A beautiful holiday

It was a very beautiful holiday. We loved the house. It's a very nice place. The house have a lot of place. The trees around the house are great because in the house it's not so warm. The sea is near. In the front of the house is on the sea a little natural pool. Our little girl like it so much. And the supermarket is not far away. We need our car not because Maslinica is 4 Minutes with the feed away. It was a very relaxed holiday.

Well maintained white & blue cottage style house

From the communication with the owner who provided lots of useful recommendations, to the swift check-in and check-out process, the clever layout of the house on a small footprint, the two lovely large bathroms with walk-in showers and the vast outdoor areas .. everything is well organized and maintained. Out of the 4 bedrooms three offer a double bed and the Master bedroom 2 separate single beds. The very near village comes in handy for daily groceries. The sea is quite strong at the place - yet provides a beautiful backdrop for day and evening vistas. All the best conditions for a carefree holiday with friends ...

Absolutely marvelous

Comfortable and quiet house: rooms, kitchen, BBQ, outside furniture, silent at night (and day), surrounded by pine forest. Excellent location: 5 minutes walk from the port of Maslinica, where you have some nice restaurants and a supermarket. Rock beach just across the street, where you can have nice swimming experiences, and from where you can see marvelous sunset views. You can spend all day in the house and the rock beach ☺ If you have a little boat you can visit nearby beaches and bays, as Solta is full of them. Radman family will help you in everything that you should need to make yours a special stay. I would recommend it to anyone, except if you don’t feel comfortable walking to the village. We will repeat the experience!!

The best combination - sea and pine trees

It was an unforgettable vacation. The house, the terrace, and the beach - above all praise! We walked with our dogs along the shore and I am fairly sure I can say that this house and surroundings are the best! Other houses have too little pines or too high descent to water or they are too close to the road, but this villa is perfect in all respects. Is has everything you need and even more. Special thank for coffee! The owner (Stephane) was very hospitable and helped us on any issue. We're looking forwad to coming here again!

Amazing location and great place to stay in Maslinica!

We had a great stay. The host was very helpful and offered us a lot of information about the area and tips and recommendations. Check in and out was very straightforward with Anna, who was really helpful – especially when we had one small hiccup with the internet, which she helped us to fix. Overall the place is just as it appears in the pictures and a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We're certainly thinking about booking another trip. Top tip: bring mozzie repellent! They were everywhere! And use the fabulous BBQ. :-)

Que dire de plus que tout ce qui est déjà si bien dit sur les appréciations antérieures ? Elles sont toutes conformes : le lieu, la maison, la note global de 4,9/5 et la gentillesse de son propriétaire. On n'a plus envie de partir quand on y est et une fois parti on ne rêve que d'y retourner au plus vite.... merci

Vacances de rêve sur l’île de Solta à découvrir absolument, tout proche de Split, facile d’accès La maison dispose d’un point de vue imprenable sur la mer, au calme et à deux pas de la marina, bars, restaurants et supérette La maison est très jolie, agréable, très clean et bien équipée . Une immense terrasse surplombe la mer, et laisse place à la contemplation, ou des grillades au barbecue... Et surtout la chance d’avoir une « plage privée » à 2 mètres! Propriétaire sympathique et de bon conseil, les croates sont très gentils. Irrésistible envie de rester

Un lieu idylique

Villa et séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances: calme, mer à nos pieds, maison très fonctionnelle et bien équipée, tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur. Nous avons profité des bons conseils de Stéphane : petits restaurants dans les villages, visites etc...Il répond toujours judicieusement à nos questions. Très chouette

Un bel endroit serein à juste distance d'un petit port sympathique. La mer d'un bleu magnifique à portée de main, les cigales à gogo et une maison agréable. Un très chouette séjour sur une ile préservée.

Éden tranquille

Un endroit "pieds dans l'eau" parfait pour ceux qui aiment être tranquilles sous les pins face à la mer. La maison est pratique et confortable pour apprécier les joies du soleil et de la chaleur sans en souffrir (vent et climatisation). Une petite-fille sobre mais heureusement encore assez authentique où l'on se baigne dans des eaux turquoises. Bref thé place to be quand on est amoureux des paysages idylliques encore un peu sauvages

We had a great week in Maslinica.House is perfect and has everything you need.

Relax on the huge terrace or go snorkelling from the quay by the sea.we rented a boat from Aventur which was great.visited the little bays around the island as well as blue lagoon etc.

Sehr schön und erholsam

Wir waren zu dritt an diesem schönen Platz - ganz ruhig und nur wenige Schritte zum Meer zu einer kleinen betonierten Einstiegstelle. Nur wenige Minuten in das kleine Örtchen Maslinica, so dass man mal schnell zum Essen oder Eis oder Sundowner gehen kann. Das Haus - insbesondere die Küche - ist gut ausgestattet. Wir haben Lust bekommen, nochmal wieder zu kommen.

Perfect stay on the island!

The place has it all. Sea, sun, comfort and safety. One of the best spots on the Solta island. Private, under the pine trees on waterfront. We stayed for two weeks, family of five. Walking distance to Maslinica, sometimes rather busy small port of popular yachting destination. Looking forward for next stay and highly recommend!

