Sunny and bright bedroom in an apartment, built in the year of 1936.
A classic big bedroom ideally ideally located in the suburb, one of the best accessible places of Amsterdam. Walking distance to the the RAI conventions center where international and local conferences and events are held.
There are cafe’s, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby. Close to the Martin Luther park and the river of the Amstel.
The apartment building has 3 floors and the bedroom is within 2 floors. One notable aspect however is its limited noise insulation a characteristic indicative of it's original structure. There are neighbours living above and below. The noise insulation is limited so walking noise is therefore to be heard in the building.
The bed room consist of a king size bed and is carpeted.
Public transports are 10/12 minutes walking distance.
Train stations : RAI and the Amsel station.
Trams and Metro going to the city center. (10/12 minutes walk to the stations). With the tram, it will take you 20 minutes to be at the centre, while with the metro is 12 minutes.
FOR BOOKIN/ INQUIRY : AN ID and a PICTURE is requred to be presented with your message through the booking application.
Parking is available but with hourly/ daily parking rate.
Trams and Metro stations are 10 minutes walk.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
This is a shared apartment and spaces like the Kitchen, Dining area/ office and the Balcony is shared with me. However, I am mostly out, rest assured you will have the privacy you need.
No shoes are allowed inside the premises however there are slippers available for your use or you can bring your own pair.
To avoid any misunderstandings and inconvenience, please read the Policy and Guidelines of the property attached in the booking confirmation.
No visitors/ sleep overs are allowed in the property.
Late arrivals after 23:00h a waiting fee will be charged in cash of €40,00.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und bekamen gleich Tipps fürs Essen gehen und die Warnung vor den Parkgebühren. Das Problem mit dem Autoparken war aber auch das einzige Problem, das wir hatten. Die Ferienwohnung ist soo hübsch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gab alles was man benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Tram Nr. 12 fährt nur einige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt und fährt bis zum Bahnhof an den Museen und am Blumenmarkt vorbei. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen!

Séjour à Amsterdam

Grace a été très accueillante et flexible avec les horaires d’arrivée. L’appartement est très propre, la salle de bain et la chambre sont très grandes. Tolles Appartement in Amsterdam

Das Appartement ist sehr ästhetisch und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und in der Küche findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Mit dem Rad ist man in einer Viertelstunde Stunde in der Altstadt. Grace ist eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Grace è un'ottima persona, accogliente e disponibile. La casa è grande, dotata di tutti i comfort e super pulita. Se c'è bisogno di qualcosa in particolare si può chiedere a lei tranquillamente e se possibile Grace ve lo farà trovare.
