Casa La Luna is located on beautiful Coco Beach in the most beautiful part of Playa Del Carmen. Far enough away from the hustle & bustle of busy 5th Ave away but only a short 3 minute walk to beautiful 38th Street or 3 minutes to 5th Ave at the top of the street. Casa La Luna located on the ground floor level for walk out access to both our private beach club and infinity pool. Floor to ceiling windows offer spectacular views of the Caribbean ocean and Cozumel Island. Fully remodelled and beautifully decorated this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite is fully equips with all the comforts of home with an open floor plan in common areas but full privacy with each suite separated with a full bath. The master suite offers a king size canopy bed with views of the Caribbean and walk out patio. The second suite has the option of two full sized beds and can also be made into a king bed for the comforts of home. Full remodelled updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white corian counter tops with raised bar, bar seating and open floor plan with plenty of room preparing breakfast lunch or dinner. The living room walk out to the large patio with seating for 6, a lounge for sun bathing or hammock for relaxing and taking an afternoon siesta, The living room does have a pull out bed if you have more than 4 in your party but there is an extra charge for any guest over 4. The additional nightly charge for the 5th person is $50 per night & $75 per night for 2 additional people. The kitchen dinning room, and living give you a space to relax for a night in to watch a movie or spending time together or the huge patio that seats 6 is ideal to enjoy your morning coffee or a cocktail in the afternoon while listening to the ocean and watching the sunset. The infinity pool that is 3 steps from my door or our private beach club is located just in front of the condo serving cocktails, and the best shrimp tacos you will taste in Playa for a minimal charge to our guest.
World famous 5th Ave is a short 3 minute walk and access to amazing shopping, restaurants night life or and ice cream or gelato after dinner. Complete with all the comforts of home including American & Canadian TV in the master suite & Net flicks & streaming in the living room to make a comfortable evening at home or to catch up on what's going on back home. Equipped with a small washer & dryer, BBQ on the patio makes for comfortable living. There's a beautiful business centre, gym that spans 2 floors, and most of all the beach and pool is just steps from your door. I invite you to come stay in my home away from home to create memories and be one of many returning guests I feel blessed to call my friends and extended family. Playa Del Carmen has so much to offer but Casa La Luna is simply paradise as it sits ocean front and the crystal blue waters of the Caribbean, white sand beach's, and Cozumel. It truly is unlike any other property in Playa del Carmen. The infinity pool has a section for kids, a lap pool for swimming and cooling chairs to be able to enjoy and sit in on any afternoon. Palapa's, umbrella's and chair's at both the pool and beach are perfect for reading or an afternoon nap. Private massage's are also available on our beach in our private massage hut. When night falls its amazing to be able to leave the screen door open on the master suite and hear the waves crashing on the beach. is peaceful and siren and unlike any other place you will find. There is parking and high speed wi-fi on site grocery shopping is minutes away as well as some of the finest restraints Playa has to offer. The Elements is a tranquil location- perfect for our family vacation during spring break.

We had a great stay and the location was ideal. The picture of the beach area was a little misleading in that the beautiful sandy area shown in the picture doesn't quite look the same all the way down to the water. However the quiet end of the tourist area was exactly what we are looking for. The pool and courtyard are fabulous. Our needs were met by both the owner of the condo and the staff of the building. We would definitely return to the Elements again.

Fabulous property

My adult daughter and I were fortunate to stay in this spacious condo for one week in early January, 2024. The ground floor unit was everything we dreamed it would be. The main bedroom and the living room both had sliding doors leading to the beautiful terrace, where we were able to enjoy snacks, meals and cocktails. There was a huge outdoor pool and hot tub on the left and a gorgeous beach on the right. Our host was gracious and available whenever we had queries for her. A few steps away there was a 7-11 where we were able to pick up items and many restaurants were just a short walk away. The unit was very clean and tastefully decorated and the complex was very safe and well monitored by security. We recommend this to anyone who wants a relaxing, safe and glorious vacation. Thank you Michelle for being such a lovely host.

Garden House One Stay-March 2019

We had a lovely stay in this condo. We found the complex quiet, compared to an all-inclusive resort, which we enjoyed, aside from some construction across the road(but not too bad). The unit was very clean & well appointed-just like what shows in the photos. The microwave was not working when we arrived late Saturday, but it was replaced with a new one by Monday morning. Both the owner, Michelle & the property management firm responded promptly to any concerns or inquiries. This unit is directly across the road from the beach, which was great, as well as very close to the pool & hot tub. Also lots of staff roaming the property daily, so a very secure feeling-especially when combined with the regular patrols that passed by on the street of the army & police! Nice feature to have Netflix in the unit, which we enjoyed in the evenings-usually in Mexico, it can be a challenge to get English speaking stations, so it was nice to have a selection of movies & shows to choose from. Very close to Playa del Carmen-my husband & I walked down the beach to the ferry launch a couple of times. Also, the sand is the lovely white, very soft type that is great for beach walking. Several beach massage sevices along the way, which we also enjoyed for a reasonable price. Wal-mart is a 10 minute drive away, very convenient for all grocery needs etc. Overall, we had a great time & would not hesitate to return. Sharon & Len Moyle

Great Location

If you are looking for a convenient location ... walking to all the "activity" of 5th Avenue (a short walk away) and good restaurants, then this is the place for you. The condo was comfortable and the owner is very helpful and responsive to questions and requests. The swimming pool is beautiful (although it needs more lounge chairs) and the beach is just across the street.

