Great place to be

We have enjoyed our three-week vacation in the beautiful, spacious house very much, especially the great view from the terrace and from the pool is to mention. The house is very lovingly and generously equipped. Due to the good location you can reach quite quickly the beaches in the south or explore the nearby cities. We will come again ...

Magnifique ! L'annonce est conforme à la réalité. L'accueil de Line et Robert est au petit soin et très accueillant, très discret. La maison est très bien équipé et très agréable. La vue de la terrasse avec la piscine est magnifique. Nous sommes au calme. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréabble.

Très belle location très bien placée pour découvrir la côte et les plages du secteur. Line et Robert sont trés accueillant, à l écoute et de bons conseils pour visites touristiques et gastronomiques Tout est conforme à la description maison agréable très bien equipée. Depuis la très grande piscine une très belle vue s offre sur les alentours et le maquis. Nous reviendrons !!

Un séjour de rêve

La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La vue est à couper le souffle. L'emplacement Figari est très bon car à proximité des axes routiers principaux pour le sud et l'aéroport à proximité n'est absolument pas bruyant donc non gênant. Les propriétaires sont très discrets et adorables...bref un séjour de rêve.

Wieder ein Traumurlaub

Wir haben das Haus ein zweites Mal gebucht. Und es war wieder die richtige Entscheidung. Das Haus und die Lage sind perfekt. Der Pool und die Außenanlage sind ein Traum. Wir haben wunderschöne Abende mit Sonnenuntergang dort verbringen dürfen. Man hat sich wie im Paradies gefühlt! Es war alles auch sehr sauber! Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Toll war auch das Grillhaus im Außenbereich mit separatem Kühlschrank. Ein großer Dank gilt den Vermietern, Line und Robert. Sie haben uns so freundlich empfangen und unterstützt. Auf dem Weg in den Urlaub wurden wir ausgeraubt und Line hat sich sofort bereit erklärt mit uns zur Polizei zu gehen um als Übersetzerin zu helfen. Das hat uns wirklich sehr geholfen. Beide kann man nur ins Herz schließen. Sie geben einem das Gefühl zu Hause zu sein. Nur schweren Herzens sind wir abgereist. Danke Line und Robert für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Heerlijk huis en fantastisch uitzicht

We waren met 6 personen. Daarvoor is het huis prima geschikt. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar (die in het huis ernaast woont). Het zwembad was niet verwarmd. Daardoor was het fris zwemmen (begin mei). Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het zwembad en terras. Leuk ook dat er een tafeltennistafel aanwezig was. Voldoende borden en bestek aanwezig. Goede WiFi. Dichtstbijzijnde bakker in Sotta (8 minuten met de auto). Laatste stukje 'oprit' naar het huis is wel een uitdaging (slechte weg, smal, stijl).

Vacances à la hauteur de l’annonce

Magnifique villa ! Nous avons pleinement pu profiter de la terrasse et de la piscine (autant la journée que la soirée). L’emplacement est parfait car au milieu de tout. L’aéroport est à côté mais nous ne l’entendons absolument pas. Et encore un grand merci à Line et Robert pour leur réactivité et leur grande gentillesse.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden sehr freundlich durch Line und Robert empfangen. Eine Kenntnis der französischen Sprache wäre sehr von Vorteil, aber mit Hand und Fuss ging die Kommunikation auch. Sie waren jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus selbst ist zwar etwas älter, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Hier kommen auch Langstreckenschwimmer auf Ihre Kosten! Der Aussenbereich ist sehr großzügig ,schön gestaltet und bestens ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist ein Traum und man kann sehr schöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist etwas steil, aber zu meistern. Der Flughafen ist zwar sehr nahe aber keineswegs störend. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil.

Traumhafter Urlaub in fantastischer Umgebung

Wir waren mit 8 Personen im September 2020 zu Gast in diesem wundervollen Haus. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Das Haus hat allen Komfort den man sich in einem Urlaub wünscht. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und auch in der Küche war alles zu finden was das Herz begehrt. Der Ausblick vom Pool, die wunderschöne Außenanlage des Hauses mit ausreichend Stühlen, Liegen und Sonnenschirmen, sogar einer Tischtennisplatte und einer Hängematte hat unseren Urlaub versüßt. Bei Problemen, z. B. mit dem Internet waren die Eigentümer des Hauses sofort zur Stelle. Trotz Kommunikationsproblemen (Deutsch-Französisch) war es kein Problem sich zu verständigen. Die Spülmaschine, die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren für einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub auch fantastisch. Schöne Stunden haben wir auch am kleinen Poolhaus verbracht. Ein toller Grill und ein extra Außenkühlschrank waren sogar auch vorhanden. Super ist vor allem die Lage des Objekts. Man kann von dort aus beide Seiten Korsikas perfekt erreichen. Entweder es zieht einem zum wunderschönene Strand von Roccapina oder La Tonarra mit seinen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen oder man geht toll shoppen nach Bonifacio oder Portoveccio, auch der Strand von Pallombaggia ist nicht weit entfernt. Selbst Solenzara ist in ca 1 1/2 Stunden zu erreichen und auf jeden Fall ein Ausflug wert. Der Fluglärm war überhaupt nicht störend, alles in allem war es ein perfekt gelungener Urlaub. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen!

