Ideally located in Saint Gervais les Bains, facing Mont Blanc, large family chalet of 160m2 with all comforts (classified 3***) on three levels with beautiful fireplace, large terrace and large garden.
It has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets, all on 3 floors.
It is located a few minutes drive from the village of Saint Gervais les bains and the cable car.
"Children friendly", the house is equipped with 2 high chairs, umbrella beds, toys, sandbox, small playground in the garden.

The chalet is ideal for a group, as it is on 3 floors!
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 3 single bunk beds, shower room, WC.
First Floor: 1 double bedroom with water point, 1 double bedroom, large and bright living room, kitchen, shower room, WC.
Second Floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite WC, separate alcove with 1 single bed, bathroom.

It is a few minutes by car (2.5km) from the cable car. Depending on snow conditions, it is possible to reach the red piste "St Gervais" which passes 200m from the chalet. The free shuttle bus passes 100m from the chalet.

At 2,5km (5 minutes by car) from the centre of Saint Gervais, its restaurants, shops, ice rink, swimming pool, tennis court and its famous thermal baths ("Les Bains du Mont Blanc" with a new wellness area, SPA, relaxation...) I guarantee you a wonderful holiday in summer and winter in an exceptional and idyllic setting!

The 450km ski area covering Saint Gervais, Megève and Saint Nicolas de Véroce is one of the largest in France. Tout est parfait pour accueillir une grande famille et des amis, jardin, jeux pour l´exterieur, très belle bibliothèque pour 7 à 77 ans et de nombreux CD de musique. La vue depuis la terrace sur le Mont Blanc et le glacier du Gouter est exceptionnelle! A ne pas manquer...

Wat een geweldig verblijf!

Wij hebben het huisje geboekt voor iets meer dan een week. Prima huis, lekker groot met alles erop en eraan. Daarnaast hebben wij heel erg genoten van het uitzicht. Wij verbleven met drie gezinnen met kinderen. Wij komen hier zeker weer terug.

Nous avons séjourné à plusieurs familles lors des vacances d'hivers. Le chalet est très bien situé par rapport aux stations environnantes ! Le chalet est fonctionnel même si la cuisine est un peu petite. La communication avec le propriétaire était très fluide, il a toujours répondu à nos interrogations !

Chalet situé dans un endroit très calme avec une vue vraiment magnifique. La pièce principale est très lumineuse. La distribution des pièces est parfaite pour que chacun puisse y trouver son intimité. Het chalet was prima alleen de keuken was behelpen teveel apparaten op 50 cm met een stekkerdoos .

Goed ,de keuken minder en de toegang naar chalet was ook een doolhof er lag geen sneeuw anders tot wel moeilijk toegankelijk voor toeristen, dit zou vermeld moeten worden op de site wij zijn vaker in Saint Gervais voor dergelijke locatie's is de prijs aan de hoge kant. Verder hebben wij genoten, het is een gezellig huis met voldoende ruimte voor 11 pers .Met vriendelijke groet Marijke In de Braak

Hemos estado 4 días en esta casa (dos parejas con nuestros niños) y nos ha encantado. Un lugar tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza con unas vistas de ensueño. La casa es muy amplia y cómoda y tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea especial. El propietario muy educado y atento y dispuesto a ayudar en cada momento. Sin lugar a dudas un lugar para recordar y si algún día volvemos a la zona repetiría. Gracias por todo!!!

Bon séjour passé dans le chalet. Agréable et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une bonne semaine sans soucis. Entre le bettex et le centre de Saint Gervais, il faut en général 15 min en voiture pour rejoindre un des deux endroits. Le seul point négatif pour ma part est que la navette gratuite (qui passe près du chalet) n'est pas assez desservi pour atteindre le bettex. Heureusement qu'il n'a pas neigé sur la route lors de mon séjour sinon on aurait eu dur d accéder le bettex en voiture. Merci pour l'accueil.

Schöne Hütte mit allem was man benötigt

Wir waren mit sieben Erwachsene und vier Kindern unter drei Jahren auf der Hütte. Die Hütte ist schön und man hat dort eigentlich alles was man benötigt. Das eine Zimmer mit dem Doppelt ist kein eigenständiges Zimmer, sonder ein Spielzimmer im Eltern Schlafzimmer. Das war auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung nicht wirklich zu sehen/lesen. Für uns hat es aber trotzdem gepasst. Wenn es schneit sollte man aber unbedingt Schneecketten dabei haben, sonst wird es trotz Allrad unmöglich zur Hütte oder von der Hütte wegzufahren. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Nous avions choisi ce chalet pour profiter entre autre du festival Cosmojazz de Chamonix ce que nous avons pu faire parfaitement. Nous étions sept dont deux enfants et avons apprécié l'espace et l'agencement permettant aux enfants de s'exprimer sans gêner les adultes. Seul petit bémol le frigo trop petit pour sept par grosse chaleur.

Very good location. 5 minutes drive from the telecabine to Bettex. Very easy to find. 10-15 minutes from the larger supermarkets. Lots of space, there were 9 of us and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Plenty of space to dry ski gear. WiFi good.

Tolle Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht!

Wir sind mit 10 Personen angereist in der Zeit vom 10.03.-16.03.2018. Wir haben die Zeit in dem Chalet sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind gut im Haus aufgeteilt, sodass auch jeder seinen Rückzugsraum hat. Die Küche hat alles an Geräten und Geschirr was man sich so vorstellen kann. Wir haben bis auf einen Abend täglich für alle 10 Personen gekocht. Wir waren uns einig, dass wir so eine toll ausgestattete Küche bislang noch nicht in einer Ferienwohnung hatten. Zudem gibt es einen Grill. Der Kamin ist wohl das Herzstück des gesamten Hauses, ebenso wie der große einladende Tisch an dem wirklich jeder Platz hat. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist ein Ort um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Das Bad in der untersten Etage verfügt über eine wunderbare Regendusche, die nach einem anstrengenden Skitag für ausreichend Entspannung sorgt. Leider war das Wetter in der Woche nicht optimal, sodass es uns nicht möglich war mit den Skiern zur Piste zu fahren. Der Fußmarsch zur Piste nimmt circa 15 Minuten in Anspruch. Wenn man dann am nächstgelegenen Abschnitt der Talabfahrt einsteigt benötigt man als geübter Skifahrer bei guten Schneeverhältnissen etwa 5-10 Minuten bis zur Talstation.

La seule qu'il faudrait indiquer c'est que l'accès au chalet se fait par un chemin particulièrement pentu où ne peut circuler qu'un véhicule. Pas infaisable mais ça peut devenir compliqué en cas de mauvais temps.
