We have another apartment in the same building with capacity for 4 people (Santa Catarina's Loft).

Super Easy and Convinient

We were only in town for 3 days but could have spent a week using this apartment as home! The bathroom was great and clean, the bedroom was comfortable and the living space made for a great area to relax. The proximity to everything that mattered was great and we had no issues with noise. The best part was the communication from the manager, she greeted us and provided us with recommendations throughout our trip! A great place to stay!

Excellent location. ON major shopping street with lots of restaurants and sightseeing nearby. Apartment needs a little space for luggage - we used the floor. Couldn't figure out how to open the sofa bed so third guest slept on it as a sofa.

Great location and decent apt!

Great location close to town - everything is walkable. Communication with host was good and easy - host was also helpful with suggestions (we also had to find parking for car). Couple of things that could be done to improve - there was a musty smell in the apartment and it looked darker than pictures show. In my opinion, the wall art is really bad - should be replaced to improve the overall look and feel.

Great location - property needed maintenance, poor host responsiveness

We loved the location of this property and the roominess of the apartment. However, we found dirty walls and doors, baseboards pulled away from the walls and other needed maintenance, stained duvet covers that were too small for the beds, and minimal provisions such as toilet paper, towels, garbage bags. The host rushed through our check-in with insufficient information and the next day responded to our requests by saying that day and the next were his days off! Didn't know there were days off in the vacation rental business!

Grande déception à notre arrivée, car l'appartement est très sombre, peu de luminosité. Vue sur un mur à 2 mètres.Tâches de transpiration ou d'urines sur la literie et les draps. Vaisselles douteuses !!! 3 petites cuillères pour 4 !!! La table est branlante. Communication difficile car la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parle pas français, malgré que sur l'annonce il était précisé qu'ils parlaient français !!! Cela ne nous a pas empêché de re-découvrir Porto et de profiter de notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville.

Localisation idéale pour harpenter les rues de Porto. Déçus du manque de luminosité et du manque de propreté avec pourtant 65 euros prélevés automatiquement pour le ménage !!

Problème avec un canapé lit cassé. Pas de ristourne et réparation tardive !

Dès la 2eme nuit, le canapé lit s'est cassé et malgré notre message le lendemain matin et après insistance, un agent est venu le réparer. Mais, j'ai dû dormir par terre 2 nuits, dans un logement sombre où il n'est pas possible de savoir quel temps il fait dehors... Une compensation a été demandée. En vain, pour l'instant ( mais je n'y crois pas vraiment, notre hôte n'a pas donné de réponse).

Appartement silencieux a 2 pas de tout. 2 étages (avec ascenseur) et nous sommes sur la rue Sainte Catherine , on ne peut plus vivante. Spacieux et très bien équipé. Le seul défaut : très sombre, mais nous n'y étions que pour la nuit...

Große, düstere Wohnung im Zentrum

Wir sind toll empfangen worden, die Abwicklung war reibungslos und die Wohnung ist wirklich groß. Obwohl sie im 2. Stock liegt, hat sie allerdings kaum Tageslicht und ist normal wohl eher schlecht zu vermieten. Wir konnten von innen nicht feststellen, dass es draußen nieselt. Was das Licht angeht täuschen die Bilder extrem.

Great host and the location!

Very clean apartment, excellent location. Our host Ricardo was great at explaining the town. Don't forget to Ask about the third key nice and friendly guy. Worth the stay.
