It was a beautiful stay. It was a little out of the way. We were very close to ferries. So make sure you know what and where you want to go to get most out of day.

Little piece of paradise!

Lovely spot to vacation! Owners are really nice, location is great with some lovely places to explore and the view... The view is absolutely stunning! Accomodation is nice, authentic and well equipped with a/c in the rooms that matter... Very comfortable stay and absolutely spotless clean. Only point that isn't shared in the description is the entry to the property is shared with a lower unit and feels a little less private than I would have initially liked, however for clarity the privacy concern is an illusion as the units downstairs are occupied by family and for the duration of our stay the doors downstairs remained closed and private (as they apparently always do) so it's really not a concern, just nice to know and I only state it to remove people's doubts on check in... Do not miss out on this home! All in all fabulous stay with fabulous hosts, would not hesitate to stay there again... Thank you thank you Lino and family!

The apartment was fantastic! We stayed for our honeymoon and it's just like the pictures. Great views day and night and I CAN NOT say enough about how great Lino, the host, is. Would recommend to all and will stay again.

Quiet little town right outside of Bellagio

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Lake Como! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless and had breathtaking views of the lake. The pictures truly don’t do it justice.What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the host. Lino was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. He went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed, provided fantastic local recommendations, made reservations for us, and even helped us with transportation arrangements. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cared about making our trip special.We can’t wait to come back to Lake Como, and we would absolutely stay here again. We are a tall family so in certain areas we bumped our head forgetting it was low but we made the best of it. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, scenic, and welcoming place to stay!

Perfect way to experience Lake Como

The view of the lake and mountains is wonderful, and the town is quiet while still having multiple restaurants within walking distance. You can access other towns around the lake via water ferry or the bus system. Terrific host. Would stay here again.

Amazing stay with spectacular views of Lake Como

Such a beautiful location, not too far from Bellagio (can get a bus or take car, with parking included). Local facilities include a mini market, bar and couple of restaurants which were all very very good! The host Lino was welcoming, very helpful and so accommodating. We had a great stay in the apartment that had all the facilities that you need plus more! Lino was helpful on local recommendations and even made us dinner reservations at a local restaurant! Fabulous host, we will be back I am sure and will recommend to all friends and family

A hidden gem!

Our stay was perfect and Lino the host went above and beyond! You will not be disappointed if you stay here. The views were amazing and it's centrally located to Bellagio and the other regions. This was the best place we stayed while touring through Italy. I highly recommend!!!

Charming Stay with Incredible Lake Views! Lino's Place in Lezzeno was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, scenic spot with stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Waking up to that view every day was a dream. The location is perfect—far from the crowds but close enough to visit nearby towns like Bellagio, which is just a short drive away. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, and we loved being able to cook meals and enjoy them on the balcony overlooking the lake. The living area was cozy, and the bedroom was comfortable, ensuring we got a good night's rest every night. Lino was an excellent host—friendly, accommodating, and always available to answer our questions. He provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The private parking was also a big plus. If you're looking for a tranquil, picturesque place to stay on Lake Como, Lino's Place is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Apartment in Local Town

Great apartment with amazing view in a small quiet town with few tourists. Recommend staying here so you can see a small authentic Italian town and the more tourist-centric areas are close by. The bus to Bellagio comes through town once a hour and is easy to reach. Recommend taking the C30 bus from train station, as driving is challenging if you have never driven in Italy. Lino was a great host who met us on the property and assisted us with bus tickets, dinner options, ect during our stay. So far my most pleasant stay in all of Italy.

Phenomenal Lake Side Stay

This property is located in a delightful area of Lake Como with views of the best villas and the lake right on the sunny terrace. The ac worked so well, the rooms were completely clean and every amenity we could hope for. Lino was a great host, he helped us get bus tickets, dinner reservations and a taxi for the next morning! It is a bit of a trek or bus ride to the bigger cities but you can bring a car too. I would come back in a heartbeat. Note: there is a staircase leading upstairs that is tight.

Lige fra ankomst til afrejse nød vi opholdet i lejligheden. Stille lille by med rigtig gode spisemuligheder. Super lejlighed med fantastisk udsigt over søen, hvor eftermiddags og aftensolen kunne nydes. Super kommunikation med Lino, som var behjælpelig med det vi havde behov for. Perfect Lake Getaway

Our family of 3 spent 2 nights in this lovely apartment. Lino was very helpful throughout our stay, and the apartment was just wonderful. The view of the lake cannot be beat!! Location worked great for us; close enough to ferry dock to get to other Lake Como towns, but without the busy crowds. We had breakfast in the cafe downstairs each morning, and even had a dinner in the restaurant - excellent! Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Bellagio area.

Amazing View

We stayed with Lino with our 18 and 20 year old daughter's for 2 nights, and it was perfect. The balcony is amazing and the pictures don't do it justice. The girls got ready outside every morning. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good a/c. They are separated by a small hall that leads into living area and kitchen. There were several wines available for purchase, the one we had was excellent. There is a restaurant downstairs, so convenient for a coffee and croissant in the morning, and they didn't keep us up at night. It's close to Bellagio, a bit far from Como. I would recommend having a car for ease, but you can manage if you set up a driver, or can walk to the ferry or bus stop.

Beautiful Views!

Lino and his wife were gracious hosts. The property has amazing views and everything we needed. Very clean too. We wish we would have had more time to enjoy. We appreciated that they had bus tickets available to purchase and all they great advice on getting around the lake. The parking onsite was big enough for the van we had. We would highly recommend this beautiful property when staying on lake Come.

Excellent stay with warm and welcoming hosts. Everything was great. Restaurant downstairs was loud at night but not the hosts fault, all was great.

Great place

Overall, great location and the amount of space you get is great. Those who are not used to stairs there are narrow stairs you will need to climb up and down. There is a parking spot available to park and there is a restaurant right below to enjoy a meal.

Amazing Views!

We loved our time at Lino's place. The views were great, the location was great - it was quiet, which is just what we needed. It was located above a restaurant/bar so you could wake up and head downstairs for your morning cappuccino and croissant! The unit does have very slanted and low ceilings, so may not be the best for those taller than 6ft. And we opted to take the local bus from the train station and that was not the easiest process, would highly recommend arranging transportation ahead of time. Lino was great, super responsive and kind, we only had 2 nights and that was not enough to explore and enjoy the area.

The host was very accommodating and responsive, with good tips and recommendations. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very nice. Beautiful porch and views. Came with a parking spot. Nice location in a quiet village but still close bus or taxi ride to Bellagio. Would stay again when in Lake Como.
