Très bien situé

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et l’accueil par la propriétaire est très sympathique. Plage et restaurants accessibles à pieds. Parking en sous sol avec un ascenseur qui dessert le 2e étage. Seuls points à améliorer mais non bloquants : canapés confortables mais un peu fatigués et literie un peu dure pour les personnes âgées que nous sommes !

Bel appartement avec vue sur le port

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine dans cet appartement à Chipiona. C 'est une ville très authentique et fort agréable. Appartement très propre et bien équipé. Les propriétaires nous ont bien accueillis. Nous avons apprécié le garage pour la voiture.

Excellente location

Nous sommes ravis du séjour que nous avons passé. L'appartement de Pépi est très bien situé face au port de Chipiona avec un parking en sous-sol. L'appartement est très coquet , calme et très bien équipé. Il ne manque rien Pépi a pensé à tout. Tout se fait à pied (plage, accès aux restaurants et bars). Nous remercions vivement Pépi et Ramon pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse , une bouteille de Barbadillo et une coupe de fruits nous attendaient. Chipiona a été une belle découverte pour nous.

Nous avons passé un excel...

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Chipiona. L'appartement correspond complètement à la description. Appartement très propre,, bien situé, à 5mn à pied de la plage et à 10mn du centre ville. L'accueil du propriétaire reste très chaleureux, une coupe de fruits et une bouteille de moscatel nous attendaient. Les lits étaient faits. Merci Pépi J et C

Pepi war eine sehr nette und sympathische Vermieterin! Sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben, was man in der Gegend unternehmen kann.Besonders gut hat uns der wunderschöne Ausblick auf den Hafen gefallen. Aber auch die sehr ruhige Atmosphäre im Dezember fanden wir toll! Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber!

The view

This property is in a brilliant location, well equipped and has the most perfect view from any apartment we have ever stayed at. The booking and check-in process were flawless. This is the perfect place to stay in order to experience Chipiona, a truely Spanish holiday resort, as well as the surrounding area. We will definitely return.

Die perfekte Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird und sehr gemütlich. Vom Balkon hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Gleich vor der Haustüre beginnt die tolle Promenade, auf der man stundenlang spazieren kann, mit netten Stränden. Zur Ortsmitte sind es zehn Minuten Fußweg. Wir wurden von Pepi Sánchez überaus herzlich empfangen. Nochmals vielen Dank! Das Haus hat einen sehr hilfsbereiten Concierge. Wir können das Apartment zu 100% weiter empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Smart apartment in great location

The apartment is exactly as the impressions of the photographs imply. It's well furnished and well equipped, all the linens and towels etc provided, enough equipment in the kitchen for comfortable self catering, crockery, glasses etc first class. Pepi explained everything on arrival and we had no problems at all. The aircon in the lounge was a real godsend on a couple of nights but in general the balcony, with view of the harbour, was more than comfortable for dining alfresco. The fountain in the pictures is of a Spanish superstar, Rocio Jurado and it was amazing watching so many people from our balcony who were taking pictures/selfies. Most entertaining! The location is great, 300m from a nice quiet beach (2 sunbeds 12eur/day!),and 500m or so from the main eating/shopping streets. There is a big tide so bathing only really good at high tide. We walked past the lighthouse and another vast beach opened up, much busier, looked much more accessible to bathe at all tide levels. There are small supermarkets in the town but we regularly drove to about 5km to Sanlucar de Barameda where there are much larger ones (Mercadona, Supersol and Lidl). They take Siesta very seriously here; it's not the usual tourist trap so don't expect to do anything between 2 and 5 except eat or drink! Recommend El Toro on the promenade for good staff and daily specials, Sin Bulli for amazing Tapas (worth finding it) and La Tasca where Pepi works, hidden in a beautiful little courtyard square. While there we never actually heard any other English speakers, about 4 Germans and a couple of French. Get here before everyone else finds it - it's very Spanish and all the better for it! Flew in to Seville, about 1hr 20mins easy drive with approx 7.30eur toll on motorway but I think it varies according to time of day. Get in touch with Pepi, you won't regret it.

Perfect

Property was very clean, perfectly situated and only minutes (walking) for the beach/ 10 minutes from the centre.. Pepi was very helpful. We would book again and highly recommend to others thinking of doing so. It is just far enough away from the busier end of Chipiona to allow a great relaxing time but only minutes away to still enjoy access to the restaurants and bars/shops until late into the night.

