Maison de luxe avec des plafonds hauts et plan d'étage ouvert est entouré par la jungle. Maison de deux étages dispose d'une grande cuisine moderne avec des appareils haut de gamme, chambres en bas cool, AC, wifi, et un lecteur DVD et moniteur de plein écran (pas de câble ou par satellite, apportez votre Chromecast ou Netflix informations de connexion). Belle piscine d'association nichée dans la flore (fleurs tropicales, des bananes et des mangues) et la faune (singes hurleurs et iguanes). Courte promenade à manger excellente, la musique et le shopping. Dix minutes de marche Pristine Playa Guiones, 3, 5 mile plage de sable blanc avec toujours un grand surf. Nous avons un système de réserve d’eau de 200 gallons pour les périodes de faible pression d’eau à Nosara et un système d’énergie solaire avec batterie de secours permettant aux systèmes critiques de fonctionner pendant les pannes de courant. L'association a son propre agent de sécurité de 16h à 22h, lorsque les gens vont souvent au coucher du soleil ou au dîner. Nous avons également un système de sécurité électronique.

This is a beautiful, very private property in easy walking distance from the beach and town. It’s very well appointed and well kept- spotlessly clean and everything in good working order. The kitchen has everything needed to make full meals at home. The trees around the property are full of wildlife and the pool was clean, beautiful, and refreshing. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will definitely return.

My teen children and I had a wonderful stay at the house. It was very well equipped, clean, and a convenient location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Nosara. The pool area exceeded our expectations. I would recommend this property to any family!

Beautiful home!

It's such a gorgeous place, with garden all around. The host made us feel at home and the whole check-in process was very simple and quick. The house is spectacular and very comfortable. The kitchen is completely stocked and the bedrooms are extremely quiet with comfortable beds. This house is a jewel in the middle of Nosara. Will definitely stay there again in the near future.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home and one of the cleanest properties we have stayed. There were plenty of towels to use for the pool/beach. There were lots of games and movies available. Walking distance to restaurants although a little too far for us in which we would have to carry our 3 & 1 yr old. Security guard always present and home had additional security doors. We felt safe and had no issues. Would recommend this home.

Lovely, but would have been much better without septic problem!

The house and location were great. We really enjoyed the living area upstairs. The pool was nice. We really enjoyed our stay overall. However, the full to flooding septic system made the downstairs bedroom level musty, moldy and wet. It took us 5 days of questions and complaints to management to discover what the problem was and get it fixed. After that, the downstairs was much much better. I wish it had been like that the whole week!

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Del Mar. the location was great and an easy walk to shops, coffee and restaurants. Property team was very responsive to minor needs that came up. We saw monkeys from the back balcony, the pool was a nice amenity and the house was very comfortable.

Great base to explore Guiones and neighboring beaches

Very nice property. Comfortable. Well equipped (including solar for reliable power!) and secure. Communication with hosts was great. Enjoyed the pool. Easy walks to restaurants, a small grocery store, the local farmers market (Tuesday mornings) with fresh fish and organic produce, and the beach. Highly recommend.

Great Location, Home could use some TLC

We loved this home for its proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. It really couldn't be beat. The home itself was beautiful and well laid out with living areas on the main level and bedrooms located in the daylight basement. The owners do seem to be investing in the property, with a new queen-sized mattress (sadly, we couldn't use it because they didn't purchase a mattress pad making it unpleasant to sleep on) and living room furniture. Someone came by during our visit to check the range for replacement too. The a/c was not working in the queen bedroom when we checked in, but we called and management had it repaired the same day. The basement bedrooms were dank. There were dehumidifiers installed in all rooms which kept them dry, but there was a bit of an odor to them. Wifi stinks, but I think it's a town-wide problem. Would not recommend this location if you are an unfortunate soul who needs to work on vacation. The pool is amazing. It's perched on the highest point and you can hear the ocean when it's quiet. We were often the only people there and it was only busy once or twice during our seven-day stay. The property's porches were also great for coffee during cool mornings. Management was also very good. Made sure to check on us during our drive in, showed us the property at check-in and responded to our requests for service and even brought us a brand-new full-sized coffeemaker within an hour or two of our request. I would rate this property lower if not for the great management, location and pool. I would also highly recommend it for families due to ample private space.

Fiber optic internet service has become available in Nosara, and we have upgraded to that at a bandwidth of 100Mbps. The wifi router has both 2.5 and 5 G service, and good coverage through the entire house.

We so enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials.

The swimming pool was fun for children and relaxing for adults. The beach and the nearby town were easily accessible with walking paths. Having a washer and dryer were essential for our stay. Super Nosara, grocery store, was an easy driving distance for fresh food to cook. The entry area, front porch, with table and chairs and additional chairs was wonderful for playing cards, board games, conversation, and reading in the late afternoon. We loved staying at this property. A great vacation rental. Hospitality was excellent.

Perfect spot for our family of four

We loved our stay! The house is roomy, comfortable and well stocked for cooking, relaxing and engaging in all the great outdoor activities ! The grounds were also very pretty and well maintained. The house is centrally located and easy to access beaches, restaurants, and shopping. The pool was beautiful and had great shade so that you could have a nice break from the sun! Management was super helpful, pleasant and responsive. We would gladly stay here again!

