Falcao da Monanha (300m2) offer its residents a design typical to that of the more modern Portuguese architecture using large, open areas to accommodate a large party of people.

Being fully furnished to a very high standard, this villa has 4 bedrooms (for a party up to 8), 4 bathrooms, a large and open living room as well as a large kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances and access to the heated (surcharge) private swimming pool.

As for entertainment within the confines of the villa, the option to enjoy a large collection of newer movies on a 55" 3D LCD TV and/or a huge 125" (2.8 meter) high end HD projector screen with the sound from a high end surround system 7.1as well as using the Playstation 5 on the TV or the 2.8 meter screen with many games.

You'll be able to use a free to borrow Ipad within the confines of the villa

There are 3 TVs in the villa, as well as there being two Apple TVs as well as there being a wireless sound system in the villa.

You'll have free access to internet 100Mb at the villa.

In the basement you'll find a pool table and a dart board.

Parking area for +5 cars if needed.

A big BBQ area is located at the terrace outside the kitchen

Stay at Falcao de Montanha

Very well equipped house and nice area, with only 10 minute drive to the beaches of the Lagune. Especially the beds were very comfortable and we found the habit, that the former guests leave a few useful items like coffee pads, coffee filters and toilet paper etc., very nice.

Wonderful holiday

Wonderful spacious villa, with everything you could want for. Grandchildren loved the pool and was unit every day. Location was a little remote and a car is a must. Host left loads of information on places to visit. Loved Obidos and Buddha Eden Many thanks to Robert for a great holiday

Fantastic House!!

Best equipped house I have stayed in. It was a pleasure to come back to it every day. The pool and darts room is excellent and the home entertainment room is incredible with the cinema screen. Very modern house and Robert’s recommendations on restaurant and places to visit were very good. Would have loved to stay longer!!!

Great stay

We stayed at the house for two weeks, it is spacious, clean and has all kinds of utilities, everything you need is there and more (game- and tv/movie-room, bikes). The house is in a nice village, close to Caldas da Rainha, Obidos and the beaches, you definitely need a car to get around, but hey, that goes for the most of Portugal. The owner responds quickly to questions and issues and the local staff are also helpfull. There are no real negatives to the house, just some wear and tear after over 10 years of use. We would definitely recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Fabulous place to stay

The photos don't do this house justice.... it was much bigger than I expected. Prior to arrival Robert sent lots of information about the villa, checking in details and useful details about the surrounding area. The house was spotless and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. When not lounging by the pool we went to the fabulous local beach and ventured further afield to Nazare and Peniche. Evening were spent enjoying the local restaurants, as well as making use of the cinema room and pool table. We all loved this house and we are already trying to sort a date to go back next year!!!

Villa avec tout le confort et bien plus. La villa est spacieuse et super bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien et nous a permis d occuper le temps de chacun a tout âge. La piscine est chauffée ce qui permet une baignade a toute heure. La villa est idealement bien placée, avec un accès rapide aux grands axes routiers, la plage a proximité a pied pour les marcheurs ou en voiture a 2 min, lisbonne a 45 min et petite ville a 5 min en voiture avec tout les commerces nécessaires. La villa se trouve dans un coin tres calme et paisible.Nous y retournerons sans hésitation

Der Check-in funktionierte problemlos; alle Informationen darüber sowie Tips für Anreise und Umgebungs-Tips wurden rechtzeitig und ausführlich vorab übermittelt.Die Villa ist riesig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein kleines Problem mit der Elektrik im Wohnzimmer wurde umgehend gelöst. Der Pool ist groß, sauber und wohl-temperiert. Mehr als genug Handtücher (auch Strandhandtücher) waren vorhanden und auch die sonstige Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig.Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten leise und reibungslos. Wir können die Villa unbedingt weiterempfehlen und bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei den Gastgebern.

Huset var super fint, og stort og havde et bredt udvalg af underholdning. Huset lå i en lille by så der var meget stille og roligt. Man skal have en bil for at bo der, da man skal køre til alt. Huset var pænt rent ved ankomst og super fedt at de forrige lejere havde efterladt nogle ting vi kunne benytte os af. Vi vil klart anbefale dette stille sted til en familie med børn.

Belle maison moderne avec tout le confort et l'espace

La casa es tal como se ve muy limpia,para mi los colchones algo blandos.el proyector, el billar y la bañera hidromasaje todo un valor.perfectos. Cocina muy equipada,Robert perfecto a pesar de estar en la distancia y lo mejor la piscina calefactable porque en la zona suele hacer fresco. Mejorable el aspecto de alguna mampara de baño ,y los colchones si te gustan algo duros

Nous avons passé un bon séjour, la maison est très bien meublée et équipée, seul bémol les parasols qui ne fonctionnent plus et le four qui crée un court circuit ; les environs ont été bruyants durant nos deux semaines. Beaucoup de choses à visiter aux alentours.

Nous avons passé des super vacances dans cette magnifique villa contemporaine. Il y avais tout pour faire la Cuisine, jouer dans la piscine chauffée, une tour de vélos ou bien amener des chaises et ballons sur la plage. Le voisinage super aussi ... Super bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Je recommend a 100%

Why they chose this property

After my first golf trip to the Portugal, I Robert fell in love with the country and all it had to offer. The culture, cuisine and the amazing architectural (not to mention the golf courses) design we stumbled upon was simply to amazing, thus I decided to invest in a house. 2012 this dream became a reality and I couldn't be happier

What makes this property unique

At first my intent was not to purchase the house, but to visit and experience the surrounding area.

I stumbled upon this house and found it was a thing of beauty. What I viewed as being out of my league, with its modern spacious area in wood, white immaculate masonry.

What greeted me once I stepped inside was an amazing staircase with two 3-5 meter high windows illuminating it.
An amazing living room with its many windows providing a excellent lighting on its wooden floor and fireplace.

4 large bedrooms, 3 of them with balconies.

A lovely Master bedroom with such features as an "En-suite" bathroom and a walk-in closet.

The large, social open areas and the lighting in the white painted rooms are what stands out as welcoming features.
