The condo was spotless and the views were spectacular. We were only there for four days, but a relaxing four days. The kitchen had all the amenities that a good cook would need. Beautiful view, responsive owner, very clean

We had a beautiful 2 weeks in this property. The owners seem to have thought of any need (coolers, backpacks, spice rack) more than other places we’ve stayed. Great view from the deck. Would stay again.

Grand Strand get-away

First impressions are the most important. This little condo has everything and a whole lot more. The owners have created the perfect home away from home. Attention to detail, cozy and comfortable, with a view to get lost in the whole time you're there. Great location, quiet neighborhood, centrally located to explore the whole Grand Strand.

Perfect

My 2 daughters (4 & 7), my sister, and I had a girls trip for several days and couldn’t be happier. Location to the beach is perfect, and the pool is glorious. Check in & out was super simple. I cannot wait to come back.

Great Condo

Condo was even better than pictures depicted. It was clean with nice furnishings, deck chairs and beach decor. Felt very comfortable. Nice little touches such as wall hooks, and little shelves in bathrooms. Location is excellent and quiet at night. We love coming to Surfside Beach where the beach is never crowded. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Place!

Had such a great time. Condo is cute and clean. If we were not on the beach we were enjoying the patio overlooking the beach. The beach in front of these units was not busy at all. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Really great having use of the beach chairs. Our only regret was having to leave. Hope to be back soon!

The perfect condo!

We knew the condo looked great when seeing the listing but it was SO much more incredible in person. Perfectly clean with everything you could need and the most amazing view/location. Seeing the sunrise from the bedroom, breakfast on the balcony overlooking the ocean, a few steps and you are on the beach... could not have been better. All the instructions and information was very helpful and the hosts were very diligent with how everything was set up. All appliances were in great working order and had everything we needed. Thanks so much for letting us stay, it was incredible!

Great vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The owners were easy to work with. The condo was clean and in a great spot - away from the hustle and bustle of the pier. The walk to the beach was short which made getting all of our stuff back and forth easily. The kitchen had a great supply of basic supplies which was much appreciated. And we especially loved the bonus of having some beach supplies/toys available to use. As for Surfside Beach - this was our first time there. The water was amazingly clear and the beach clean. We loved it.

Just what we needed!

The property looks exactly as pictured! We truly enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms were great! Would suggest new patio chairs on the balcony as the current ones are very unstable. Also would suggest supplying a few beach towels for guests. Loved that the kitchen was so stocked! Even a blender, 2 coffee makers and plenty of pots and pans! Overall, we loved the condo and will definitely reach out to stay again in the future! Relaxed and happy, Cathy, Kris, Len and Cathy.

Couldn't have been nicer!

My husband and I recently stayed in the condo and found it clean, well stocked, with many nice recent upgrades! Bed was comfy and the location...well, let me just say if you enjoy lying in bed and listening to the waves outside your window (as well as seeing them) then this is the condo for you! The only unfortunate circumstance was Hurricane Matthew cut our visit short. The owners were very understanding which was a welcome relief as I thought we would just be out of pocket for leaving early. Can't ask for more than that under the circumstances!!

perfect year end getaway

This is our second stay in this lovely condo, and likely won't be our last! Kathy & Tom are so very responsive from before the trip and if needed, throughout the stay. The location of this condo is perfect - very short drive to the Market Commons areas with plenty of shops, restaurants, and entertainment - and an easy drive south to Murrell's Inlet with fresh seafood options galore and gorgeous views. Yet, the condo location is tucked away in quiet, family oriented Surfside - just a perfect combination. The views from this end-unit are wonderful from every room in the house (OK, no views from the bathrooms! haha) This unit is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had just about everything we needed - the only thing we wished for was a large enough pot to cook fresh crab legs, but we couldn't find one. Off season at the beach is wonderful, and though the weather's a toss up, we had gorgeous, warm, sunny skies for our end of December/first of January stay. Perfect! Thanks to the Shermans for sharing their 2nd home!

Highly Recommend This Little Piece of Heaven

Where do I begin? This place is amazing! We are a family of 4 (parents and two “kids” age 21 and 18). The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. It is a comfortable, beautifully decorated place with an unbeatable view of Surfside Beach. Our favorite spot was the balcony that is directly oceanfront. Perfect place to watch the sunrise with your first cup of coffee. There is so much to do in the area! We enjoyed Broadway at the Beach, Ripley’s Aquarium, the show Adrenaline (at Broadway at the Beach), a fishing excursion out of Murrell’s Inlet, walking to Surfside Pier and exploring Pawley’s Island. All within 30 minutes of the condo. There is still so much we want to do that we didn’t have time for. We will definitely be back and will rent from Tom and Kathy again. They were very easy to communicate with for the few things we needed to (basically just to let them know we arrived and that we left). Condo is very well stocked. We brought a few groceries but there are stores right in the area. Some restaurants we enjoyed were The Golden Egg, Dagwood’s, Bar Louie, and Hard Rock at Broadway at the beach.

Our favorite place to stay. Perfect location, always top notch cleanliness. Appreciate the convenient outlets on end tables! Would like a towel rack or at least another towel hook for bath towels in master bath. An added safety feature would be a grab bar in the walk-in shower. Looking forward to returning.

What an amazing week! The condo was more beautiful then the pictures! We have a group of four that visit Surfside Beach twice a year…end of may…and September…we have never stayed the same place twice but we all agree this was the best condo! The view is beautiful …condo was so comfortable and for the first time we actually cooked most our meals instead of eating out. Condo had Everything you would possibly need and more! We really hope to stay there again!

Our oceanfront location has provided us with some of the most relaxing moments listening to waves roll in either from the master bedroom or the balcony. The view is breathtaking - we could not pass it up when we first toured our condo! We have renovated and modernized the entire condo since purchasing it in 2014! We added new grey contemporary vinyl plank flooring in the entrance, front bedroom, and the main condo living and dining areas including the kitchen. We completely remodeled the kitchen with white Shaker style cabinets, granite counter-tops & new stainless steel appliances, and remodeled Bathrooms with matching ceramic tile, hardwood vanities and granite tops.
