APARTMENT WITH INDEPENDENT ENTRANCE TO OSIMO IN PRIVATE HOUSE WITH GARDEN
OUR VILLA IS LOCATED IN THE OVERVIEW OF THE FRACTION OF ABBADIA DI OSIMO, JUST 5 MINUTES BY CAR FROM THE HISTORICAL CENTER. ALWAYS LOCATED IN A QUIET AREA, AWAY FROM THE CITIZEN CHAOS AND SURROUNDED BY THE BEAUTIFUL MARCHIGIANA COUNTRYSIDE, OUR HOUSE LOOKS ON THE MAIN ROAD OF THE VILLAGE, FOR WHICH IT IS AN EXCELLENT STARTING POINT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO VISIT OUR NOS. A FEW MINUTES FROM THE CENTER OF OSIMO CITY WITH GOTHIC / ROMAN MONUMENTS AND FAMOUS FOR ITS UNDERGROUND CAVES, A FEW KM FROM THE MOST BEAUTIFUL VILLAGES OF THE MARCHE: CASTELFIDARDO PATRIA OF THE ACCORDION, LORETO WITH ITS SANCTUARY OF THE MARIAN LEOPARDI, A BEAUTIFUL CITY OFFICE PERCHED AROUND ITS MEDIEVAL CASTLE, CAMERANO AT THE SLOPES OF THE CONERO. DO NOT FORGET THE BEAUTIFUL RIVIERA OF THE CONERO WHICH IS ONLY 12 KM FROM US, REACHABLE IN JUST 10/15 MINUTES. THOSE WHO WANT TO STAY IN OUR HOUSE WILL BE ABLE TO ADMIRE A PANORAMA AS FEW, TO THE EAST THE SEA AND THE CONERO MOUNTAIN FROM WHICH THE RIVIERA TAKES THE NAME, TO THE SOUTH THE LOOK SPACES ON THE SWEET HILLS OF THE MARCHIGIANA UNTIL THE CHAIN OF THE SIBILLINI MOUNTAINS ON THE BOTTOMS. OUR HOUSE HAS 2 LARGE BEDROOMS: ONE DOUBLE WITH BALCONY AND ONE WITH TWO BEDS WITH POSSIBILITY OF A THIRD ON REQUEST, PRIVATE BATHROOMS FOR BOTH ROOMS. A LARGE LIVING ROOM WITH DOUBLE SOFA BED, A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. ALL ROOMS HAVE MOSQUITO NETS. THE HOUSE IS SURROUNDED BY A LARGE GARDEN WITH GAZEBO AND LAYERS FOR REAL RELAXING MOMENTS. THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY FENCED FOR THE SAFETY OF CHILDREN, FREE CAR PARKING WITHIN THE COURT. FREE WI FI IN ALL THE STRUCTURE.
