The duplex consists on the first level of an entrance, equipped kitchen and living room opening onto the terrace, a bedroom (double sofa bed) and WC.
On the second level and top floor, a bedroom (large double bed), a cabin bedroom (single bed), shower room and WC?
All rooms (except cabin bedroom) have sea views.

A stone's throw from the sea

A well placed and practical apartment with a welcoming host with good recommendations (sailing club, restaurants etc). The sea, beach and surrounding area were lovely.

Magnifique séjour !

L’appartement est très agréable, pratique et extrêmement bien situé ! A quelques pas seulement de plage, il offre une vue sur la baie sans les nuisances du remblai ! La literie est très bonne et la propriétaire bien sympathique. Elle nous a réservés un très bon accueil plein de petites attentions et a pris le temps de nous partager un maximum de conseils pratiques et de bonnes adresses du coin. Location idéale donc pour un couple avec 1 enfant voire même, 2 car le canapé en bas est convertible et la chambre parentale suffisamment grande pour y mettre un lit bébé/parapluie. Nous en sommes pleinement satisfaits.

Situation idéale proche de la mer et de toutes commodités.

Lumineux, bien équipé et spacieux pour un couple. La plage est à 2 minutes. A deux pas d'un quartier animé, restaurants et commerces dans Pornichet et proche de la Baule. Le timing parfait pour l'arrivée et le départ.

Très bel endroit.

La location est parfaite, peut être un peu juste pour 4 adultes.... magnifiquement placée puisqu'au milieu des pins avec vue sur la mer et à moins de 5 minutes à pied des commerces et restaurants autour de la place de la gare et de la place du dauphin.

Agréable séjour

Propriétaire très agréable et ponctuelle. Appartement refais à neuf, propre. Bonne literie. Appartement très agréable dans l’ensemble. Proche du marché et à deux pas de la plage. Proche des zones commerçantes. Possibilités de mettre les vélos au local vélo, il est préférable d’effectuer les trajets à pieds ou à vélo. Facilité pour se garer pour la première semaine de juillet. Vue mer sans nuisance venant de la circulation du front de mer. Petite résidence propre et calme. Petite salle de bain mais fonctionnelle et machine à laver ce qui est appréciable. Très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Location très propre. Nous avons trouvé tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Literie impeccable. L'emplacement nous a permis de nous reposer sans le bruit de la circulation. Les propriétaires sont charmants. Nous reviendrons très certainement.

la description du logement est parfaite , l'électroménager est de haute gamme pour de la location. C'est un point fort .Pour la literie de même. Nous avons eu quelques bonne adresses pour la restauration ,la location est très bien situé et très agréable.Je le recommande .
