Villa Lia, is a wonderful villa, POSITIONED DIRECTLY ON THE SEA with the PRIVATE ACCESS to the Bagnaia beach .
We offer the part in front of the sea that has an internal area of 300 sqm articulated on 3 levels fully independent and autonomous.

It is Unique for the exclusive ambiance characteristics , furnishings elegance and for the unforgettable panoramic sight of the gulf of Portoferraio colored by spectacular sunsets, with green valley and the Volterraio castle at the rear.

The day zone is characterized from ample saloon and lunch room view on one fantastic Big Round Terrace directly to peak on the sea and on the beautiful and Large Veranda refreshed in the summery months from the pergola .

The Great Kitchen shows oneself on the courtyard with the barbecue zone.

10 Bed Places distributed on 4 rooms and 3 Bathrooms with shower.
Room 1 – double place bed
Room2 - double place bed + sofa bed at one and a half place
Room3 - double place bed + one bed which could be add on request
Room4 - one and a half place bed + single place bed

Services of mooring for boats, rental gum boats and motorboats and school sail are available upon request.

Congratulation!!

The Villa is perfectly decorated and very clean, exactly as described. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen had everything needed to make us feel at home. Great terrace, awesome getting to walk around and look at the wonderful boats. The location is centrally located for everything in the area. The area around the unit is great for walking, not too crowded! We had a great time!

Location is amazing. House is not... Old and decayed, rooms are hot (no AC) and you have to clean up before you leave even tho they charged us 300 euros for cleaning (!) Overpriced for what it is.

Ideale Voraussetzung für Badeferien mit der „Grossfamilie“

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, kunstvoll und auch liebevoll eingerichtet und die Lage ist einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Bagnaia, ein kleiner und freundlicher Badeort auf der Insel Elba, ist ruhig und es sind vor allem Italiener anzutreffen. Das Meer, ein Paar Meter entfernt, war Ende Juni sehr warm und ziemlich ruhig—sehr einladend. Die öffentlichen Parkplätze waren rege benutzt aber vorhanden und ein kleiner Spaziergang entfernt. In Hochsaison könnte es schwieriger werden. Restaurant, Bistro und ein Minimarket sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Uns hat der Aufenthalt ausgezeichnet gefallen und wir würden gerne wiederkommen oder weiterempfehlen!

fantastic location

We visited to celebrate my wife's birthday. Villa owner (Andrea) was very quick to respond and helpful. The onsite staff were very friendly and efficient. The best feature of the villa is the terrace which overlooks the beach. Bars and restaurants were just opening for the season, all provided good service, El Faro was especially good, with fantastic views of the sunset.

Great location and size for lots of people.

The house and terrace areas are perfect for a large family or in our case 3 families with kids. A great location on a beautiful beach. A dishwasher and flyscreens to guard against mosquitoes would have made a huge difference.

Tolle Lage, großartige Terrasse

Das Mietobjekt liegt direkt am belebten Strand von Bagnaia und verfügt über eine einmalige Aussichtsterrasse, welche mit Metallmöbeln bestückt ist. Mehrere Restaurants sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vermietet wird das EG des Hauses sowie zwei Räume des 1. OG (ein Bad und ein Schlafzimmer); der Rest des Hauses ist anderweitig bewohnt/vermietet. Die anderen drei Schlafzimmer befinden sich im UG, wo es etwas kühler ist, dafür aber auch leicht modrig riecht. Wlan gibt es nur in den umliegenden Cafes. Die Küche ist großzügig und gut ausgestattet.

Tolle Villa mit sensationeller Lage direkt neben Segelschule

+ sensationelle Lage und Grösse (Aussicht, direkter Meerzugang mit Dusche, Segelschule), gute Kommunikation mit Vermieter, wird täglich gewischt, ruhig - Sanitäranlagen veraltet, Küchengerätschaft erneuerbar (keine Abwaschmaschine, keine guten Küchenmesser, Töpfe und Pfannen zerkratzt, keine Weingläser), keine hauseigenen Parkplätze, kein WLAN

Stupenda Villa sulla spiaggia

Un posto unico con la discesa privata alla spiaggia. Bellissima villa con una terrazza sul mare che ci ricorderemo per tutto l'inverno. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Grazie ad Andrea per la disponibilità .

Great place-

The Villa was fantastic: location and organisation. We went with the kids and we all loved the space and the wonderful terrace over the sea. However, I have to point out that there is only a small fridge and this is not enough for 9 people in the summer for a week. An up-great or additional fridge is necessary. Also the description mention a TV- this was incredibly old with 1 channel only and broke down the day after- I think that with the price we pay for the Villa the TV should be replaced. The kids and my 68 years old mum would have definitely enjoyed a break during the hot hours. In general the place was fab- definitely recommended for an unforgettable holiday!

Fantastica!

Che dire... già la zona è spettacolare, se in più si può soggiornare in una villa così! Siamo stati ospiti di Villa Lia ad agosto 2015, e se potessimo ci torneremmo al volo. La villa è situata in una zona incantevole immersa nel verde e con una vista sul golfo mozzafiato sopratutto al tramonto seduti in terrazza con un bicchiere di Prosecco. Anche di notte dalla terrazza godrete di un cielo stellato che vi lascerà sbalorditi. Interni puliti freschi e con l'accesso in spiaggia. Un luogo per chi ama la pace e la tranquillità e per ricaricare un po le battere dopo un anno di duro e stressante lavoro.