Winter in the sun.

The apartment was in a great position with incredible views on the port and sea. Easy walking distance to the town centre and many restaurants were available to visit every day. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. The concierge was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend staying at this excellent apartment.

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Beste Lage alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Pepi bereitete uns einen herzlichen Empfang und kümmert sich sofort bei eventuellen Problemen. So kann man wirklich seinen Urlaub genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung war super. Wir waren für eine Woche mit 4 Personen dort.

In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden was man auch zu Hause braucht. Es war alles sauber. Pepi hat uns alles in ruhe gezeigt und erklärt wie man z.B.: die Klimaanlage benutzt.Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt.Einen Ausblick auf das Meer und den Hafen war gigantisch. Man konnte alles zu Fuß erreichen. In 3 Minuten war man am Strand und in 5 Minuten mitten in der Einkaufsstraße. Einen eigenen Parkplatz hatte man in der Tiefgerage auch, was in Chipiona schon wichtig ist.

Schönes Apartment, gute Aussicht, angenehme Umgebung: 5 Sterne!

Vier Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind: 8 Tage in Chipiona im spanischen Winter Februar 2017. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung durch Pepi Sanchez. Vielen Dank! Wohnung gut ausgestattet, sehr wohnlich und bequem. Gute auch heizende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, elektrische Heizkörper in den Schlafzimmern (Warnung: Nicht auf höchste Stufe einstellen! Die funktionieren wirklich gut!), ausreichend "Essentials" in Bad und Küche. Sehr praktisch mit Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion. Wir haben oft selbst gekocht (die Restaurantöffnungszeiten sind für ein Kleinkind eher unpraktisch). Einkaufen gleich in der Nähe an der Hauptstraße (und in der Hauptsaison noch näher) im Supermarkt und im Obstgeschäft, zweiter Supermarkt keine 100 m weiter. Wir hatten nette Nachbarn und einen sehr freundlichen Concierge im Gebäude (spricht auch deutsch). Das Pool haben wir, weil Februar, nicht benutzt, war aber sehr gepflegt und einladend. Umso mehr hat unserem Enkel das Badezimmer mit Badewanne gefallen! Apropos Einkaufen: Die Öffnungszeiten sind leicht gewöhnungsbedürftig: Der Weinhändler an der Hauptstraße (keine 100 m entfernt) öffnet nur Mo-Fr 10-14 ! Man muss sich aber nur orientieren (das WLAN in der Wohnung ist einfach und schnell) oder Pepi fragen, dann macht das alles kein Problem. @Pepi: Muchas Gracias!

Nos alojamos en el apartamento Pepi de 30.07 a 09/08/2016. Nuestra estancia fue excelente, el apartamento está situado cerca del centro, los restaurantes y la playa. Encontramos un apartamento muy limpio, nos ha faltado nada, disfrutamos suministra ropa de cama (sábanas, toallas, toallas de baño). Nuestra semana en chipiona se hizo muy corta. El apartamento muy bien, los ventiladores un buen sustituto al aire acondicionado por las noches. La piscina muy bien, mi hijo de 4 años se lo pasó muy bien con los niños del edificio. La gente muy amable y sociable. Lo recomiendo.

Fabulous location, lovely owner, will equipped apartment

We are a family of four with two teenage kids and we all had a great time. The apartment itself is well-equipped and comfortable. The location is absolutely fabulous. In less than five minutes you can walk to the beach and get set up for the day. We appreciated the fact that there were a couple of umbrellas and even a chair that you could borrow and take to the beach There is also a lovely little corner store where you can buy meat cheese bread drinks fruit etc. I went shopping there and the bill I had was too large so the owner gave me my groceries and told me to come back another time and pay him. This trusting, friendly service was consistent throughout the town. You are about a 10 or 15 minute walk to a street which allows no traffic and has lots of lovely restaurants and stores. We enjoyed walking there on a number of nights. Best place for tapas was Gastrotasca Sin Bulli. As we were the for a week and wanted to do a big grocery shop we drove to the Mercadona on avenida Juan Carlos and it was large and well stocked with all we needed. Pepi was great to deal with and got back to me very quickly whenever I had a question. When we arrived she was waiting on the street corner to greet us and guide us into the parking. I used the washing machine but put the soap in the wrong place so if you intend to use it I would ask for proper direction on that.
