estupendo apartamento y muy cuidado

El apartamento es tal cual lo definen las fotos. El interior es moderno, está muy cuidado y tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de playa. La localización es justo lo que buscábamos: tranquila, sin ruidos, a menos de 15 minutos andando tranquilamente tanto a la playa como a Denia. Atención profersional y amable tanto de la propietaria como de la persona de la agencia que nos atendió. Volveríamos encantados y lo recomendamos a todo el mundo.

Appartement bien situé et très agréable

A deux pas du centre ville à pied ainsi que du port. Commerce à proximité. l'équipement de l'appartement est très complet et le petit plus, le solarium privé.

Très bon séjour , appartement agréable , literie un peu ferme , les matelas Sont à ressorts, autrement bien situé . A proximité des commerces et de la plage , on apprécie la climatisation et la grandeur des pièces et de la terrasse sur le toit .merci Armadat pour ce séjour .

Muy buena elección

Después de busar concienzudamente un apartamento, nos encontramos con este de Montserrat, que parecía una buena elección. La verdad es que fue un acierto, el apartamento es perfecto con una terraza impresionante (sobre todo para desayunar y cenar, al mediodía pega mucho el sol). · habitaciones amplias, una cocina muy bien equipada y aire acondicionado en 3 lugares de la casa. La urbanización, muy bien, cerca de la playa, buena piscina y un txikipark en el que los niños la gozaron. Un gran acierto

7 DIAS EN DENIA -Alicante-

A nosotros nos gustó mucho. Éramos 5 en un apartamento para 6 personas. Había espacio suficiente para todos aunque hubiéramos sido 6. La piscina estaba muy limpia y muy bien cuidada. Había vigilancia por la noche y Socorrista y conserje todo el día.... en 10 minutos caminando ya llegábamos a la playa o al centro del pueblo. Dénia nos encantó. Es un lugar muy bonito. El apartamento era grande, espacioso y todo amueblado. Las habitaciones las decoraron de diferente color... cama, cortinas, lamparitas y cajones de dentro del armario iban a juego. También tenía todos los electrodomésticos aunque el lavavajillas no funcionaba muy bien. En cuanto a la limpieza del apartamento... pensamos que lo tendrían que hacer mejor porque no estaba muy limpio, sobretodo los utensilios de la cocina... Tuvimos que fregar todas las ollas, platos, cubiertos, vasos, etc. .. Quisimos pensar que no habían tenido tiempo de limpiarlo cuando llegamos nosotros. El caso es que se tiene que pagar por adelantado 90€ en concepto de limpieza y nosotros tuvimos que limpiar. La Señora que nos atendió -Olga- muy correcta. Se fundió una bombilla de una de las habitaciones y en poco tiempo vino a cambiarla. Un saludo Olga. Por lo demás lo recomendamos totalmente. Mayka y Rosa.

De belles vacances

Tout fut parfait pendant notre séjour à Denia, le relationnel avec la propriétaire avant le départ, la gentillesse de la personne qui nous a accueilli sur place, la résidence et l'appartement parfait, grand, propre, climatisé, parking en sous sol, le solarium idéal le soir, proximité des commerces, de la plage (6mn à pied) et du centre ville (1,5 km)

excellente location

Bel appartement propre et bien équipé. Propriétaire très courtoise. Merci à la personne qui s'occupe de l appartement sur place ,qui s'est déplacée a 23h pour le compteur électrique qui avait disjoncté...location a recommander sans retenue. Mr et Mme Caron

Great experience

Saying that we enjoyed our stay in Denia is an understatement. I would like to give a huge thanks for the owner kindness and generosity that made our journey even more memorable. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough and a friend has actually booked the place already. The apartment was exactly has described and was easy to find. It was clean, well-furnished and very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the roof terrace that has an amazing view and is very quiet. The dolphin swimming pool is also great and very safe as the property is well guarded behind closed gates. A guardian is always there having an eye on the kids that could play freely inside the property. The beach is located at a five minutes’ walk from the apartment and there are a lot of fun water activities to do. We particularly liked kayaking and the stand-up paddle. The locals are very friendly and we particularly liked the great Mediterranean meals. Walking around the old town and relaxing in the typical café terraces while eating some tapas was also very enjoyable and relaxing. Thanks again for everything. If we ever come back to Denia, your place will be our first choice.

Superbe appartement

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cet appartement. Tout était génial. La proximité de la plage, l'urbanisation sécurisée, la piscine et l'appartement en lui-même est très spacieux et très propre. Nous avons eu des bons contacts avec la propriétaire. Un séjour de détente à renouveler !!!

Super endroit

Magnifique appartement très spacieux, bien décoré avec tout se qu'il faut. Propre et bien entretenu.. Propriaitaire super sympa et personel agréable. C'est une une résidence très sécutisée. La piscine est top.Très belle région à 10 minutes seulement du centre et de la mer ! Nous avons beaucoup aimé et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir !

"C''est notre premier séjour à Denia, le coin est très sympa. L''appartement est neuf, c''est génial il y a tout ce qu''il faut, et il est super bien situé (proche de la mer, des restos, du centre...). On peut facilement y aller à pied. On a eu aucun problème. Très bons contacts par mail et rapides avec les proprios. Franchement, on le recommande sans hésiter. L&D de Suisse "
