Bedding: Queen, two twins/split-king
Riverside A101 is a two bedroom/two bathroom one-level condominium located on the parking lot level, making it one of the most accessible condos in the old town. Enter the unit and step into the great room. The living room area has a cozy conversational arrangement, with a gas fireplace, 32-inch flat screen TV with cable and HDMI-port, Blu-Ray DVD player, and VCR, plus a selection of good-old books. Sliding glass doors open to a covered deck with bent-willow benches, overlooking the San Miguel River and Pine Street bridge.
The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a 5-burner glass-top range. For your convenience, there's also a toaster, coffee-maker, coffee grinder, and blender. The dining area has a table that seats 6.
Down a short hall off the main room, you'll find the bedrooms and bathrooms. To the right is the master bedroom with a queen bed, 40-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. The master has en-suite bathroom with a combination shower and soaking tub.
The second bedroom at the other end of the hall has two twin beds that can be made up into a King bed on request. This corner bedroom looks onto the Pine Street entrance. Just outside the bedroom on the hallway is the second bathroom, with a steam shower with fiberglass surround with built-in seat.
The apartment has a stack washer/dryer in the hall closet, a ski locker just outside the entrance, and wifi with its own router in the unit. No pets and no grills, per HOA rules.
The Riverside condos have two common outdoor hot tubs, and bike racks in the parking area (bring your own lock). Parking is by permit, open lot on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Downtown Historic Telluride, the free Gondola, and Ski Lift #8 are all within two short blocks of Riverside. Town Park (where the festival main stage is) is just to the east, across the beaver pond. And the Bear Creek Trailhead is right off the parking lot. So many trails, including the River Trail, start right from town that you're just steps from hiking, mountain-biking, and more.
