Great property, beautiful location, but information missing from description

The property was great, clean, with a lovely pool and walking distance from beautiful beaches. However, please note that towels are not included, and any cleaning is an additional charge (which isn't clear in the description). If you opt for the cleaning option, there is an expectation that the house is left in a relatively clean state (floors swept, bathrooms cleaned), combined with a 9am departure time. A misunderstanding meant that we incurred an addition fee, that we did not expect, with messages (some of which I did not receive until we got back to the UK, due the new roaming charges which came into affect on my phone while away), all this had a negative impact, on what was a lovely holiday. Our stars reflect our customer experience, rather than the property itself.

Lors de l’accueil, il a été expliqué que le ménage est en option comme dans la majorité des propriétés. Nos résidents n’ont pas souhaité choisir cette option. Le départ de la propriété se fait à 9h (précisé dans le book), point que j’avais reconfirmé par SMS en précisant que je serais présente à 9h. Quelle surprise lorsque je suis arrivée de trouver une maison vide, il me semble que dans la majorité des locations il y a un état des lieux de sortie en présence des résidents. Et surtout quelle surprise de trouver la maison dans un état de saleté déplorable comme je n’ai jamais vu après 10 ans de location...Deux petits exemples que chacun saura apprécier : les 2 WC tapissés d’excréments, des empreintes de mains d’adultes enduites de crèmes sur les miroirs, cela ressemble à de la provocation. En tout état de cause c’est la première fois que je retiens des frais sur la caution... Les appréciations antérieures permettront à chaque lecteur de se faire son opinion. Je suis sincèrement désolée de la tournure qu’on prit les choses et cependant ravis que nos résidents aient passé de belles vacances. During the reception, it was explained that the household is optional as in the majority of properties. Our residents did not choose this option. The departure of the property is at 9am (specified in the book), point that I had reconfirmed by SMS specifying that I would be present at 9am. What a surprise when I arrived to find an empty house, it seems to me that in the majority of rentals there is an inventory of the places of exit in the presence of the residents. And especially what a surprise to find the house in a deplorable state of filth as I have never seen after 10 years of rental... Two small examples that everyone will appreciate: the 2 toilets lined with excrement, handprints of adults coated with creams on the mirrors, it looks like provocation. In any case this is the first time that I withhold costs from the bail... Previous assessments will allow each reader to form his or her opinion. I am truly sorry about the way things have turned out and yet I am glad that our residents have had a great vacation.

Sejour en terre Bretonne

Sejour au calme a quelques pas de la mer proche d'une des plus belles plages du finistère Nord : les Amiets. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et sympathiques et flexible sur l'heure d'arrivé. La maison spacieuse et confortable pour un séjour reposant loin du tumulte quotidien.. La piscine couverte et chauffé est un grand plus. Recommandé

15 jours en vacances à Cléder en juin 2024

Location de 2 semaines en juin 2024 à Cléder, 7 adultes et 1 enfant de 2 ans et demi. Météo plaisante la 1ére semaine bien qu'un peu fraîche. La piscine est parfaite et bien chauffée (dommage que la lumière n'y fonctionne pas). Belle plage toute proche à pieds et, un peu plus loin en voiture, il y a des plages magnifiques. Restaurants testés: pour le soir, sur la plage, face à la mer le " Roc'h ar mor" à Plouescat est parfait, vue magnifique et plats délicieux (il faut absolument réserver avant) et le "Beach Break" à Santec, pot où repas brasserie, idéal, directement sur la plage, les pieds dans le sable ! face à la très jolie petite île de Sieck que l'on peut gagner à pieds à marée basse (géniale pour les enfants). La maison est impeccable pour la location, l'extérieur bien agréable et le parking voitures appréciable. La région est vraiment belle. Si l'occasion se présente, nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Tolles Haus in wunderschöner Landschaft

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Das Haus war für uns als Familie mit vielen Altersgruppen perfekt, auch dank der ruhigen Lage und mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr praktisch. Abends nur für den Sonnenuntergang noch mal kurz an den wunderschönen Strand - kein Problem und immer lohnend. Der Kontakt zu Marie war jederzeit problemlos und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit traumhaften Pool

wir waren zwei Wochen in dem tollen Ferienhaus. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Der Strand fußläufig schnell zu erreichen und einer der schönsten der Umgebung wie wir fanden. Unsere beiden Kinder fanden den großen Pool als absolutes Highlight im Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Marie für Ihre Gastfreundschaft! Wir kommen bestimmt einmal wieder.

The house was just as described and just a short walk to a stunning beach. We had a lot of trouble trying to get grandkids out of pool as they loved it so much. the area is very quiet with farm fields a few 100 metres behind house . We would love to stay here again.

Belle maison et cadre dépaysant

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la propriété de Marie. Malheureusement le soleil n’était pas au rdv. La piscine chauffée a sauvé notre séjour. Les enfants ont adoré nager dans cette piscine aux dimensions parfaites. La maison est fonctionnelle. Le seul point négatif est qu’elle est un peu excentrée. Mais en même temps si proche de la mer les ballades étaient top. Attention quand vous réservez, la conso d’électricité est à régler à la fin du séjour ce n’est pas forcément visible au moment de la réservation sur l’application.