Des vacances familiales dans un cadre exceptionnel

Maison très fonctionnelle idéalement située au calme avec une vue fantastique. Nous avons apprécié avec nos trois enfants ( qui savent nager) de pouvoir les laisser jouer pêcher et se régaler juste devant la maison dans la piscine naturelle. Nous pouvions rester sur la terrasse de la maison à lire à l'ombre avec une oreille dressée au moindre problème. Masque palme et tubas à disposition si vous avez oublié ! Le centre du village typique est agréable pour les soirées familiales où nous avons assisté à quelques concerts de bonne musique! Split n' est vraiment pas loin en bus et en bateau on peut faire l'aller retour dans la journée sans soucis. Échange, recommandations et conversations chaleureuses avec le propriétaire. Bilan vacances réussies!

Secluded and quiet

Wonderful house in the best part of Šolta! My fiancée and I stayed at the house for nearly two weeks in July 2015. Right from the start we had great service. The owner looked after us directly via email. Also when it came to arriving in the island we were looked after very well. The house is just as it looks in the photos! We spent most of our time outside on down at the beach which was so close the wifi from the house still reached! Also having cable TV was a little of a blessing after travelling through Europe for weeks before. The location of the property was just perfect! I've been to Šolta many times and always stay in this area. Best places to eat and best beaches. Pretty much all you need when on and island holiday. If you're looking for all the things you love about home, but in a perfect beach/island location...the house is for you. We'll be back with our kids in a few years for sure:)

Real relaxation - spa&wellness :)

Beautiful house on beautiful island. Like on the photos. We had everything in the house but we were mainly outside on the terrace, in the garden, on the beach, … We observed the nature around us: listened the sound of the sea, enjoyed the presence of turtledoves and redstarts and their singing, watching the seagulls flying, resting surrounded with pine, carob and olive trees, bathing in fresh, clean Adriatic and sunbathing practically all the time - that was the wellness and the spa we thankfully accepted and really appreciate. We had our peace and quiet because the house is just outside the village, but 5 min walk from all the restaurants and shops. Easy seven days. Love to come again.

Fijne comfortabele villa aan de zee

Goed onderhouden villa met platform direct aan een azuur blauwe zee. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en bied veel slaapruimte. Het heeft een complete open keuken en televisie met Engelse zenders. Grote tuin met meubilair en bbq. Maslinica ligt op loop afstand, een Mediteraan dorp met luxe marina. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar. Veel privacy

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist direkt am Meer gelegen und man hat von der Terasse und vom Wohnzimmer einen Blick aufs Meer. Alles war vor Ort vorhanden wie es auch hier beschrieben ist. Was noch nötig gewesen wäre, sind Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, da es hier sehr viele Mücken und Fliegen gab. In Masalinica konnte man fast alles im Supermarkt kaufen, ansonsten musste man in den nächstgelegenen Ort Grohote fahren. Da wir kein Auto hatten ging auch alles sehr gut mit dem Bus.

Comfortabele villa aan de zee

Dit moderne in prima staat verkerende vakantiehuis ligt aan zee, met een platform uitkijkend op een heldere azuur blauwe zee. Een fijne plek om tot rust te komen. Maslinica op loop afstand is een klein Mediterraan dorpje met een moderne jachthaven. Het heeft restaurantjes en een kleine winkel. Met de Ferry zit je binnen een klein uur in Split. Het huis biedt veel slaapruimte heeft een open keuken en is van alle gemakken voorzien. Tv met genoeg Engelstalige zenders. Ruime tuin met meubilair. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaar

A dream becomes true

Stéphane's house in Maslinica is just perfect. It is all modern with the necessary amenities for daily life. The garden with the pine trees, the sea view and the Croatian BBQ is beautiful. The sea right in front of the house is crystal clear. Maslinica, the village close by is very nice and has a good choice of decent restaurants. We are already planning our next trip to Maslinica.

Endroit magnifique

C'est la deuxième fois que je viens et j'ai adoré les transformations, l'aménagement du salon, la nouvelle chambre, l'étage avec la salle de bain. la maison est idéalement située, la vue est magnifique, seul bémol : l'eau est froide ! le nouveau port est superbe... à l'année prochaine, sans faute !!!

"Wir (eine Familie mit 2 ...

"Wir (eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, 6 und 10 Jahre alt)haben 12 wunderbare Tage in Maslinica verbracht. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen: außerhalb, direkt am Meer mit herrlicher Aussicht und doch ist der Hafen mit seinen Restaurants und dem kleinen Supermarkt in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus ist komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Mutter des Vermieters lebt vor Ort und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist unseres Erachtens ein wenig der Preis. Wir haben bereits mehrfach Ferienhäuser in Italien und Frankreich gebucht und diese waren bei vergleichbarer Ausstattung doch günstiger. Die Lage des Hauses ist jedoch auch einzigartig. Zusammenfassend hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!"

I was born in Split but my family lives in Maslinica since the year 1706. It is a beautiful South-facing village with its fishing harbour, its tiny marina, its authentic small restaurants, and its preserved nature. It is ideal for a quiet and safe family holiday. You could also visit Trogir and Split on the same day as Solta is quite close to the continent. You will find direct connexions to Trogir (30-minute zodiac drive). I can help you with the boat rentals in Trogir. It is then possible to wait for you at the airport of Split and to bring you in Maslinica (30-minute zodiac ride).