The property is beautiful

The property is beautiful, open, warm and greatly decorated. We stayed at this property for a sunny and hot two weeks in July. The property is spacious. The beds were very comfortable,the bedding immaculate, the bedrooms well furnished, the kitchen well equipped with washing machine and with dining table. Fabolous the large terrace and the patio, with its lovely planting and beautiful views across the gulf of Portoferraio. A large dining table was a perfect place to dine outside or any time of day. Comfortable the lovely private beach below the terrace Definitely recommended for couples, friends and families. Greatly recommended!

Nice place

Our stay at the Villa was heavenly! We could not have imagined a more beautiful and special place to stay. The view of the sea from the terrace, and balcony was breathtaking. The inside is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped, the amazing patio with the straw chairs and the small tables ,favorite place to have breakfast in the morning . This was the most incredible place we have ever stayed we didn't want to leave!

Really amazing

Our group of eight persons (two families) spent a wonderful six days here, enjoying both the space and privacy of villa Lia, as well as trips to sorrounding locations. We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. The place has such a magical and lovely felling. We felt very relaxed there. The villa is surrounded by greenery and beautifully colored plants and peace and quiet are the only sounds you hear from the patio. The inside of villa has a lot of character and we found it to be spacious and comfortable. Furthermore the kids had a lot of space to run and explore as well. Really amazing.

Bella e accogliente

La villa è bella e accogliente, non pensavamo ma ha davvero tutto ciò che può servire. L'interno in ottime condizioni, molto ampia e ben accessoriata. Ciò che ci è piaciuto di più è stata l'enorme terrazza con veduta sul mare. La villa si trova proprio sopra la spiaggia facilmente accessibile dall'eccesso privato, fortunatamente la stagione estiva era quasi terminata così c'era poca gente sulla spiaggia. Davvero ben posizionata. Insomma, un insieme di condizioni che ci ha permesso di vivere il mare in totale relax. Consigliatissima per persone di tutte le età

Ottima!

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa villa sul mare, panorama bellissimo, camere confortevoli con materassi abbastanza comodi, pulite e con tutto il necessario. La sera potevamo cenare sul terrazzo e durante la notte si sentiva il rumore delle onde.. davvero meraviglioso! Rapporto qualità prezzo onesto considerando l'ampia metratura i terrazzi e la fantastica vista. Torneremo con degli amici!

Satisfied!

What to say about our vacation to Elba island? surely good things considering our fortunate choice of villa Lia. Being there ( some for any moment of the day. From the arbor to the terrace. The sober insides with a touch of classic elegance. We recommend it, especially to a group of friends.

Thanks to Villa Lia!

Thanks to Villa Lia. Welcoming atmosphere and spectacular views. It’s the best way to enjoy the Elba Island. Flowers, sun and the beach just below the villa that seemed ours.. you can reach it in any moment you want.. fantastic! The really vacation to remember. Highly recommended to all!

Excellent!

delightful property with spacious rooms and with comfortable and clean interiors. The outdoor areas are well kept and very evocative. The terrace is beautiful and it offers stunning views, ideal for spending family moments. Thanks to the spacious length each had its own spaces. It was a wonderful holiday full of fun and definitely we will reply it next summer!

soddisfattissimi

Siamo stati in vacanza in questo posto "strategico" direttamente sul mare e sulla baia con vista su portoferraio e siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta. Abbiamo potuto festeggiare con amici l'anniversario di matrimonio con ogni comodita' ed anche con il nostro cane che finalmente abbiamo potuto portare con noi. Grigliate, anche il camino la sera, atmosfere di un tempo. soddisfattissimi!

favoloso

Villa Lia merita veramente il nostro commento: Avevo bisogno di ritemprarmi alla grande, e qui ho trovato il luogo giusto. Ho riunito la famiglia allargata e c'e' un posto adatto per ogni esigenza. Io ho scelto il pergolato dove ho trascorso ore di siesta continua interrotta solo dagli odori della barbecue. Torneremo sicuramente!

the most beautiful days in Italy

What a wonderful holiday! we were two families both with children and while they were playing on the seashore, we could safely control them from the wonderful terrace fresh and relaxing. As for the interior nothing to say, very large size, comfortable and very clean decor. Before dinner with friends we could't miss a cocktail while watching the sunset of this beautiful place. Really very happy!

Unforgettable Villa Lia!

Unforgettable Villa Lia! It was like living in a fairy tale for the serenity that gives a view of the calm sea and the spectacular sunsets. Without saying when we were on the round terrace ..we imagined being on the bow of a large ship to scan the horizon .. Such an attention to details and so clean.. We did not want to go away from Villa Lia ..!!

giudizio generale? eccellente!

molto curata e in buono stato sia all'interno che all'estero,molto confortevole, luminosa e spaziosa,cucina grande e fornita, non le manca nulla. Molte camere, ben posizionata, con la vista sul mare e sulla macchia mediterranea che avvolge l'isola, spiaggia appena sottostante ben attrezzata anche per la vela, molti posti da vedere, siamo andati alle terme e abbiamo fatto diversi giri in barca, vacanza bellissima feedback positivo!

Tanto Relax !!

Proprio quello che volevamo. Siamo state due famiglie con bambini e ognuno ha trovato il suo spazio, loro giocavano e per noi tanto relax in un ambiente meraviglioso con spiaggia privata e poi le serate passate nelle grande veranda di fronte a spettacolari tramonti, ci vivrei tutta la vita e comunque... bisogna tornarci !
