Grand Traverse Commons vacation rentals

Overall was good however, the sheets in the smaller bedroom bed were unwashed and had a menstrual blood stain on them. YUCK!! We have pictures to document this finding. Kind of put a damper on the whole experience. This was a surprise as the unit was otherwise in very good condition and clean. We did have some small flies buzzing around as well in the bathroom and living room , two in number. Kinda doubt if we will be back , especially as they wanted to charge us an additional fee to check in only one hour earlier. Have never had a host attempt to do that before for just one hour .

Just 3 couples enjoying a relaxing weekend together in Traverse City - and this was the perfect place to do that. Loved the well stocked kitchen for our meals "in" and for our wine tasting sessions featuring the Paso Robles wines we brought with us. The living space was great for our conversations, playing cards or games or watching a little sports.The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spotless and we could wander easily downstairs into the Commons for a tour of the property, some shopping at Saturday's Farmer's Market or just looking through the many shops on site.Hope we can come back and do this again!

Beautiful condo with great vibe. Out of the way, but still close to enjoy downtown. Would recommend.

Overall, the condo had everything we needed. There were 3 adults, so we had to use the pull out sofa bed which was quite comfortable. Staying at the Commons which was formerly the Asylum Hospital was intriguing, quiet and offered so much in the area. The only downside was that the air conditioning was a bit loud and the bathroom sink was much too high for us. If you are 2-3 people I would definitely recommend staying here. Beth was extremely helpful and very responsive to all of my questions.
