About this property

Cozy apartment in a residence with quality services (swimming pool, sauna ...) - door Access to Paradiski Vallandry / Les Arcs

Ideally located on the slopes (departure and return skis in season), our comfortable apartment offers panoramic views of the Tarentaise Valley and the roofs of the station. It is perfect for 4 to 6 people.

Arranged on 58 m² in a very cozy style, our apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, cocote minute, ceramic hob, dishwasher ...), a living-room with sofa bed for 2 people and television .
2 separate bedrooms: one with 180 bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and the other with twin beds
2 ° separate toilets.
The bedding has been completely replaced for the winter of 2019.

Enjoy the Internet connection and the large balcony of 15 m² our apartment.

Guests have access to the indoor heated swimming pool of the residence, hot tubs, saunas, steam baths to and cardio equipment. Beauty treatments can be provided for a fee.

The reception of the residence offers a table loan service board, board games, raclette and fondue ... It is equipped with a lift, a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and a launderette with washing machine and tumble dryer.

You will have the opportunity to appeal to a bakery and catering services. Also on: reception room with fireplace, pool table and selection of daily newspapers available for consultation.

The price includes bed linen (beds made on arrival), towels, a cleaning kit and final cleaning (except the kitchen area), as well as a private parking in the basement.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement tout confort. C'est encore mieux en vrai que sur les photos !! Très grand balcon avec vue plongeante sur la montagne, résidence avec piscine, spa et conciergerie. Les propriétaires sont charmants, merci encore.

TOUT A PIED

Excellent séjour dans cet appartement très lumineux proche des pistes de ski mais aussi des commerces accessibles à pied. Avec en plus le magasin SKISET juste à côté de la réception. Que demander de plus !!! Peisey-Vallandry est une petite station dépendante des Arcs qui a su rester à dimension familiale. Nous avions été charmés l'année passée par ce petit village et sommes pressés de pouvoir y revenir l'année prochaine. La conciergerie de plus vous propose une multitude de services, de la livraison du pain et des viennoiseries à un service traiteur.. sans parler du SPA, du cardio et de la piscine. Le rêve... On n'a plus envie de partir...

Vacances de Noël en famille

Nous avons passés de superbes vacances dans cet appartement de Vallandry : très propre, très joliment décoré et très lumineux avec une jolie vue et un grand balcon. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir. L'appartement est idéal pour des vacances en famille : à proximité immédiate des pistes et de l'ESF pour les plus petits. Avec en plus, des propriétaires charmants qui répondent à toutes les questions avant le départ.

"1ere vacances d''été à la montagne réussies . La résidence et l"appartement sont spacieux et très bien équipés , idéal pour des vacances en famille . Nos filles de 9 et 12 ans ont même pu avoir un massage , le rêve à leur âge ... La vue du logement est magnifique , on est proche des commerces ... Tout était parfait !!!!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour : bel appartement neuf, propre, confortable et silencieux. Belle vue. Accès facile aux pistes, retour skis au pied à qq mètres de l'immeuble. Commerces proches à pied ou en voiture. Accès extérieur à la piscine et la réception certes par des escaliers mais couverts : ce n'est pas un problème. Personnel très sympathique, à la réception et à la location de matériel. Contact très agréable avec les propriétaires qui fournissent toutes les indications nécessaires. Pas de mauvaise surprise."

"Appartement idéalement situé par rapport aux pistes de ski, un peu moins bien par rapport aux alimentations, mais la possibilité de se faire livrer l''essentiel en début de semaine règle le problème. Les courses du jour sont l''occasion d''une petite promenade agréable en suivant les petits sentiers.Très belle vue sur la vallée, et on apprécie le volume des pièces, les deux belles chambres, les deux salles d''eau, dont une avec douche et WC, l''autre avec baignoire (un peu petite cependant), le WC indépendant, l''équipement de la cuisine, le coin repas, la belle terrasse. On regrettera cependant les nombreuses marches pour regagner le bâtiment principal dans lequel se trouve la réception, la piscine, la salle de musculation, par contre nous avons apprécié le cadre architectural de l''ensemble."
