Grand 2 pièces avec terrasse (75m²) très lumineux en traversant, au 2ème étage d'un immeuble de 3 étages. Hébergement possible pour 3 personnes. TERRASSE privative et véranda avec mobilier de jardin pour se reposer. Idéalement situé au CENTRE VILLE, dans un quartier animé et populaire près de la Place de la Comédie. A proximité des commerces, de la gare Saint-Roch et des tramways. Meublé tout confort. Linge et serviettes de bain fournis.1 lit futon (160 cm) et 1 lit gonflable (120 cm) ou pliant (90 cm) dans le salon (sur demande)..
Consommation d'électricité en supplément pour les locations au mois.
Les arrivées et départs se font avec un représentant de l'appartement entre 7h et 23h avec un supplément de 15€ à régler sur place pour un départ entre 7h et 9h et une arrivée entre 21h et 23h.

Bright and comfortable charming large one bedroom flat (75 sqm) with large private paved terrace and small conservatory right in the town centre near the place de la Comedie. It is conveniently located for local amenities and is less than 5 minutes' walk from the train station. Recently redecorated, the flat is fully furnished to a high specification. The flat comprises one large double bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) with the possibility to set up an air bed on request or a single folding bed ; one large lounge with a dining table, a comfortable sofa and several armchairs - ; one fully equipped eat-in kitchen ; one fully tiled bathroom with shower over bath and one terrace with outdoor dining area and barbeque. Enjoy a fresh air on the beautiful terrace. For the entertainment we have TV, internet and stereo system available for you. The flat is on the second floor of a three storey high 1920 building. In case you are with a car there are several nearby public parkings. Stay with us and enjoy the time spent with a comfort!
Additional cost for the electricity used per month
Greeter’s hours are strictly from 7.00am and 11.00pm.
For check-in from 9.00pm and 11.00pm and for check-out from 7.00am and 9.00am, the guests will be charged 15€, to be paid to the greeter.

It was a really lovely place to stay. Convenient for station, trams and wandering the old town. The appartment had everything you needed and is roomy and airy and has a nice quiet terrace, so you can sit outside. Despite not having air conditioning - only fans - it felt cool inside, even though it was up to 40 degrees outside. Ingrid, who looks after the appartment was very welcoming and friendly.

Fabulous place

We enjoyed our one month stay here very much. It’s ideally located to transportation and the old city. It’s comfortable and quiet. Our host met us at the train station and was very good at communicating. We will stay here again if we find ourselves back in Montpellier.

Excellent stay

I based myself here while exploring the region. The apartment is very walkable for all the main sights in Montpellier, and the proximity to train and tram network is excellent. The neighbourhood is lively; it can be noisy at night but is perfectly safe and friendly. The apartment is cosy and perfect for 1-2 people with all the amenities you might need. Communication with the host was easy. I felt at home and can recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful apartment with wonderful outdoor space

We had a really nice stay here! Merci beaucoup! Two points of information might be helpful: 1) the neighborhood can be noisy at times, but closing the windows (amazing windows!) solves that problem; 2) when temperatures soar, as they did this summer, the apartment can be hot, though the fan in the bedroom helps--also Montpellier cools off at night.

Wonderful

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the decor. We enjoyed our evening drinks with the balcony windows open or sitting in the back terrace. The location was very convenient, walking distance to various attractions and restaurants. The neighbourhood was noisy at night but we were able to shut most of it out by closing the windows. I would recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you for having us!

Great stay in Montpellier

Lovely apartment in gorgeous Montpellier with a beautiful back deck. The living room and bedroom were quite comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathroom perfectly sized for the two of us. Loved the two large windows in the living room which made it bright and airy. The neighborhood was very safe although a little noisy in the early evening. The property managers were great and even spoke English which was an added plus since our French unfortunately is very limited. Overall a perfect choice!

Ingrid, who checked us in, was very nice and helpful. She explained how the appliances and TV worked (Including trying to find us some American stations) and helped us out when we needed emergency dental work.- The location was really perfect for our needs. We took a number of day trips via train and the location just a few minutes walk from the apartment worked out perfect. The main square, Comedie, the historic core, large grocery stores and farmers’ markets were all within 10-15 minutes on foot (smaller markets are much closer). We also love to walk and found lots of interesting sights to see within walking.- The living area was quite spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the building was very quiet and we slept well.Note that electricity is extra. This is apparently listed on the French VRBO website, but not the American version for some reason. The host did make us aware of this right after we booked so we did have the option to cancel but we agreed to pay.

Location, location with class

Laurence was helpful at the time in Paris in flawless English with travel details getting me from CDG to Montpellier. Her on the scene "concierge," Eddie, was wonderful with check in and during. At 76 I found the two flights of stairs quite manageable with ample stairway lights and very sturdy handrail. I use "class" instead of "charm," because this has all one could want with "Vieille France" but with all the modern updates. Everything works, and you are steps away from all the action! Chapeau!

Comfortable apartment

I spent the month of July staying in this well situated Montpellier apartment. Laurence and her local assistant, Juliette, were both very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The apartment is very comforably furnished with everything you need and is clean and well maintained. I particularly enjoyed the terrace (eastern exposure) in the evenings. The living room and bedroom face the street and there can be lots of activity in the early morning hours (people hanging out on the street talking). I found that closing the windows and turning on the fan kept the place quiet and comfortable. The train station is a five-minute walk so it's very convenient for day trips to Provence. All the he tram lines also stop in front of the train station so it's easy to explore Montpellier. I had a wonderful time staying here and would stay again. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay

We had looked at many places to stay for a month in Montpellier and choose this apartment because of its proximity to the station and central location in the city. The description of the place was absolutely correct and we loved our stay. The pictures reflect the character of the apartment very well. There is a good size living room with a big round table and seating area, a bedroom with an area to hang all your clothes, and a lovely kitchen where two people can have cozy meals. The terrace in the back must be great to sit around on summer evenings but we did not use it that much because of the time of the year we were visiting. The apartment had a nice assortment of guides and maps in French and English of the region. We did not have a car and travelled mostly by tram, train, and bus all over the area. In the evening, it was always nice to come back to a familiar place after a long trip.

Joli appartement avec une grande terrasse

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans le joli appartement de Mme Martin Du Pont. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable, joliment décoré. Très bien équipé pour cuisiner ! Nous avons adoré la grande terrasse ensoleillé. Quartier sympa à deux pas de la gare, de le place de la Comédie et des commerces. Nous reviendrons !

Nous apprécié notre séjour dans le confortable appartement de Mme Martin Du Pont. Belle décoration, bien équipé, belle cuisine indépendante ouvrant sur une grande terrasse ensoleillée. I spent 6 weeks at this apartment. The owner Laurence came to the train station to greet us and take us to the apartment as the main train station is less than 5 minutes away. The apartment is spacious and comfortable full of memorabilia from her travels. All the important necessities which you need: toilet paper, soap, washing up liquid, washing powder, coffee and so on was there. The apartment's location for seeing the sights of Montpellier is ideal. The tram lines stop minutes away from the apartment. Major shopping centre is also at your door step. This is a good location if you are visiting Montpellier to see the city and its surroundings.

Fabulous stay in Montpellier

We enjoyed a perfect stay in your wonderful homely appartement. We particularly appréciated Being able to breakfast outside on your terrace, pure bliss in April. We were relieved the appartment is just out of the center, as it is quieter, with all local ameneties, but removed from all the tourist traps. Thanks for having thought of everything in your cosy appartment. It made our stay very spécial. We're thinking of returning next year for Easter. Fantastic.
