Excellent, well located chalet, with great host

The chalet was perfect and luxurious, extremely spacious, great facilities (brilliant boot room with heated boots and glove racks, sauna, hot tub, games area, laundry room), warm and comfortable. Great location, a short walk from the village centre, very near the bus stop giving easy access to the ski areas (Super Chatel, Pre La Joux, Linga) with a very welcoming and responsive host. We had a fantastic week and highly recommend this chalet!

Catharine was a welcoming and helpful host. The chalet is absolutely beautiful, spacious and well-appointed. It is also in a good location for skiers about 20 minutes by foot from the main gondola. Catharine recommended an excellent chef who made our evening meals several nights and was great! Our time in Chatel was memorable and we have only highest praise for this chalet.

Prachtig, comfortabel en luxe chalet

Het chalet is enkele maanden geleden opgeleverd. Alles is smaakvol en luxe aangepakt en ingericht. Fraai sanitair en fijne bedden. Bij aankomst was alles smetteloos schoon. Wij waren met 1 single en 4 stellen waarvan twee met een baby. Er zijn twee familiekamers met een geschakelde "achterkamer" waar de kinderen kunnen slapen. Als gezinnetje blijf je dan fijn bij elkaar. Dat werkt uitstekend. In de slaapkamer beneden hoor je wel duidelijk het spoelen van het toilet in de badkamer erboven. De ruimte in huis is meer dan genoeg voor onze groep. Ook met 12 volwassenen en een paar grotere kinderen zou er ruim voldoende ruimte zijn. Er is een grote woonkamer met een prachtige, heel ruime eettafel. De keuken is zeer compleet; zelfs een wijnklimaatkast ontbreekt niet. Wij hebben iedere avond in huis gekookt en gedineerd en alles functioneert prima. Het chalet ligt op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen van het centrum en de Superchatel skilift. Er is een skibushalte op 100 meter afstand. De bus rijdt ieder kwartier en brengt je in een paar minuten naar het centrum en Superchatel, of de andere kant op in een klein kwartiertje naar de Linga skilift. Je kunt eventueel ook met deze bus naar de supermarkt. Handiger is met de auto in 5 minuten naar een grote Intermarché. Naast het chalet is er eigen parkeerplaatsje voor 4 auto's. Na het skiën zijn de sauna en de jacuzzi veel gebruikt. Heerlijk! De ontvangst door Catherine met de uitleg over het chalet was goed en volledig. De eindcontrole was zeer zorgvuldig. Als er zelfs het kleinste sokje achter gebleven zou zijn, zou dit gezien zijn. Heel goed. Catherine, alle complimenten voor dit fraaie chalet; we hebben er genoten! Merci beaucoup!
