Excellent 4th stay

This lovely apartment fits the bill for our family ski weeks. It is well equipped, spacious, clean and handy for the ski lifts. We’ll be booking again!

Really well located apartment in Tignes. Very well furnished and appointed. Bit of a walk to the shops but compensated by access to the slopes.

Ski holiday

Clean property. Good connection to the slope, keeping in mind a small climb which can be icy(could be difficult for smaller kids) . Good host, very responsive!

Fantastic apartment

We had a great stay at a lovely apartment. It worked really well for our family of 5. Fantastic facilities and a great location. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We communicated fine with limited common language. Only issue was no check in info on the Vrbo site. Would return to this lovely apartment.

Great Apartment - again

This was our second visit so obviously we must have liked it the first time. As others have said this is a lovely cosy apartment with great access to the slopes, bus, chairlifts - everything really. We also managed to ski back to the front door every day this time which was a bonus. The only thing I would improve is the wifi which is a bit erratic but apart from that the place is great and we look forward to returning there.

Wonderful. Beautiful place, great location, brilliantly equipped and really helpful owner.

We've just finished a week in the apartment for three adults and one child. Simply the best apartment we've stayed in. High quality furniture, beds, utensils. Underfloor heating, private boot room with heated rack (things you didn't know you wanted until you tried them!). Location wonderful - ski to door (snow was amazing) or short (250m) walk to lifts/navette. Shops 5 mins up road and a good selection of bars and restaurants in a relaxed village, with the more jumping le lac 5 mins on the 24hr Navette or a 15 min walk. Loved it. We will be back.

Great apartment

This apartment is in an excellent location 50m from 2 ski lifts covering both sides of the valley. It is well appointed and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen, washing machine and dryer. The heating keeps the apartment comfortable. There are shops approximately 300-400 m away including a mini market and Nicks excellent pizzas. The same shopping area has a lift pass office.There is a bus stop 50m from the apartment with a free service that covers Lavachet, Le Lac and down to Val Claret running frequently.

Great place in good location

We had a fantastic week here. Lovely apartment very well kitted out and beds / towels etc all good quality. Parking space outside and we had no problems finding it once we’d been given the address. Good wifi and the underfloor heating was welcome. Keyless access was so convenient. We were able to ski back to the door most days and the heated boot room was great. Only tip I’d give to future renters would be to bring extra loo roll and dishwasher tablets (just 1 of each was available) - hand wash and laundry detergent also not provided but easily available at the supermarket. Overall can thoroughly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! Thanks for having us 🙂⛷

Great place and value

We had a great experience here. We have 2 children and they really staying in this location. I fully recommend this property. The owner doesn’t speak much English but we managed to understand each other. When we left my wife left her contact lenses in the bathroom and the owner very kindly sent this in the post back to the UK. The Wi-fi wasn’t as bad as most people have suggested. We were still able to stream a movie. If there was one thing I would change that would be the instructions to get to the property. Other than that it was a great stay and great location and I would fully recommend it.

Great Apartment

We stayed in this lovely apartment in late March 2016, there were 2 adults and 1 child. It was warm, cosy and very nicely furnished - it never felt crowded There is a keyless entry system which we loved – wish I had one at home It’s also in a great location, only a few minutes’ walk to the slopes where you can then ski down to the chairlift. We could not actually ski back to the door when we were there but you can with a little more snow. It’s only a 1 minute walk so no problem really You have everything you need here including a washer and dryer – we used that dryer a lot! The shuttle bus stop is only about a minute away in case you want to take the bus to another ski area This is one of the best ski apartments we have ever rented and we will definitely be making a return visit.

Great ski apartment

We loved this apartment. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, it was warm, clean and felt spacious for our family of 5. Having a washing machine and a dryer was brilliant. There was loads of space to hang ski stuff and put hats inside and the attached ski storage area was so handy, with ski racks, boot warmers / dryers and even sledges provided! The kids really made the most of the sledges! In terms of the skiing, the apartment is genuinely ski in, right to the front door (even in December when we came).There is a short walk up the road to ski out but the kids managed it absolutely fine. The skiing around Tignes is great and varied. It suited our older kids who want black runs and off piste and our youngest who prefers blues. Absolutely loved it. We’d definitely return.