Excellent Property – Excellent Host

Garden House One is a prime location in the Elements complex. We had wonderful and expansive views of the beach and ocean. The condo is very nice, well maintained , and furnished with all the essentials. The short walk to 5th avenue was absolutely safe and enjoyable day and night. The distance was a nice bit of a separation from the “active” portion of Playa. We had heard reports of loud music but a beach bar down the way played music that we could hear 2 days out of the 7. It was not obnoxious so maybe our timing was good. What we really appreciated was Michelle’s responsiveness to our questions. We had a few minor issues in the unit that were no one’s fault and she was extremely attentive and they were resolved quickly by the Elements staff. She followed up with care, concern and friendly advice and information on the area. After returning home we reflected on other areas of Playa del Carmen we might have chosen to stay and decided for a relaxing condo and vacation that was close to the action, we would definitely choose this unit again. Thank you, Michelle, for making our vacation so enjoyable.

Fun and relaxing vacation!

My family of five had a wonderful time in Playa Del Carmen. This condo GH1 has an ideal location. Being on the first floor was very convenient and close to the pool and beach area. The building is very clean and safe. They keep the grounds clean and beautiful. The gym is really nice too. We love the decor at this place. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

This condo is very nice and you have everything you need for the most part. We thought we were going to have a TV with cable but the only TV with cable is in the one bedroom and I had to wear my glasses to see it. The beach pictures also somewhat misleading as there has been a lot of beach erosion so the private beach is fairly small. The first 2 nights we were there we were blasted with laser light shows and techno music that made the walls shake. You could not even sit outside or sleep. The rest of the week was fairly quiet although the condo is on a road that is fairly busy. The fitness center is top of the line and impressive. The pool is awesome as well....so there are definitely some great spaces. Michelle is a very responsive owner and Carla, who is onsite, is always available to answer any questions and will even pick up groceries for you. If you ever need a driver, ask Michelle for David.

The condo was very nice and we'll equipped. Very secure facility with nice pool and beach club across the road. Carla the property manager was fantastic and very helpful. The only complaint we had was that we did not realize the bpm music event was going on at the time so we had booming techno music on both sides of us from noon until 9 pm. Not any fault of owner as we should have checked out activities were going on during our stay. If not a techno music fan then perhaps avoid Playa del Carmen area during the festival in January. Otherwise all was perfect.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful time in Garden House #1 at Elements. It was ground level, right out the door to the pool. Wish they had more beach access, but it was still nice. Within walking distant of 5th Avenue and many fine restaurants. We did take advantage of David the driver for a day trip to Tulum, he was fabulous and very knowledgeable of the area. We would recommend and hope to return again.

Nice Stay

We had a nice stay at the Playa Del Carmen (PDC) Elements Beach Front Garden House 1. The owner Michelle was everything you could want in a host, communicative and responsive, eager to make our trip as enjoyable as possible. The unit was a good value for couples/families, well maintained with 2 ensuite bedrooms, central air conditioning, wifi, washer/dryer, parking, great room/kitchen plus a lanai with easy access to the pool and beach club. Since it is a ground floor, east facing end unit, keep in mind that it can get bright and warm at first light plus PDC has Florida-like humidity. The condo complex was well maintained, staffed and manicured, walking distance to the amenities but away from the crowds. The only areas of improvement I can think of are it might be time to replace the living room sofa which is getting a little long-in-the-tooth plus something out of Michelle's control, the city of PDC should do a better job with public works. The sewer system seems to need to be replaced, the roads drain poorly after a rain and have potholes. Some roads are unpaved and unlit as well as some vacant lots have rubbish in them.

Lovely place...you will enjoy staying here.

I have rented many places over the years and really enjoyed staying here. The garden level was so convenient....walk in/walk out living. It is beautifully furnished giving it additional charm. We loved the DISH TV!! The property manager Carla is the best we've ever met. She arranged airport transfers and tours without any pressure. We just felt "cared for"! Thanks for making our holiday so special.

Excellent vacation in Playa!

My husband booked this condo for his birthday. It is absolutely gorgeous! The pool is outside the patio, great for relaxing, the private beach is wonderful - it is pristine and where we spent a lot of our time :) The condo has two master suites, perfect for two couples, it is very clean and has all the accommodations needed. Full kitchen, amazing views, comfortable living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. We were within walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. I won't stay anywhere else, I can't wait to go again!

I fell in love with Mexico years ago but hated the massive properties that the all inclusive offered. It was a 10 minute walk just to get to the beach. I researched all parts of Mexico and Playa Del Carmen was the diamond in the rough being a small fishing village back in the 80's. I loved the Caribbean warm waters with so many fun activities but also enjoy just sitting at our private beach club and listening to the waves with my toes in the sand and a drink in my hand. Garden House 1 at The Elements is on the newer side of Playa and is far enough away from the night life but a short 3 minute walk to unlimited shopping, restaurants or night life if that's what your looking for.
