Perfect for any group!

  • 5 of 5

Exactly as pictured. Meg was a great host! She was there to check us in and gave us plenty of ideas and contact info for what to do in town during our stay. Easy parking, private residence, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and complete bathroom amenities! During our stay, a smoke detector indicated low battery. They do regular maintenance to avoid this issue, but nonetheless, Meg was available on a holiday night via text and they sent help to fix the detector immediately.

The Perfect Spot in Traverse City!

  • 5 of 5

This place is perfect! It's a lot bigger in person and slept all 10 of us comfortably. Everything was modern and clean. The grounds are clean and there's tons of food and shopping close and even in the same building. The person checking us in, Megan, was super helpful and knowledgeable about TC...she gave us some good suggestions for dining/entertainment. If you are in TC and need a great place for up to 10 people, you have to stay here. You won't regret it!

Wonderful Place to Stay

  • 5 of 5

I loved staying at this unique, fun, in-town suite. It was very spacious and comfortable for my family to stay in. We had a lot of fun being a walk away from a great bakery (Pleasanton Bakery), amazing Mexican food (Spanglish), and other great restaurants. We had a wonderful experience and just loved the staff. They were very accommodating. Definitely would go again:)

Charitable Fashion Show

  • 5 of 5

The Suite was Fabulous!! It was clean and spacious and nicely lit by the natural light coming in through all the windows which also provided a beautiful view of the Fall colors. Everyone was very comfortable and had plenty of room for Models to get ready and get back into the Kirkbride Hall with ease. The suite was also nicely decorated with fresh new furniture. The Village is a wonderful place to shop, eat and explore, people are helpful and kind, it is a terrific place to spend time with friends and loved ones.

Our getaway before the kids left for college.

  • 5 of 5

This place can best be described as living modern history. It has a magical feel of spaciousness and comfort, while simultaneously upscale without being pretentious. We found it to exist much like an Ernest Hemingway title: A clean, well-lighted place. The indoor setting oozes (but doesn't overwhelm) character with 3 distinct bedrooms and an extra one as part of the loft. Our three grown children had plenty of room to spread out and maintain privacy. Multiple bathrooms with unique fixtures were a big plus. The living room, upstairs loft and flowing kitchen in the center of it all were great family gathering spaces. The private elevator was a nice touch and very much added to the special feel.

You would be hard pressed to beat the setting best described as "hamlet serenity". It was quiet, yet centered in the lively but mellow bustle of the area known as The Village. The very short walking distance convenience of 4-5 restaurants covering the cafe to upscale spectrum, and bakery, bike shop, bookstore, clothing, coffee and roasting, confectionaries, flower shop, jewelers, wine tasting options, even a furrier, and Art Art everywhere. The walking/hiking trails begin about 100 yards away are a gem in and of themselves with bridges over babbling brooks, springs, waterfalls and old woods. We thought this must be Middle Earth. The morning jaunt was refreshing and could be difficult or easy since the topography was varied. (We chose difficult of course). We parked uncovered except for stately oaks and maples, right next to our door. Downtown Traverse City and the Grand Traverse Bay were about an 8 minute walk or a 5 minute drive.

Very cool, it was a true cultural phenomenon. Our only regret…not enough time to stay.
