The cottage, very quiet, bright and comfortable, prefectural classification 3 stars 2 to 4 people, 43m2, no smoking, is located on the floor in the house owners. Completely independent entrance and separate private, free wifi. Washing machine fridge freezer, DVD player, flat screen TV, microwave.
We are in a charming village of 1200 inhabitants of the plain of Alsace, classified 2 flowers.
The village is crossed by l'Ill, with along its banks a very beautiful green way for the bike rides, on foot, ...
Access to Vosges hiking trails (marked by the Vosges Club) is quick and easy, and I will advise you on the choice of itineraries according to your level.

It consists of a kitchen equipped with fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine and Nespresso, dishwasher, very complete crockery, TV channels tnt, DVD player Blu-ray

Sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Die Räumlichkeiten waren offensichtlich vor kurzem renoviert worden und auf aktuellem Stand.Von hier aus waren die bekannten sehenswerten Orte sehr direkt zu erreichen. Das Elsass und die Vogesen waren somit angenehm zu erkunden. Ein gelungener Urlaub.

Ein schönes Wochenende im Elsaß

Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Jean. Uns wurde die Müll- trennung erklärt und wir erhielten viele nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat viele Stufen, das Wohn/Schlafzimmer in der "Mitte" ist offen nach allen Seiten.Unsere Enkelin hat sofort protestiert: da schlafe ich aber nicht". Opa musste dann ran. Aber alles in allen ein schönes Wochenende.

Es schtimt , dass es eine Treppe gibt, um zu der Wohnung im 1. Stock unseres Hauses zu gelangen, das ist in der Anzeige sehr deutlich beschrieben, aber in der Wohnung gibt es nicht viele Stufen , das stimmt nicht, es gibt nur 3 von der Küche zum Wohnzimmer. Es ist auch völlig falsch, dass das Wohnzimmer nach allen Seiten offen ist, tatsächlich ist es zu den 3 Stufen von der Küche aus offen, aber es gibt eine Tür zum Badezimmer, eine Tür zum Schlafzimmer, und ein französisches Fenster mit Verdunklungsvorhang und Fensterladen. Wenn Ihre Enkelin nicht im Wohnzimmer schlafen wollte, dann ist das Ihr Problem, denn als Sie unsere Wohnung gebucht haben, haben Sie die Aufteilung sehr deutlich gesehen! Du hättest dir die Anzeige besser ansehen sollen, und dann Vielleicht ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern nehmen sollen. Schade das Sie Kommentar machen die nicht der Realität entsprechen.

Belle location

Gîte très agréable, confortable et très bien équipé. Emplacement idéal pour découvrir l'Alsace. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de deux semaines.

Cure de sommeil

Durant ce séjour du 1 au 31.1.2023 que du bonheur dans cet appartement de 2 pièces tout confort (TV/Wifi/machine à laver le linge)) Les propriétaires sont très sympas. Le lieu est tellement calme qu'il m'est presque arrivé de dormir un tour d'horloge à plusieurs reprises et ce, sans un dopage quelconque pour trouver le sommeil. Vraiment un village à recommander. Mon épouse peut confirmer.

Perfect for stay near Colmar, Black Forest, Wine

Perfectly organised, helped us in many ways even through unfortunate hospital circumstances. Very well equipped. Beautiful balcony to enjoy on an evening looking out onto Vosges Mountains. Would recommend to friends. Everything worked out extremely well. A holiday to remember and hopefully we will return in the near future.

Logement conforme à la description

Super séjour près de Colmar. Logement agréable qui contient tout le nécessaire pour une famille avec 2 enfants. A proximité de la route des vins et de l'Ill permettant de rejoindre facilement Colmar en vélo même avec des enfants. Propriétaires très acceuillants qui sont de bons conseils pour visiter la région.

