a very quiet area on a small hill with beautiful sea views. Plot of around 1300m2, with citrus trees, palm trees, lawn and variety of plants. The pool is 5x10m with an outdoor shower. From the (non-enclosed) parking area, you reach the house entrance via some steps. The property has an independent kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer. Two double bedrooms with single beds and air conditioning, one bathroom with shower and a toilet. A large living-dining room with TV/SAT, sea view and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool. The house has central heating, so it is suitable for winter months (ask for price) and there is also a fireplace in the living room but it cannot be used. Next to the parking area there is a large storage room with a washing machine. The beach is 500m away, bars/restaurants 1km and the city 2km.

According to municipal regulations, barbecues with fire are not allowed from 1 June to 15 October.



Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is WiFi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Atención impecable por parte del equipo de carlos ferien. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar sea la hora que sea. El chalet, aunque ya tiene sus años, es muy acogedor y cumple con lo que se espera de una casa de vacaciones. La piscina genial y la ubicación también muy buena. Solo hubo un problema con el calentador que fue resuelto en poco tiempo. Por lo demás todo genial

Es geht ausschliesslich um das Haus.

Lage des Hauses ist gut. Auch die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Lampenschirme und Spiegel in den Schlafräumen sind wirklich nicht mehr Zeitgemäss.Gehweg zum Pool ist gefährlich da die Platten spitze und scharfe Kanten haben, das die Platten zerbrochen sind kommt von den Baumwurzeln.
