Ocean Front Studio, Kayak available - Swimming, bring own snorkle Euipment

We have two levels of lawn leading down to the ocean with swimming and snorkelling including a beautiful cluster of coral reefs a few yards from our lawn. The underwater photos were all taken on that cluster of reefs.

Our minimum is now 5 nights and if anyone tests positive during their stay. We have also installed fibre wire to upgrade internet wifi speed to 100Mb for those who may need to work while travelling. We have a charging station that will work with most electric rental car types on island- All property photos were taken at Wrexford property - Kayak (available with a small fee). You can swim or snorkel (bring your own snorkel equip.). This lovely Studio has all you need, a full-height refrigerator, microwave, small 3 burner stove with oven, flat screen TV, 100 cable channels, wifi, and Bar-B-Q. There is a shower and a phone for Local calls only. The property is .55 acres. Come and experience the best sunsets you have ever seen (weather permitting, of course) - owners run a Bermuda Tour company, Winsome Tours - Check-in time is 3:30 PM and Check-out is 11:00 AM. There is a Key vault next to the door. Once the booking is made, the key vault code will be supplied.

Wrexford Cottage is an amazing place! The reef just 50 feet offshore is spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! I enjoyed going for a swim out to the reef in the morning and then exploring Bermuda. It’s especially a great location because it’s located close to the Dockyard and the Southshore beaches. Ralph and Julie and wonderful hosts! Ask Ralph any questions about animal life on Bermuda because he has the answers! I look forward to coming back to Bermuda and Wrexford!

The facilities were great, just what is needed. Very clean and ample space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda. The sunsets were fabulous. The privacy of the location and the seaside view was breathtaking.

Beautiful view

Accommodation is clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and the view is gorgeous. Enjoyed talking with Ralph, the owner and neighbors were friendly. Location was convenient to our activity on the west end of Bermuda.

Beautiful Bermuda

Everything was very nice…the view of the ocean was beautiful. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back enjoying the view. The walk to the bus station was a little long but overall we really enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s place. His wife was very nice too ! Would definitely go back.

Perfect for Snorkeling and Sunsets

This is a great location for a single person or a couple that loves to snorkel. The property has a lawn that slopes down to the water and the reef is available to explore right offshore. The owners live above the apartment and are really helpful if you need them but respect your privacy. The backyard feels very private and is a great place to enjoy your dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Fabulous Hosts!!

What a beautiful location to enjoy all that Bermuda has to offer. Ralph and Julie are the most kind people you could ever meet and took such good care of our every need. We will never forget them! The views from our studio were just beautiful and our taxi driver, Anthony, took such good care of us. If we ever come back to Bermuda there is no doubt where we would stay.

Breath-taking ocean view!

This studio apartment opened up to a lush lawn overlooking the most spectacular ocean view you have ever seen. The amenities were accurately listed. We were able to walk to the bus stop to easily get around the island. The grocery was next to the bus stop. The best sunsets ever!

Beautiful, private spot directly on the ocean

We loved our time at Wrexford! We enjoyed everything the property had to offer. The water was wonderful and we swam every day. The adirondack chairs on both levels of the yard were perfect! We rented a scooter and ventured out during the day. We were sure to be back in the afternoon to enjoy a quiet dinner cooked on the Weber grill and the beautiful sunsets. The studio apartment was just right for 2. Thank you Ralph and Julie. We will be back!

What a Relaxing Vacation!

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at Wrexford Cottage. Ralph and Julie were the perfect hosts!! The waterfront location provided the most beautiful sunsets we had ever seen in Bermuda. The neighborhood was so quiet which allowed us to enjoy the singing frogs all night long. We especially liked sitting on what we referred to as our “happy steps” at the water. It was here that we were able to watch the huge parrot fish. There was an EV charger on site which was an added plus since we rented a Twizy for the week. Our stay was extremely relaxing because of our accommodations, location, and inviting hosts! We are already planning to return next year!!!!

Peaceful by the sea.

