The condo had everything we needed to make the most of a lovely long weekend with our family of five (we brought a pack and play)! The walk to the beach was easy enough for our small kids. The host was helpful and responsive when we forgot something in the unit after check-out. Can’t wait to come back to Sanibel!

There was a pool view from this very nice condo. It is end unit on the road side of the building. Everything you need is available. We did food delivery from Walmart in Fort Meyers. Unfortunately, with the exception of three hours, we had rain and thunderstorms. We got to check out the beach for a little bit, but another storm was rolling in, it was very nice and so quiet. Typical shells, but I heard that after hurricane isias passed by, the shelling was amazing. We gave up after two days and went home, we live in north central Florida, so for us it worked out. Jill was amazing with communication.

Glad you enjoyed the condo! Such a shame that you left after a few rainy days - of course it cleared up beautifully as soon as you left - always the way, isn't it? Just as an fyi, there are also grocery stores on island who do home delivery too if needed, though they are only a 5 -10 min. drive away! We're glad you found the condo quiet and peaceful and you enjoyed how close it is to the beach.

Room was very clean and nice. Had everything you need for the beach except a cooler. Had box fans in the room (which was amazing, just like home!)

Condo is truly only 2 minutes from the beach! The rooms are in great shape, super clean and have everything you need! Plenty of room on the beach also!

Such a wonderful hidden treasure! Having direct beach access was heavenly. The condo is equipped with everything you need, the beach wagon came in clutch! The weather was perfect and glorious sunset on our final night was the cherry on top! We will definitely book again!

The grill area was in the drive and in the sun. No where to sit while cooking. I thought we had a lower unit, but it was on the 2nd deck.

The condo is on the 2nd floor (literally 10 steps up) plus we have an elevator for guests to use. Complaining about a chair while you're grilling? That's a new one! We have super comfy beach chairs that you could have taken to the grilling area if you need to sit that badly. Have a great day, and try to cheer up!

We enjoyed our stay at Jill and Lance’s place. It was clean, and had everything we needed, including beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. Jill is very responsive and provided us with good recommendations. Would stay there again.

Loved the unit! Very spacious and comfy. The host was very nice and quick to respond to any of our concerns/questions. Rooftop deck was cool. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay !

Our condo was very clean and updated. A short walk to the beach and the pool was very nice. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. They also went out of their way to assist us with a item we left behind.If your looking for a great place to stay this is it !

Great place!

Loved our time here with our 2 young kids. Very nice 2 bdrm’s and 2 bath’s, nice pool right outside and 100 yard walk down a nice sandy trail to the beach. Perfect family getaway and we will certainly be back.

Comfortable, clean and great location

Very comfortable apartment, well appointed with cooking and dining supplies. Very comfortable beds and a great location on the island. Two pools to choose from and a short stroll to the beach.

This was a wonderful condo for our Sanibel vacation. The location was excellent, the condo itself was lovely- clean and very updated. Kitchen was great, we cooked meals at home, the grill was easy to use. The beach was beautiful, we enjoyed sunrise shelling! Dusk was the only time the no-see-ums were out so we just wore long shirts and pants and it wasn’t a problem. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We rented bikes from Finnmores and biked all over the island - the refuge was the highlight! Doc Fords was our favorite meal. The Shell museum is not to be missed!!! Birding was excellent. Would highly recommend this condo for your adventure!