Lovely Apartment in great location

Nice well equipped apartment in a brilliant location 2 min walk in ski boots to 2 lifts giving access to both Tignes and Val d'sere. Was fine size wise for 5 of us, 2 Adults and 3 kids aged 16,14, and 11. There's only one bathroom but didn't cause us any issues.It has its own heated boot room and ski locker (with sleds if this is your thing) right outside your front door which is absolutely brilliant. If it's been snowy you can ski down the short road from the lift to your door at days end. This can get icy so just be careful on the walk up in the morning, but nothing to worry about, it is a ski resort after all. This is also where the bus stop is.Shops, ski rental, restaurants, couple of bars and a great pub are a 10 minute walk uphill, downhill back :-). Lovely patisserie, great little supermarket and some very good restaurants nearby but be sure to book if half term. The take away pizza place is Superb if the kids don't want gourmet or you don't want to cook. Le Lac is a lot more lively if this is what you want and a short distance away so easy to ski back from after early Apres Ski, or to get a bus to from the nearby bus stop.Host is very good at communicating and sorting any issues as the previous guests to us had partied a bit hard and left a couple of large holes in the wall which Christophe was aware of and sorted immediately.Skiing in Tignes/Val is really amazing. Will be coming back to ski this wonderful area and would stay here again.

We stayed here Jan 16 2016. 3 of us . Came in on Bens bus to LaLac. Gave Christophe a call and he came picked us up which was real nice of him. Apartment is nicely finished every thing looks new and freshly painted. Best equipped kitchen ive had on holiday even down to hand blender . And sharp knifes. A first . All linen and towels top quality . Underfloor heating great wet room and washer dryer. Great beds There were 3 of us . Could poss have 5 maybe 6 with 1 in sitting room but think 4 would be just right with space to be comfortable. You are on holiday after all. 1/2 min walk to lifts. 2 off 1 takes u tignes slopes other val. U couldn't ask for better. We could ski home. we had good snow or 1 2 min walk. Bus stop 2 min walk. Supermarket bars 5 min walk. La lac 10 min walk 2min bus ride. 1 of best resturants in Tignes La Ferme des Trois Capucines 2 min walk Heated bootroom. Nice and quiet as no bar traffic. It was great to come back from skiing to a nice comfortable apartment and relax with cold 1. Will def come back if 4 or less of us. So don't rent it. I want it. Also Christophe runs a ski hire shop so don't forget to ask about rentals. We were already sorted as didn't know as he didn't advertise. Superb Carl

Excellent séjour!

L’appartement correspond exactement à l’annonce. Il est très bien équipé, spacieux et proche des remontées mécaniques. Nous avons apprécié le casier à ski avec sèche-chauffeur de chaussures de ski, le lave et sèche linge mais surtout l’appareil à fondue! Cecile et Christophe sont des hôtes très sympathiques et arrangeants. Nous les remercions pour cet agréable séjour.

Nos vacances était super même si les remonter mécaniques, les restaurants et les boutiques fermaient les uns après les autres après le 2 septembre. Et dommages qu'on à vus nos hôtes une seule fois où pas du tout.

Très bel appartement, très bien décoré. L'emplacement est idéal car proche du centre ville et des arrêts de bus. La voiture n'a pas bougé de la semaine. Nous recommandons cette adresse sans réserve !

Super séjour dans un appartement tout confort , bien situé et calme

Appartement confort et calme, bonnes prestations, local à ski pratique avec reposes chaussures chauffants literie confortable, bon emplacement. Seul bémol, la télé ne capte très bien à cause de l'antenne, peut être une connexion à une box serait adaptée sinon prévoir ordinateur et câbles adaptés . Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir ça sera avec plaisir
