We were celebrating our 40th anniversary and found this to be a perfect spot. We love the water and being able to snorkel right in front of the house and go kayaking was perfection. Meeting Ralph and Julie was just icing on the cake. We loved the time we got to chat with them, As we went around the island, we met people who knew them and their important role in the Island. We look forward to going back!!! You can be assured that in the days and months between now and our next trip, we will always think of them as part of our extended travel family and pray for them often. Sometimes you just luck out with a great find. This apartment off of the host’s home is absolutely perfect. The snorkeling was better than the excursion I paid for. The charging port for the mini car was a life saver! I highly suggest renting a car if you are going to want to travel the island. The location is perfect and peaceful but a little ways away from popular spots and nightlife. Internet was sufficient for video calls for work. Mr. Ralph checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed. 10/10 and I’m hoping to return!

Ralph and Julie were wonderful and knowledgable hosts. They were very responsive to all our questions before we arrived as well as during our ten day stay. The efficiency unit is exactly described and the AC was exceptional in keeping the place comfortable. It was nice to have a stovetop with oven, sink, a full refrigerator, microwave and single cup (grounds) coffeemaker. We used the Weber grill outside the unit to cook our filet minion steaks, lobster tails and shrimp and enjoyed many dinners outside watching the fabulous sunsets over the ocean. (Hint: we brought our quality frozen meat and fish in an insulated bag with freezer packs in our checked luggage (we have done this several times) because the price here, if you can even find it -very unlikely- would be many times more). There is a well stocked supermarket nearby but they did not have the food we brought. All in all, we are certain to return to this wonderful property.

We had an amazing time! This rental was advertised exactly as it is, and the sunsets were absolutely beautiful. We had 2 hurricane threats during our stay and Ralph and Julie did absolutely everything to keep us updated, safe, and aware of everything we could hope to know. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!!

Our break from Winter

The facilities were great, just what is needed. Very clean and ample space outdoors to relax and enjoy the beauty of Bermuda. The sunsets were fabulous. The privacy of the location and the seaside view was breathtaking.

Ralph and Julie's place is something very special and a rare find. The views from the twin level garden and direct access to the beautiful crystal clear water blew us a way. The sunsets are some of the best we have ever seen. Watching the sunsets with a cold G&T in the Adirondack checks will live long in the memory. The reef just off the bottom of the garden is the easiest snorkelling possible and was amazing! Nearest think to floating in your own aquarium as you can get. Without snorkelling you can still watch Parrot fish nibbling algae of the rocks a few feet offshore. We used Julie and Ralph's 2 person kayak to paddle up the coast to Ely's harbour on a beautiful day which was easy going and probably doable for most people. Great to see things from the water for a different perspective, like Longtails up very close. Excellent bus links and a good value supermarket about a 10min walk away. Port Royal golf course is also near by and is stunning and great for lunch. Not very often do we elect to stay put on holiday and not get out and about exploring but we could hardly drag ourselves away from Wrexford as it was so relaxing and peaceful. We were very sad to leave. Hope to be back at some point in the future.

Amazing property and great hosts.

We arrived just days after a hurricane hit the Island. Ralph and Julie went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our stay. We've stayed here in the past and we will stay here again in the future. Can't beat this location!

Idyllic quiet place on the beautiful Bermudian coast.

Cute studio apartment with a beautiful ocean view and wonderful owners with vast knowledge of Bermuda. Short drive or taxi to many beaches and parks and other attractions. Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful because we enjoyed both the welcoming hosts and the beautiful seaside views and proximity to our own water access. The cottage was clean and had all that we needed. The approach to the property was a little challenging but we adapted to it. We were able to charge our little electric vehicle overnight, so that was great. The walk up the hill to the grocery store was a bit steep so we drove. All in all we had a wonderful, quiet stay.

Beautiful view

Accommodation is clean, comfortable, well taken care of, and the view is gorgeous. Enjoyed talking with Ralph, the owner and neighbors were friendly. Location was convenient to our activity on the west end of Bermuda.

Wrexford Cottage is an amazing place! The reef just 50 feet offshore is spectacular and the sunsets are amazing! I enjoyed going for a swim out to the reef in the morning and then exploring Bermuda. It’s especially a great location because it’s located close to the Dockyard and the Southshore beaches. Ralph and Julie and wonderful hosts! Ask Ralph any questions about animal life on Bermuda because he has the answers! I look forward to coming back to Bermuda and Wrexford!

Beautiful Bermuda

Everything was very nice…the view of the ocean was beautiful. Enjoyed my morning coffee out back enjoying the view. The walk to the bus station was a little long but overall we really enjoyed our stay at Ralph’s place. His wife was very nice too ! Would definitely go back.