Un endroit parfait pour se détendre

C'était notre première visite à Corse et au départ, nous pensions qu'une maison près de la plage serait mieux, mais après avoir appris à mieux connaître le sud de l'île, nous avons conclu que cela n'avait pas d'importance et qu'il valait mieux avoir une maison confortable et un coucher de soleil inoubliable, car il y a tellement de plages magnifiques que vous changerez de destination chaque jour. Si vous recherchez le luxe, ce n'est pas la maison qu'il vous faut, mais si vous recherchez une maison complète, extrêmement bien entretenue et propre, très spacieuse et confortable, avec toutes les infrastructures nécessaires, y compris la climatisation dans toute la maison, pleine de nature et une immense piscine, avec un coucher de soleil qui nous a fait nous arrêter pour l'admirer, c'est la maison idéale. Même en ayant ces magnifiques plages, nous étions heureux de revenir tous les jours, car nous savions que nous continuerions à profiter du barbecue et de la piscine, bénéficiant d'une belle vue sur la vallée. Je recommande vivement cette maison et je remercie les propriétaires pour le super accueil.

Tolles Haus in super Lage. Man sollte allerdings über ein robustes Auto verfügen, da die Zufahrt zum Haus nicht die beste ist. Vermieter sehr nett. Gerne wieder

Fantastic property, location and hosts

What a lovely place to stay for a week in South Corsica! Near to the airport and only a short trip by car to Bonafacio and Porto Vechio, it is a great base for traveling to the old towns as well as to the wonderful mountains and beaches. The property itself delivered on every level. It is very spacious inside and well laid out. This and the creative decor of the living area and bedrooms all added to the feeling of relaxation. As for the outside, the view is just incredible and, thanks to the extensive selection of sun-loungers, chairs and tables and even a giant bean-bag, it can be enjoyed from any position on the large patio. The bbq facilities, cabana/bar area and ping pong table are also great for outdoor entertainment. The hosts had thought of everything in terms of amenities, even parasols for the beach are available. Another real treat was the bread man who comes every morning with the fresh croissants, baguettes and other boulangerie treats in his van! The hosts were lovely from the moment they met us at the town hall to escort to the property. Nothing was too much trouble. We would fully recommend Casa Matteu for small or large groups, although you won't want to leave! Thank you for a great stay.

SOMPTUEUX

Nous avons réellement passé de très belles vacances dans un cadre idyllique.Les paysages sont merveilleux et les couchers de soleil....somptueux. La vue de la piscine est à couper le souffle. C'était notre 4 ème séjour en Corse mais le premier sur Figari, et nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la beauté des plages et des criques ( surtout celles qui remontent sur l'OUEST: Plage de ROCCAPINA, plage d'ARGENT, MURTOLI, TIZZANO etc....) et ce, loin du tumulte et de l'agitation saisonnière. Nous souhaitons également remercier très chaleureusement Robert et Linette ( les propriétaires) qui ont grandement contribué à faire de nos vacances un moment inoubliable, merci pour votre gentillesse et votre bienveillance. Nous étions 2 familles, 4 adultes et 4 enfants ( entre 8 et 13 ans). Les Bretons du TREGOR et de ST MALO.

Casa Matteu : un petit coin de paradis

Casa Matteu is perfectly located to be conveniently close to the airport (without the noise) and almost equidistant from Bonifacio and Portovecchio where all the most beautiful southern beaches are. We really appreciated the villa, very well equipped, the swimmingpool with an impressive view at sunset, the bbq and, last but not least, its owners, M. et Mme Ceretti always ready to help but in a very tactful way. In conclusion we enjoyed a lot our holiday in Corsica.

Petit coin de paradis

Un grand merci pour l'accueille chaleureux de Line et Robert. Villa de rêve, spacieuse et confortable pour 8 personnes. Piscine avec une vue imprenable et coucher de soleil. Livraison du pain tous les matins à 9h00 devant la villa, c'est un petit plus. 20 minutes en voiture des plages de rêve. 5 minutes en voiture de toutes les commodités ( supermarché, poste, pharmacie, restaurant, médecin) Enfin petit coin de rêve.
