Beautifui Entertainer Home in Our Vineyard With Pool, Spa, and Deck With Views.

This 5 bedroom 4 bathroom main residence sits at the top of our 10 acre property with spectacular views of the vineyard, oak trees, and the rolling hills of Templeton and Paso Robles.

The property was completely remodeled in 2014. The first floor of the main residence consists of two bedrooms which sleep up to four people each, a bathroom, the living room, television sitting area, dining room, and spacious kitchen. The kitchen has all new appliances including an large icemaker and wine cooler. French doors open to the patio with an outdoor dining space and views of the vineyard. Upstairs consists of the family room and big screen television, bar, dining area, a bedroom and bathroom, washer and dryer room, and the master suite. The master suite and family room have french doors leading the the upstairs deck which offers amazing views of our property and the rolling hills and oaks of Templeton in the distance.

Our backyard features a pool, fire pit, covered dining area, covered bar and restroom. We also have a bedroom suite off the pool patio with pull out sofa, bathroom, and mini kitchenette.

With the main house and pool suite we can sleep up to 10 people. Our 'Book It' button rates are for up to 10 people.

Additional lodging on the property is available for up to 8 more guests. Please inquire about the additional cost. We will update your 'Book It' quote depending on the number of additional guests over 14.

Why Leigh Anne Farley chose Central Coast

We discoverd the beautful Central Coast region in the 1980s when family friends built a vineyard in the Paso Robles area. Since then we have been coming to the Paso Robles area yearly for wine festivals dreaming of one day having our own vineyard. In 2012 a family friend who has been in the area for over 30 years as vineyard manager and winemaker informed us that a 10 acre property in Templeton was on the market. Here was the opportunity to realize our family dream. Over the last two years we have worked diligently to revive the vineyard and renovate the buildings. Now we'd like to share our dream vineyard with you.

What makes this estate unique

An ideal setting for a wedding in our central garden overlooking the vineyard. We also offer a 1550 square foot barn for receptions and/ or rehearsal dinners and other milestone events.

Some of the area's best wineries are just minutes away.

Great place-

We stayed here for a family reunion. Everyone had a great time and there were lots of public spaces for people to gather throughout the day. The pool is small but accessible and the outdoor fireplace was a great place to gather each evening. The location is very picturesque and is accessible to Pismo Beach, Lake Nacimiento, SLO.

Only caveat is that they retained a large part of the deposit for what were unreasonable charges inspite of the substantial cleaning fees. So make sure you inspect the place thoroughly at check in and point out preexisting conditions so that you don't get stuck with the blame.

Beautiful house!

Group of sixteen adults for wine tasting weekend. We were so comfortable and there was plenty of room. Make sure you add rooms in the apartment and barn (amazing) if you have a large group. The house was well-supplied and very well maintained. Would definitely return!

Best Friends' Weekend

We had a lovely best friends' gathering at the impressive Wilson property. What a relaxing and breathtaking escape for 12 adults and 2 toddlers. The kitchen was fully appointed for cooking hearty meals to feed our hungry group. We took full advantage of the wine fridge, ice maker, gas range, ovens, and outdoor gas bbq. There was plenty of space for activities and entertainment. We sang karaoke (brought our own system), played games, squeezed in some bball, caught the stunning sunset from that spacious upper deck, and chillaxed by the pool, in the hot tub, and around the fire pit. The kids squealed with delight, visiting with the goats and calling out to the horses in the adjacent property. The little ones also enjoyed a quick jaunt to nearby Jack Creek Farms (honey tasting, lassoing, rabbits, goats, etc.)

Some things to note: The bathrooms are gorgeous, but the water pressure was on the weak side. The dishwasher was a little tricky/buggy to operate. There is a strict noise ordinance after 10pm. Obviously, none of these were dealbreakers for us, but the info might be helpful for others.

Finally, a huge S/O goes to Leigh Anne for being incredibly responsive, accommodating, and helpful. This was indeed a stellar VRBO experience.

Fantastic Location for Company Retreat

This property was the perfect location for our annual company retreat. Leigh Anne was unfailingly responsive and the property was in immaculate condition upon arrival. The amenities really are as comfortable and high-end as they look. The separate living spaces provide great options for a larger group. We will be back.