A great base from which to explore Alsace

We really enjoyed our stay. Calm and relaxing. Jean Marc and Sylvie were very friendly, available to answer questions and not at all intrusive. Perfect hosts. The appartment has all you need and is very clean, well looked after and in a pleasant neighbourhood. There is a pharmacy, bakery, bank, hairdressers, post-office and greengrocers in the village and all within a short walk. We arrived later on the Saturday so be mindful that very few places open on a Sunday to do any shopping for food. There is a covered market in Colmar and a corner shop heading into Colmar to pick up any essentials as well as the motorway services. The appartment is within easy reach of many tourist attractions in the area, so a good base for travel by car. Train station in Rouffach (about 5 miles from the appartment) with parking in case you don't feel like driving to Colmar, Strasbourg or Mulhouse. The use of WhatsApp with Jean Marc was a great idea and helped communication tremendously. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others or to book again. Thanks to Jean Marc and Sylvie for your hospitality.

Nixce, clean and close to everything in Alsace

Perfect place for three, easy access from the freeway, close to everything you want to go in the Strassbourg/Colmar area. Unexpected charge for cleaning the house (!) and for bathroom/kitchen towels. Owners friendly trying to accomodate you as much as possible. Rock and Roll boullangerie it is a plus just minutes away

En effet, il est très clairement marqué sur l'annonce que les serviettes de toilette peuvent être fournies moyennant des frais, pour le ménage de sortie, il est aussi très clairement marqué que les hôtes ont le choix soit de faire le ménage, soit de prendre le forfait ménage. Il n'y a donc pas d'obligation de frais supplémentaire.

Ruhige und schöne Fewo

Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Sitzplatz mit Grill im Außenbereich ist auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sprechen auch sehr gut deutsch, sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, für Wanderungen in den Vogesen geben Sie gerne Tipps! Die Bäckerei vor Ort ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen! Wir fühlten uns hier sehr wohl😊!

Séjour agréable, à 200m d'une voie verte à 30' de la route des vins .

Gîte au 1er étage + entrée indépendante ou rien ne manque,très bien équipé, de la documentation,des jeux de société,chaine hifi,très propre,lumineux,plein ouest avec balcon et terrasse privative au rez-de-jardin(à l'ombre).Dans le garage/buanderie,vous pouvez y ranger des vélos,gîte à 200m d'une voie verte ce qui est très agréable. Par contre, votre véhicule restera au bord de la route, ce qui ne pose pas de problème car dans un lotissement.Quasiment aucun bruit.Véhicule obligatoire car à 9 km des restaurants, supermarché et à 30' de la route des vins. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympas et discrets.

Un grand merci pour cette appréciation, en effet il est très important pour nous que le gîte soit d'une propreté irréprochable, au calme, que rien ne manque et que nos hôtes se sentent comme chez eux. Pour le stationnement de la voiture, le garage est à disposition, et, au cas ou les hôtes ont en plus des vélos, ils pourront aussi être rangés dans le jardin privé du gîte. Notre gîte est effectivement à la campagne, dans un village classé 2 fleurs, les restaurants, supermarchés les plus proches ainsi que la route des vins se trouvent à Rouffach, à 8,6 km (11 minutes) de notre gîte.

Superbe gîte, à proximité de Colmar.

Situé dans le beau village de Oberhergheim, ce gîte correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes de par sa situation à proximité de Colmar. C'est une très belle location dans laquelle il ne manque rien, tout est nickel. Grace à la gentillesse et aux bons conseils des propriétaires, nous avons pu visiter l'essentiel de cette belle région et apprécier les bons restaurants et les caves qui se trouvent dans un périmètre raisonnable. Je recommande vivement ce gîte et nous espérons y revenir pour un prochain séjour.

Un séjour parfait

Un gite complet (tout y est), d'une grande propreté, les détails des photos correspondent exactement, le village est agréable aussi. Le gite est proche des grands sites touristiques (Colmar, Allemagne, les Vosges...). Un grand Merci à Sylvie et jean-Marc qui nous ont reçu avec beaucoup d'attention.

Soggiorno ad Oberhergheim - Alsazia

Ho passato ben 140 giorni in questa casa, i proprietari, Sylvie e Jean Marc, ti fanno veramente a proprio agio e la casa è un grazioso appartamento dotato di tutte le comodità. I kougelhopf di Sylvie e le ciliege del loro giardino mi hanno reso più dolce il soggiorno. Spero di poterci tornare quanto prima!!! L'Alsazia è spettacolare! Giuseppe
