Avenida Suite La Concha is a modern and calm apartment, with an excellent location. It is situated in Libertad Avenue, the main commercial street of the city, located in the very centre, very close to La Concha Beach and less than 5 minutes away from the Old Town.



This fully furnished apartment has been completely remodelled using first rate materials and equipment. It has been decorated taking care of even the smallest details mixing modern and classic styles. It faces a wide and bright patio and it is situated on the second floor of a building with an elevator. There are two double bedrooms, a modern lounge-dining room, two en-suite bathrooms with wide shower tubs and a spacious open plan kitchen equipped with top-range appliances and complete kitchenware. The main bedroom has a double bed of 160 cm and the other one has two single beds of 90 cm.



It is perfect for a small family or for two couples that are looking to spend their holiday in San Sebastian in an accommodation located in the city centre and very close to La Concha Beach. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a public parking 100m away.

Excellent Apartment in best location

The apartment is in the best location downtown one block from the beach and close to all the shopping and restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to old town and many buses just at the door. Very well equipped kitchen and nice modern bathrooms. The only improvement needed is a new couch in the living room.

Apartment was in a perfect location. We had all of the amenities we needed in the apartment it was very well equipped and maintained. Check in was extremely smooth thanks to Gabriel, he was very attentive and was happy to help in any way that he could. We would definitely come back and stay again!

Excellent apartment, very central and quiet. 5 minute walk to old town. Only problem was that you cannot see what the weather is like from inside the apartment. All windows look into an enclosed courtyard. At least this keeps out the street noise.

A very modern, spotless clean apartment. The decor seems brand new and the bathrooms very roomy and well appointed. The large shower heads are particularly good. Location right next to the beach and 2 mins walk to public underground parking. Only drawback is that there is no outlook from the windows and might get hot in summer without air conditioning.

The apartment is very nice and clean. Recently remodeled. It’s was perfect size for us to stay with 2 kids. Execellent location!!!! Walking distance to most of the spots in the city. Close to restaurants and shopping. There is a great market 3 minutes from the apartment for grocery and fresh local produce. Booking was easy and got fast response from all the emailed I sent. Highly recommend. I had great experience staying here. Can’t think of any improvements.

Great location. Short on amenities- no condiment’s very limited toiletries. only 1 towel each for 5 days, no beach towels or beach chairs. From photos thought we had a long balcony with ocean view but that was nor the case. No balcony, no ocean view. Very stuffy n warm. That said the bathrooms were fantastic and it was great to have the living room and dining room in addition to the small bedrooms. The host was great! Highly recommend.

Great location and space for families

The property is located near the beach and a short walk from parte viaje. The apartment felt secure and had a lot of storage for luggage and clothes. It was spacious and had nice bathrooms. It was a bit stuffy, however, even with the windows open and floor fans. There was no air circulating and it was very warm. Also, each guest only had one towel and one pillow, so we had to do a load of laundry during our 6-night stay. We also had to bring/buy our own beach towels and umbrella. The bathroom sink for the larger room did get backed up over the weekend, but the property manager came with a plumber to fix it Monday morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this location.

Wonderful stay in San Sebastian

Fabulous apartment in fabulous location. A hop skip and a jump to restaurants, stores, train/bus stations and to the beautiful La Concha Beach. Great service! Because we missed our train, we had to reschedule when we would arrive and the Manager was very accommodating. The only issue we experienced was related to the apartment temperature. Although there were numerous fans throughout the apartment, because the weather was unseasonably hot the temperature in the apartment was warmer than we would have preferred. We would highly recommend this rental unit.

Perfect location in San Sebastian

Our family of four stayed here and really enjoyed it! Communication with the property manager was very good and the check in and check out processes were very easy. He gave us a lot of information on the area and also put us in contact with a surfing school. The apartment is very clean and as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent - a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to San Sebastian.
