Summary:
You'll get expansive, panoramic gulf views from every room of this 7th (top) floor condo. Crescent Arms is a quiet, beach front, high rise condominium building that is ideally located for maximum fun and relaxation. We are right on the beach with lounge chairs provided.

The Space:
Our condo is on the corner of the building with a view down the South end of the beach. It's as close as you can get to the Gulf without being in the water! We also have a heated pool & covered parking.

Location: Crescent Arms, Siesta Key, Florida South West, Florida, USA

Accommodations: Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Convertible Bed(s), 2 Baths (Sleeps 5)

-The unit has separate private bedroom suites, each with their own bath, flat-screen cable TV, ceiling fan, hair dryers, and Gulf view with sliding glass doors to the lanai.

-Laundry facilities are on-site just outside your door

-The unit also features a fully-equipped, modern kitchen and dining area.

-Free WiFi

-Plenty of opportunities for shopping, golf, boating, fishing and much more.

-Walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and stores.

-Nearby Sarasota has all the social and cultural attractions you could desire: Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Mote Marine Aquarium, and The Ringling Brothers Museum of Art are all minutes away.

-A few miles north is St. Armand's Circle with its trendy shopping.

-Only one hour from Busch Gardens in Tampa. Two hours from Islands of Adventure, Epcot, Disney, and Universal Studios.

-Computer is available in the clubhouse for guests to use during office hours. A printer is provided for airline boarding pass printing.

Perfect Getaway

Always Fun in the Siesta Key Sun

We were pleasantly surprised to find an opening at college spring break time at our all-time favorite beach. The hosts were friendly, prompt with communication and have a lovely property that is comfortable and perfect for a family get away.

Wonderful Vacation!

Lovely two bedroom condo on quiet Crescent Beach. Great view from all rooms and beach was only a few steps away. Pavan was easy to reach and quickly responded to questions or concerns.

Perfect location

This was our first visit to Siesta Key, actually Crescent beach. Tracy's condo was just steps from the beach. And unlike siesta key beach you don't have to walk a mile to get to the water. The condo was well decorated, very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Top notch host!

Beautiful Property and well maintained.

My family and I loved our stay at the condo. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO rentals but this one was certainly my favorite. The condo was stocked with all the necessary essentials to make cooking easy and comfortable. The size of the condo was perfect for our family of 4.

Good place to relax and take in some wonderful views of the beach..

Really enjoyed my stay The condo is as shown, wonderful and very clean. The owners are always there should you need them. Enjoyed my week stay. If you are Looking to relax and enjoy the beach this is a great place to do so. Good restaurants close by but you will need a car. Felt like home...thank you again look forward to my next stay..

Beautiful View!

Excellent and responsive guests! Waking up every morning to the beautiful ocean views was hard to leave. The condo is in a great area and is well equipped. Just as advertised.

Crescent Arms condo

Our condo was perfect. Clean, neat comfortable.....and more. We liked it so much we made arrangements for next year! Had terrific communication with the owners and they gave us great recommendations for food and tours. Would love to meet them someday.

Great Location

Great location; it is within walking distance of several restaurants and shops, and the beach is very wide. Unit 703S itself is very nice with great views of the Gulf and the South End of Siesta Key from the balcony that's accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The Unit was very clean and had everything we would have expected. The owners communicated everything very clearly and always responded to any messages within minutes. We hope to return again sometime soon!

Beautiful White Sand Beach

We really enjoyed the never hot white sand beach. We appreciated the gated entrance and keyless door entry. We felt this to be a very safe place. The condo had all the necessities for a week of cooking. We will come back! The ocean view was so nice. The waves were calm by the end of the week and it was the perfect place to walk for the sunsets.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a good time in Siesta Key. The condo is clean and right on the beach. The beach chair provided by the complex is a plus. Covered parking is also a plus, as it is hot in Fl. The condo is next to the laundry room and the elevator, so quite convenient. Go to Madeira Beach for parasailing and deep sea fishing, as it is much less expensive. Will return next year!

Siesta keys

Property is a great location. Right on the beach. Quick access across the bridge to a supermarket and many restaurants. Very secure with keypad entry onto the property. Plenty of beach chairs provided. Building is a little old but inside the condo is nice. Owner responded almost immediately with any questions. We had a great time would certainly come back to Pavan’s condo.

Fall Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Our only issue was the furniture. The furniture needs replaced. It was very uncomfortable trying to sit in the living area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

Great Condo!

We had a wonderful week at this condo the first week of August. The condo was clean and comfortable and we felt very welcome and at home. The screened in lanai has a super nice view and the furnishings were all lovely. Loved being so close to the beach and grandkids also loved the pool. The owners were very easy to work with and promptly answered all questions, gave very good information and refunded our security deposit before we even got home. Would definitely rent from them again.

Perfect Vacation

This was our 4th trip in a row to Siesta Key and was by far our best. The location was perfect and condo was as well. Pavin and Tracy communicated with us throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. The condo has everything you need. We unpacked our bags and headed to the beach, which is one of the shortest walks to the ocean you will find on SK. Hopefully, we can do it all over again next year. Thanks again Pavin and Tracy!

July Vacation in 703S

All 5 of us loved the condo. It is next to the laundry room which is a plus for me. The covered parking was tight but wonderful, a definite plus. The beach was as beautiful as promised and the chairs that are provided are a real bonus and They are also loungers! We had a minor glitch with a TV, and the repair was made pronto by a very nice guy. All the staff were polite and very helpful. One recommended eating spot is Phillipi Oyster and Raw Bar and Restaurant. GREAT SHRIMP!!

Very comfortable place to return to each day

The condo was exactly as advertised. The place is equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation. The condo felt like a home away from home. The best part about the unit is the lanai and the ocean breeze that comes through when all the rooms are opened up, so relaxing. We were fortunate enough to go during a time when we didn't need to have the air conditioner on. While the unit does not have laundry, the laundry facilities are immediately outside the unit, so pack light! Thank you Tracy and Pavan!

Fantastic Vacation!

Review #5871468 The unit is great and was exactly what we anticipated from the pictures and description given. The view is fantastic and the unit was clean and ready for us to move in. Beds are very comfortable. The beach is unbelievable and it is right in front of the building. The owner is a pleasure to deal with. We have rented condos is several other areas of the country (HI, DE, NC, MA) and the units had the "remains" from the previous occupants (dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc) which is very helpful when you first move in. This unit had nothing. Also, it would be nice to have a printed TV guide in the unit. We would absolutely recommend this unit to family and friends.
