The apartment is located 800 metres from the sea and close to shops.<br><br>Non-smoking rental.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Prices per night are valid only for very short stays (2 nights). Rates for stays between 3 and 6 nights available upon request.<br><br>The prices listed include utilities (water, electricity, heating) but exclude the tourist tax, which must be paid on-site upon arrival (€0.80 per adult per night).<br><br>Weekend rentals available only during the off-season: Rates upon request (rental begins Saturday at 12:00 PM). Friday check-in is possible at no extra charge only if the apartment is not already booked (please enquire on Wednesday to confirm availability).<br><br>Optional end-of-stay cleaning (€30); linens available for rent at €10 per person per week (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, tablecloths, tea towels, etc.).<br><br>A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking; the balance is due upon key pickup along with the security deposit (€250).<br><br>We accept ANCV holiday checks, but only for direct bookings.<br><br>We also have other apartments available for 2 and 4 people; please feel free to contact us for more information.
