Each apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom where comfortably houses a single bed, a bathroom with shower, the kitchen and the living room, furnished with care to ensure maximum functionality and comfort. Green apartment on the ground floor, also on the back a covered porch and a patio, furnished with table, chairs and a wooden lounge, ideal for staying outdoors. There is no BBQ. The position of the apartment allows, especially for families with small children, to reach the beach or the apartment itself, in less than five minutes on foot. The main services are concentrated, given the central position, close to the building and therefore comfortable to reach on foot, without using the car during the stay. Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, a destination for evening walks, is fifty meters away. Wide availability in the months of July and August.

L'appartement est très bien situé, 5 petit minutes à pied de la plage. Le centre est également à 5 minutes à pied. Assez spacieux et propre.

Super emplacement

Appartement très bien situé,à 5mn à pied de la plage.Valentina communique très rapidement et en Français,l'appartement est bien équipé,et permet de loger deux adultes et deux enfants.La terrasse sur le jardin est très sympathique et permet de prendre ses repas(ou apéro) dehors sous le parasol.Rena Blanca,petite plage ,très propre ,avec des bars à proximité,eau transparente, masque, tuba fortement conseillés.Santa Teresa village bien équipé et fourni en pizzerias et terrasses de bars et resto à profusion.Et même un resto réputé à 50m dans la rue.Un service de Bus permet de se déplacer dans la région sans voiture.Il y a même un cyber café (café des sports),une supérette près de la mairie,mais aussi une boulangerie et autres commerces à proximité,toujours à pied.Pour garer sa voiture,c'est dans la rue en face de la maison,car dans les autres rues c'est payant .Bref un excellent séjour,on reviendra.et merci à Marta qui est venue nous ouvrir à 21h30.

Confortevole, a due passi dal centro e a due passi dal mare. Cosa volere di più?

La casa è bella, spaziosa ed accogliente. Un bel salotto con divano comodo e televisore. Una cucina spaziosa e molto pratica, ed un cortiletto privato dove poter pranzare e cenare all'aperto. Il cortiletto è inoltre dotato di lavabo. Le camere da letto sono due e sono entrambe belle spaziose. Ci sono però due cose da sottolineare. La prima è la posizione: 5 minuti di passeggiata e si arriva alla meravigliosa, sebbene un po' affollata, spiaggia di Rena Bianca; 3 minuti scarsi di passeggiata e si arriva nella piazza di Santa Teresa. Infine un plauso agli host. Gentilissimi fin da subito, sono intervenuti tempestivamente per sostituire la bombola del gas una volta esaurita e sono stati molto flessibili con l'orario di check-out; insomma non si può chiedere davvero di più.

Posizione ottima, vicinanza a piedi sia alla Rena Bianca sia al centro di Santa Teresa

Siamo stati in questo appartamento nel mese di luglio. Eravamo due adulti e tre bambini. La casa è moderna e curata, gli spazi sono ampi e la cucina è ben dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari. Le foto corrispondono alla realtà. La posizione è davvero strategica, a pochissimi passi dalla spiaggia e dal centro. I proprietari sono disponibili. Appartamento assolutamente consigliato alle famiglie.

OTTIMA SOLUZIONE

Appartamento situato a pochi metri dalla splendida spiaggia di Rena Bianca e dal centro del paese...veramente in una posizione ideale per chi non vuole usare la macchina. Ben accessoriato, pulitissimo e arredato in modo funzionale , così come da descrizione. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibili . Torneremo anche quest'anno per la terza volta...consigliatissimo

POSIZIONE OTTIMA!!!

Ho soggiornato a settembre 2016 per 10 giorni circa in questo appartamento e devo dire che, grazie a questo , abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile .. Mi trovavo nell appartamento al primo piano, una casa luminosissima e spaziosa perché dotata di 4 porta finestra , un balcone ampio e due che danno sulla via che collega bellissima spiaggia della "Rena Bianca " al centro del paese.. Prenoto ormai da anni in questo sito, e diciamo che molti, nella descrizione della casa e le distanze dal mare, non sono mai state coerenti con la realtà ..questa volta invece tutto VERO!! Appena esci di casa, a destra in 2min sei al mare, e sinistra 2 minuti sei nella piazza principale di Santa Teresa!!!! Una nota particolare va ai proprietari che sono stati disponibilissimi e gentilissimi, a trovarne persone così!!!!! Io giro molto la Sardegna , ma credo che se se dovessi tornare in Gallura, tornerei in questo appartamento !!! Grazie ancora!!!! Sonia, Rosangela e Valentina

Ottimo appartamento in una cornice ideale

SIamo stati ospiti dell'appartamento azzurro per tre settimane tra luglio e agosto 2014. L'immobile è in ottimo stato,curato, ben tenuto e fornito di tutto l'occorrente (a mio giudizio manca solo la lavastoviglie e poi sarebbe perfetto, ma si sa in vacanza si mangia spesso fuori o si usano stoviglie di plastica.....). Tutto ciò che era scritto nell'annuncio si è rivelato veritiero. I proprietari sono persone gentili e disponibilissime. Contrattempi come sostituzione della bombola a gas o altro, sono stati risolti nell'immediatezza, o al massimo in poche ore e cioè nell'arco di una mattinata. Non esiterei pertanto a definire il servizio fornito dal proprietario di ottima qualità. L'immobile è in una posizione centrale strategica, a 3 minuti a piedi dal mare e 3 minuti a piedi dal centro di santa teresa. Cosa dire..... ci torneremo volentieri e lo consigliamo a chiunque stia cercando una casa vacanza perfetta per le sue vacanze in un luogo magnifico come santa teresa.