My husband and I recently spent a week at the Wrexford Cottage. Ralph and Julie were extremely kind hosts who take pride in their home and the island. The apartment was clean and cozy and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The apartment was also very well temperature regulated and comfortable which is not always the case in humid climates. The property was quiet and the views were breath taking. From the moment I arrived and looked out at the ocean felt peaceful. We were lucky enough to see parrot fish and eagles rays from the shore. Some of our favorite moments during our week in Bermuda were spent on the lawn at the cottage. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Magical Week in Bermuda!

What an unbelievably beautiful place! We had an amazing week's stay at Ralph and Julie's lovely cottage apartment. The vast, unobstructed turquoise ocean was our very backyard! We were able to snorkel in a beautiful little reef just a few fin-kicks from the expansive yard. So much fun swimming with the brightly-colored parrotfish! We even got to see a little sea turtle cross right by in front of us one day. The place was very clean and had everything needed, and the on-site electric vehicle charging station was key to our being able to get around the island all week on a Twizzy. Our friendly hosts provided great advice about places to see and dine, and we enjoyed our chats. We were so blessed to have the chance to stay at Wrexford Cottage - hope to come back some day!

Paradise!

Wrexford Cottage is the best! My husband and I have stayed here twice now, and it only gets better. The listing is accurate and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s better in person. The apartment is cozy and had everything we needed to cook meals at home and relax. The small reef was perfect for snorkeling around. I’ve snorkeled all over Bermuda, and this is some of the best. We saw all kinds of fish - schools of Parrot Fish, balloon fish, squirrel fish, and a spotted eagle ray are just a few of the things we saw! Ralph and Julie are excellent hosts! We left here refreshed and feeling as if we made new friends. This place is purely magical!

Beautiful Bermuda!

The property is just as stated in all the descriptions, simply beautiful. Swimming, snorkeling, and kayaking right from the property...it was everything we thought it would be, but so much more. Ralph and Julie are excellent hosts, very accommodating and available for info and guidance about the island and it's history. Only first-timer mistake on our part was not scheduling a car rental beforehand. It's only 1/2 mile to the bus stop, but it's up a steep hill and down. We did it, but the July heat made it a grueling trek. We'll know better next time. All in all, a wonderful week in Bermuda.

Our stay was wonderful because we enjoyed both the welcoming hosts and the beautiful seaside views and proximity to our own water access. The cottage was clean and had all that we needed. The approach to the property was a little challenging but we adapted to it. We were able to charge our little electric vehicle overnight, so that was great. The walk up the hill to the grocery store was a bit steep so we drove. All in all we had a wonderful, quiet stay.

We had an amazing time! This rental was advertised exactly as it is, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We had 2 hurricane threats during our stay and Ralph and Julie did absolutely everything to keep us updated, safe, and aware of everything we could hope to know. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our taxi driver was a bet overwhelmed with the closed in the street if you call it that, was and has lived on the island his whole life. The numbers on the houses was a difficult to find.Then there was the stairs down to.our unit. 3 sets of stairs. Then the stairs down to ocean were even more scary. The unit was clean but very slippery floors if wet. The shower had no hand rails around. And floor in bathroom was slippery when wet.Very slippery floors.After a couple of days saw small like roaches. Bed was a bit hard and the pillows need to be replaced.Ralph gave us ideas on where to eat close by. And he was a talker. If we were younger maybe this would be a ok. But not for anyone with disability issues.The view was awesome. For sure.

direct access to the ocean, privacy and parrot fish

Wrexford Cottage provided exactly what we wanted for our brief (week-long) break from our respective desks. The cottage is right on the ocean, the parrot fish close to shore, the reef is alive with coral and fish. Ralph and Julie provided exactly the kinds of local "tips" we needed so that we could make the best of our time in Bermuda. With thanks.

Idyllic quiet place on the beautiful Bermudian coast.

Cute studio apartment with a beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners with vast knowledge of Bermuda. Short drive or taxi to many beaches and parks and other attractions. Wonderful!

We can sum this up easily. The VIEW is spectacular even for our local guests. The reefs are beautiful (all photos of fish and reefs are taken on our reef) Just over half an acre of property leading down to water access.
