Our stay was wonderful because we enjoyed both the welcoming hosts and the beautiful seaside views and proximity to our own water access. The cottage was clean and had all that we needed. The approach to the property was a little challenging but we adapted to it. We were able to charge our little electric vehicle overnight, so that was great. The walk up the hill to the grocery store was a bit steep so we drove. All in all we had a wonderful, quiet stay.

Wrexford Cottage is an amazing place! The reef just 50 feet offshore is spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! I enjoyed going for a swim out to the reef in the morning and then exploring Bermuda. It’s especially a great location because it’s located close to the Dockyard and the Southshore beaches. Ralph and Julie and wonderful hosts! Ask Ralph any questions about animal life on Bermuda because he has the answers! I look forward to coming back to Bermuda and Wrexford!

This place is fabulous, just like in the pictures. You get your private balcony to watch the sunsets, and walk right down to the ocean for swimming and snorkeling. The owners are super nice and very helpful. The is room comfy and the bed is nice and firm. We would definitely stay here again. Small word of awareness, it is down a steep road, and can be tricky to navigate. Also it requires some up and down hilly walking to the ocean and room, just keep that in mind. Other than that, it's paradise, you will love it.

direct access to the ocean, privacy and parrot fish

Wrexford Cottage provided exactly what we wanted for our brief (week-long) break from our respective desks. The cottage is right on the ocean, the parrot fish close to shore, the reef is alive with coral and fish. Ralph and Julie provided exactly the kinds of local "tips" we needed so that we could make the best of our time in Bermuda. With thanks.

Our break from Winter

The facilities were great, just what is needed. Very clean and ample space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda. The sunsets were fabulous. The privacy of the location and the seaside view was breathtaking.

Idyllic quiet place on the beautiful Bermudian coast.

Cute studio apartment with a beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners with vast knowledge of Bermuda. Short drive or taxi to many beaches and parks and other attractions. Wonderful!

Amazing property and great hosts.

We arrived just days after a hurricane hit the Island. Ralph and Julie went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. We've stayed here in the past and we will stay here again in the future. Can't beat this location!

Perfect for Snorkeling and Sunsets

This is a great location for a single person or a couple that loves to snorkel. The property has a lawn that slopes down to the water and the reef is available to explore right offshore. The owners live above the apartment and are really helpful if you need them but respect your privacy. The backyard feels very private and is a great place to enjoy your dinner while watching the sun set over the ocean.

Beautiful view

Accommodation is clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and the view is gorgeous. Enjoyed talking with Ralph, the owner and neighbors were friendly. Location was convenient to our activity on the west end of Bermuda.

Not for the disabled

Our taxi driver was a bet overwhelmed with the closed in the street if you call it that, was and has lived on the island his whole life. The numbers on the houses was a difficult to find.Then there was the stairs down to.our unit. 3 sets of stairs. Then the stairs down to ocean were even more scary. The unit was clean but very slippery floors if wet. The shower had no hand rails around. And floor in bathroom was slippery when wet.Very slippery floors.After a couple of days saw small like roaches. Bed was a bit hard and the pillows need to be replaced.Ralph gave us ideas on where to eat close by. And he was a talker. If we were younger maybe this would be a ok. But not for anyone with disability issues.The view was awesome. For sure.

Absolutely wonderful

We rented an EV and used this wonderful apt as our home base. The EV charger was such a plus. We already miss having our morning coffee with that view and our evening beverage at sunset. The hosts are wonderful people and the pictures don't capture how great this property is. Fish sandwiches one way, golf and the most beautiful beaches the other. Perfect for a couple.

Beautiful Bermuda

Everything was very nice…the view of the ocean was beautiful. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back enjoying the view. The walk to the bus station was a little long but overall we really enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s place. His wife was very nice too ! Would definitely go back.

Spectacular View of the Ocean

Wrexford cottage is a great little place to stay on Bermuda. Ralph was very kind, helpful and accommodating. Spectacular sunsets that can be watched right from your room. Everything was perfect!

This property was perfect for us! The view from the backyard was one of the best on the island. Steps leading into the ocean for snorkeling & swimming were perfect. With a short walk to the market we could stock the refrigerator. Quaint & quiet, I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Private piece of paradise

Ralph and Julie were great hosts! We set off for little adventures on the island, but there really was no need to ever leave the property. We were able to kayak, snorkel and explore right in their backyard. We would 100% go back and stay there again.

They provide a most informative experience, whether as hosts to guests at their property or giving the full Bermuda tour experience to small and larger groups from hotels or Cruise ships. All of their tours are private to enhance the quality of the Bermuda experience. They believe that it is a privilege to share Bermuda at this stage of their lives. We can sum this up easily. The VIEW is spectacular even for our local guests. The reefs are beautiful (all photos of fish and reefs are taken on our reef) Just over half an acre of property leading down to water access.

Price is reasonable in Bermuda at $160 per night with the best views possible. Activities from the Property include Kayaking, Snorkeling (bring your own equipment) Bone fishing (when in season), and a 45-acre public park next door (with hiking trails). Julie and Ralph are both qualified Bermuda Blue Flag Tour guides and can answer all your questions about the island when you can catch them at home.
