Beautiful property, ideally located

We spent a wonderful few days at this property. We were met at the waterbus stop, walked to the apartment and given very useful information en route. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from St Mark's Square but there is so much to see in the near vicinity, including the naval museum and gardens nearby.

There are many good quality restaurants on the doorstep and the sunset views were fabulous every night.

The apartment itself is tastefully decorated, enough room for four of us (our 2 teenage boys got their own space) and everything we needed was there. There's a local supermarket close by for basic provisions and you really feel part of the Venice scene without being overwhelmed by the crowds. A lovely place to come back to after sightseeing. We spent every evening just sitting by the water and watching the different vessels sailing by including a pirate ship....very relaxing.

We booked this on the strength of other reviews and were not disappointed. Great communication with the hosts throughout. Thank you.

Fantastisk lägenhet, fanstastiskt läge. Allt perfekt!

Vi bodde två familjer i denna rymliga lägenhet. Lägenheten ligger i ett mysigt och lugnt område men ändå med gångavstånd till SAN Marco och alla turistgator. Takterassen med utsikt över takåsarna och balkongen med utsikt över kanalen var fantastiska.

Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Great Apartment in Quiet Area

Apartment is a quiet area of Venice, about a 15 minute walk to Saint Mark's Basilica. Perfect location if your group wants to walk through the crowded streets of Venice by day and relax in the quiet in the evening.

It is a relatively large apartment with 3 bedrooms, living room and separate entry/landing area. Note, the way to the 3rd bedroom is through the 2nd bedroom. Good kitchen and a small grocery story only a couple of buildings over.

Apartment has step-out balcony to overlook Via Garibaldi from the living room in addition to the roof-top terrace.

Ludovica met us where we were dropped off and showed us around the apartment to ensure we knew everything needed. She was also responsive to questions before and during our stay.

Would recommend to people wanting to stay in this area of Venice.

Great stay in an amazing location!

We we’re warmly greeted by Consuelo and her daughter at the boat bus station. They walked us to the house and checked us in, providing careful instruction on the keys and pointing out places in the neighborhood. There was plenty of space for our group of 4 women, with 4 separate beds. If this place is available, don’t hesitate to book it! It’s a true gem...

Clean, roomy, and convenient

Would have liked a coffee pot other than espresso, and a microwave. Both Consuelo and Ludovica were most accommodating. Venice was enchanting. We would have liked to stayed a few days longer.

The apartment is located in the most Venetian district of Castello and balcony overlooking the characteristic Via Garibaldi. At 3 minutes from the boat stop of Giardini and Arsenale, from which every part of the city is easy to reach (Lido of Venice with its beautiful beaches and home of Murano glass manufacturing). You reach Piazza San Marco in just 10 minutes on foot and by boat 3. At 5 minutes from the apartment, walking through the typical narrow streets and canals to reach the Venice Arsenale, the Naval History Museum and the lovely church of San Pietro di Castello. Not forgetting the international exhibition La Biennale di Venezia with the nearby greenhouse wrought iron. Walking distance to St. Helena where you can enjoy the pleasant jogging venetian in the unusual.
