Fisherman's Cove Condominiums have the best Location on Siesta Key! It is surrounded by water with the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and a private lagoon that leads to the inter-coastal waterway (ICW) on the east side. Swim, surf, boat, kayak, paddle board, fish, gather sea shells and shark’s teeth, or take long walks along the beach. Free boat dock provided outside your front door for trips on the ICW. Bring your own boat, or rent a boat locally for the duration of your stay and dock it here for free. Our Condo (A106) has been totally renovated and professionally decorated with upscale beach themed furniture, appliances and accents. It's one of the best, if not the best, ground floor Condo at Fisherman’s Cove. Before you book another Condo at Fisherman's Cove, compare their rental rates against ours. Many owners of renovated Fisherman Cove Condos charge higher rental rates to recover their renovation costs. Others charge extra for cleaning, or have hidden fees titled "Owner Fee" or "Rental Fee". We don't play "games" like that. The total cost of our Condo is the rental rate plus Florida taxes and the VRBO service fee if you book through VRBO. Our Condo has the best location in the middle of the condo building. This location is private, quiet and away from the public beach located at the northern end of our building next to unit a101, and away from the outdoor showers and walkways on the southern end. No need to use the public washer and dryer located on each floor. Our unit includes a brand new high end washer & dryer located in the master bedroom walk-in closet. It’s an upscale, desirable ground floor unit with beautiful water views from every room and spectacular sunsets. Enjoy day and nights with the refreshing sound of Gulf waves. No need to deal with elevators, stairs or walking around the outside of the building carrying beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas to the beach. Just walk out the rear Lanai door and directly onto the beach and beautiful azure waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the front door and onto your boat at the private lagoon which leads to the ICW.
Entire unit is beautifully updated, decorated and furnished. Imported 20” Porcelain tile flooring in every room. New modern fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops. Living area includes two ceiling fans, dining table and chairs, sleeper/sofa and love seat. The entertainment center includes a new Samsung 55" Ultra HD Flat Screen Smart TV (not shown in pictures) with HD cable service and upgraded package to include 250+ channels (most other units have basic cable with 40 channels and no HD TV). Entertainment center also has a Blu-ray/DVD player and stereo. Entrance to master bedroom has french doors (with blinds). Both the Master and guest bedrooms have new high quality mattresses and are tastefully furnished and decorated. Master bedroom has a new King size white bedroom set and 42" wall mounted flat screen HD TV. The guest bedroom has two adult Twin Extra Long beds that can be pushed together and used as a king size, if desired. Each bedroom has ceiling fans, flat screen TV’s and large closets (master has a walk-in closet). Master bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a walk-in double shower. Guest bathroom has floor to ceiling ceramic tile, granite counter-tops and a tub/shower. Lanai has a 50" Ultra HD 4K TV (not shown in picture), patio table and chairs plus two rocking chairs.
A new Washer/Dryer is provided for your convenience and lounge chairs, beach chairs, beach toys, fishing poles and coolers are provided for your enjoyment.
My wife and I are the owners of this condo and take pride in the way it looks. This is our only rental property and we personally use it. We consider it our home and you as our guests. We encourage you to call our cell phones any time if you have a question or need anything. In addition, Fisherman's Cove Association has a wonderful on-site management team and rental office. With other VRBO's you have to deal exclusively with off-site owners or a management company not located on the property. We, however, pay a full property management fee to Fisherman's Cove Association (nobody else does this) to ensure every one of our guests receive the same privileges and convenience as guests who rent directly from the Fisherman’s Cove Rental Office. As a result, you get twice the amount of customer service for no additional cost. You see, our goal is to not only provide you with the best Condo in Fisherman's Cove, but to provide you with the best customer service as well. If you have a special request, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you. Frank & Robyn Cammaroto - We live in New Jersey with our two daughters. We purchased this Condo in November 2014 from the original owner. This condo was never on VRBO for rental, until we purchased it. We made major renovations after our purchase, including adding an in unit washer & dryer which many units don't have (the washer dryer many units refer to having is not inside the unit. It's a coin-operated one located outside the unit in a public utility room). We also replaced much of the furniture and purchased high quality mattresses or all beds. We intend to use this condo 4-6 weeks per year and we are sure you will appreciate how comfortable our condo is. Wonderful family vacation
Just a perfect place for a relaxing vacation with family. A106 had everything we needed to accommodate our children and enjoy the beautiful weather and beach. We chose this condo due to it's proximity to the beach and it worked perfectly for easy condo/beach access with kids. We also appreciated that beach towels, toys, chairs, coolers were included in the rental -important things we didn't need to worry about. Had an absolute blast and look forward to returning soon! Thanks for a fantastic stay.
Simply the best!
We had the most fabulous stay, perfect location, amazing beach and fantastic condo. So clean and comfortable, we even got to meet Frank which was a bonus!
Will intend to make this condo a regular stay for us as we only live 2 hours away in Kissimmee. When you find the perfect place no need to look for anything else!
The free trolley bus makes dining out at night so easy. We did go to Turtles just across the street and would recommend it.
For us British folk who love our tea an electric kettle in the condo would be great as the one for the range takes forever to boil!

Tranquility in a heavenly surrounding
This soothing property is beautiful with water on both sides. Morning walks on the beach, afternoons relaxing with a book or sketching on a canvas under the brilliant sun, and evenings enjoying the magnificent sunset were just magical. Our condo is clean, comfortable and extremely well-organized. The owner is communicative and helpful. So many nice restaurants around to satisfy any taste buds... Same time next year for sure!

Everything you need for a perfect vaction
The location is perfect - didn't even meed flip flops to get to the beach. The furnishings are tasteful and up to date and COMFORTABLE. The unit is immaculate and has beach chairs, lounges, multi position, anti gravity lounges that are great for people like me with back issues, toys for kids, which we did not need, modern appliances and a plus for us, a Keureg coffee maker. Fisherman's cove is located away from the high rises and is very relaxing. But is only a short drive (or free shuttle bus) to get to the down town area. The Turtle Grill is within walking distance and is very good. Plus there is a television in virtually every room. We will definitely be back. Thank you Frank. You unit is one of the best, if not the best, we ever stayed at.

Amazing apartment, great view, lovely community
Despite a few storming days we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fishermans Cove. The apartment is beautifully laid out and furnished and the beach is lovely. The local area is great and we just wish we had a bit more time to explore.
It was great having you Tania and I'm happy you enjoyed the great gulf view from inside our condo, even though there were a couple of rainy days. As they say...... a bad day at the beach is still better than a good day at work :). We look forward to your return.

Fisherman's Cove is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico on the quiet southern end of Siesta Key about 2.5 miles from the Stickney Point Bridge. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and shopping, boat, bike and kayak rentals are a 5 minute drive away. If you are interested in Theme Parks, Disney World is 1 hour 45 minutes away and Busch Gardens is 1 hour away.