Beyond our expectations

The house was beautifully decorated with teak overtones, comfortable beds, nice bathroom and showers, outside shower, quiet area, well thought out landscape, nice pool. AC worked great. Was better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this place.

The bungalow is perfect for a small family. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants (less than 10 mins.) the unit is stocked with everything that you need. Very private and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

Relaxing, great accommodations and central location

We just returned from a relaxing stay in Nosara. Loved the villa! As advertised, it is a short 5-10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. It's located close to area shops and restaurants as well. The villa was well-appointed and we had everything we could possibly need. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the pool was wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home and pool.

We arrived at Casa Del Mar and staff were there to let us in and navigate us through the ins and outs of things. We loved being able to hang by the beautiful pool nestled in the gorgeous greenery of the jungle. The house was lovely like the pictures and cool during the day with the air conditioning on. The kitchen was well equipped. Internet worked okay for the most part, but got a little slow during the evenings. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the lovely beach and had wonderful daily surf sessions there, Central Guiones and North Guiones restaurants and groceries were also a 10 minute walk . We did get a golf cart for the second week which made the trips faster :-) Our time in Nosara was amazing and we would most defintiely come back to Casa Del Mate and we highly recommend it.

Fantastic tropical adventure home base!

We loved our stay in this well-stocked and comfortable home during our time in Nosara. Our two children, ages 6 and 2, were very comfortable in the bunk bed room, and we appreciated the comfy king bed. Bedrooms in the walk-out basement stayed cool and dark...perfect for sleeping after surf, yoga and play. Great linens, towels, ample hot water, AC for night time, consistent high speed internet, DVD player with wifi enabled TV, and all we needed for cooking, etc. were present in the house. Tasteful decorations, too, made this feel like a home, not an over-used rental. We were super impressed with the local rental company who helped with the reservation...excellent check in and out procedures, and very responsive with a minor water and alarm issue we had. They maintained great communication and professional service before and during our stay. The saltwater pool, which we often had to ourselves, was definitely a highlight, as were the howler monkeys in the nearby mango trees. The 10-15 minute schlep to the beach with two kids, beach stuff, and surfboards sometimes felt long in the very humid weather and on slick muddy roads...on a future trip we might choose to rent a golf cart or ATV from this location. The north part of Guiones, which was close to the house, was a great beach home base for both surfing and tide pool exploration with the kids. We rented a bike and boards from nearby Frog Pad, and were super pleased with their service. If you want to be within walking distance to the beach, good mini-market and restaurants, but off the busier main street of Guiones, Casa del Mar might be the perfect place for you! We very much enjoyed our adventurous stay at Casa del Mar in Nosara Verde!

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family of six stayed in this lovely home. It is an amazing location; steps away from a wonderful pool, a short walk to the beach, and yummy restaurants. The property manager was extremely helpful in making sure we had everything we needed. There are adventures around every corner! We surfed, zip lined, visited a monkey sanctuary. We watched incredible sunsets nightly. An unforgettable trip!

Amazing

Nature, ocean, waves, sunset and anything you need to relax. What a fantastic house and a great location. A short walk to town or an unbelievable beach and steps away from an unbelievably relaxing pool. The sunsets are amazing and lots of great places to eat. We did a kayak tour down the river, ziplined in the mountains, enjoyed the relaxing pool, had fun in the waves and ran on the beach for miles. Anything you want to do is right there in front of you. Be adventurous! And when you need to relax for a bit enjoy the terrific house with a great porch for hanging out and enjoying a glass of wine. I'll be back!

Paradise

Our family of four stayed here for 10 days in April. What a perfect place to unwind! Our two girls, ages 5 and 8, loved the salt water pool with a fountain, which is just steps from the front door. We had the pool to ourselves every day but one. We spent our mornings at the pool or walking on the beach, and our afternoons relaxing in this beautiful home (the hammocks and outdoor showers are fun!), eating amazing food, and boogie boarding on Playa Guiones Beach. There are also plenty of adventures to be had, we especially liked the surfing lessons at Coconut Harry's and the monkey sanctuary. You do not need a car to get around here, but if you have little ones a golf cart/jungle cart is a must, and so fun for the kids. This little seaside surfing and yoga community is off the beaten path but full of wonderful food, fun shopping, adventures, and kind locals. The house has all of the comforts of home and is spacious, air conditioned, beautifully decorated, and with a well-appointed kitchen. We will be going back!

This place has it all

For those looking for an active and exciting adventure or a laid back relaxing getaway, this place has it all. Close proximity to the beach for sunrise surfing or sunset yoga, the house also features a saltwater pool just steps from the front door. Walking distance to local shops and delectable restaurants. Zip lining, deep sea fishing, ATV tour - so many fun memories and can't wait to go back to make more!

We first came to Nosara in 2011, bought the house in 2013, and have come for ever longer stays to enjoy the surf and the awesome community. We love people being able to come and stay and enjoy the Nosara vibe!

We love our neighborhood; its one of the few non-commercialized places left in Guiones. Our home is nestled way off the street, which has little traffic and a friendly vibe.

We love the comfort of our house and the friendliness of our community. People always comment on the pool and how beautiful the area around it is! We also think having backed-up solar power, water, double internet, and security make people feel comfortable about their basic needs. Also, the screened in deck in Nosara is rare, and we use it all the time!
