A casa correspondeu às expectativas. Muito bem equipada e mobilada com muito bom gosto! Anfitrião sempre atento e disponível. Local muito calmo e tranquilo, mas perto da Comporta e de Alcácer do Sal. Valeu muito a pena!

Une top maison, bien placée , grande et très agréable

Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans la maison de Paulo . Idéal emplacement au calme, la maison est très grande , les lits sont bons , la cuisine très bien équipée . La piscine est immense et tjs au soleil, pas de vis à vis , vue sur les pins … un immense plaisir . Tt était vraiment au top , on a aussi profité du tennis de la zone résidence . Parfait 👍 petit bémol : les moustiques le soir ….

Maison très agréable

Maison très spacieuse et tous confort. Se situé en plein milieu d une « Herdade ». Très silencieuse, séjour calme, piscine agréable. Le propriétaire est facilement joignable et sympathique. Attention aux moustiques le soir. La ville et la plage ( magnifique et propre ainsi que l eau claire) sont à environ 15 km. Il n y a rien aux alentours, je conseille si l on cherche une maison au calme

Une maison très agréable à vivre pour nos vacances

La maison que nous avons loué était très propre a notre arrivée. L’équipement était très complet surtout en cuisine. Nous regrettons juste les transat autour de la piscine trop vieux et très fragiles. La piscine était très propre et le ménage prévu en milieu de semaine a été très apprécié.

Casa espaciosa con jardín y piscina en buena urbanización

La Herdade de Montalvo es una urbanización de 100 casas, todas similares pero que ofrece una sensación de paz y aislamiento extraordinarios, gracias al generoso terreno de cada vivienda (calculo que más de 3000 metros cuadrados). Cada chalet tiene su propia piscina y jardín con formas personalizadas y está diseñados para tener esa sensación de aislamiento en mitad de un precioso bosque de pino. La casa en sí está muy limpia y con una decoración de muy buen gusto, aunque esto depende del gusto de cada uno. La terraza es muy amplia, es una pena que en verano los mosquitos sean tan molestos al atardecer. En la piscina se puede nadar perfectamente (unos12-14 metros de largo). En el interior, de nuevo los espacios son generosos y para una familia de 5 está sobrada. Podrían entrar fácilmente dos o tres personas más. La ubicación hace necesario el uso de coche para ir a la playa, a Comporta o a cenar o hacer compras (recomendable Alcacer do Sal), estando estos sitios a unos 15 minutos. El restaurante A Escola es el más cercano (5 minutos en coche). Los paseos matutinos en la urbanización son estupendos. El propietario (no llegamos a verle) se ha portado estupendamente, muy atento a hacernos la estancia perfecta. Cuando faltó algo (la casa tiene de todo) hizo llegarnos inmediatamente lo necesario
