Une agréable semaine de vacances

Studio bien équipé et très bien situé par rapport au centre d'Amélie-les-bains. Accueil local parfait (Merci Évelyne). Seul point "noir" : le stationnement ... Mieux vaut ne pas venir en voiture !

impossible de garer sa voiture l'appartement un peu petit la cuisinière pas du tout pratique c'est une veille plaque a deux plaques électrique pas de lave linge jamais de soleil dans la pièce beaucoup trop cher pour cette appartement on a vue d'autre appartement pour le prix égale avec balcon et parking de toutes façon cela fait 9 ans que je vais en cure a AMELIE mais plus jamais en appartement dans cette résidence

Je suis satisfaite en général de la location de M. LEBRE ainsi que de l'accueil reçu sur place. Cependant je tiens à informer les futurs locataires, surtout s'ils ont un budget serré, qu'Abritel débite sur le champ la caution et ne la restitue que longtemps après le départ de la location. Ainsi, ma caution de 200€, débitée le 21 juin (pour une location du 9/7 au 30/7), m'a été restituée aujourd'hui 17/8/16.

appartement très calme et très propre

propriétaire très agréable au tel et par courrier cet appartement est simple mais suffisant pour une cure , les commerçants sur place et la cure aussi, pas besoin de voiture pour ceci, mais par contre ce qu'il lui manque c'est une place de parking là c'est galère , et il lui manque un balcon voila tout ce que je reproche a e lieu sinon tout est parfait
