La Font, Pollensa Fabulous 4 bedroom villa with pool 10 min walk from the center of the charming village of Pollensa with its beautiful shops and high quality restaurants.
Besides being surrounded by a landscape of natural beauty, this beautiful house is equipped with all the comfort to spend a wonderful holiday in Mallorca.
are distributed in 2 plants
The ground floor has a large covered porch for accessing the property to a living room, large and well equipped kitchen, has a large pantry, dishwasher, washing machine etc, on this floor we also have 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. From this floor there is access to a large terrace with clear views of Calvario and the Pollensa mountains.
It has a maximum capacity for 8 adults plus a child / baby.
Prices include cot and highchair, the rooms are mounted with sheets and towels for each guest.
Next to the pool there is a covered BBQ with oven, and a toilet with shower for outdoor use.
The beautiful pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden with wonderful views of the mountains

Stunning property, outside space is incredible. Hosts were fantastic and so amenable. Easy walk into pollenca and access to shops and beaches.Some parts of the property are tired but adds to rustic charm. A couple of additions such as plastic cups/plates for children and more plates cups etc would have been excellent but did not take away from our amazing time. Would recommend and plan to come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Family Holiday

There were 4 generations of our family staying at the villa and it was perfect. The baby twins, the 6 & 8 year olds and their parents had the entire upstairs and the grandparents and great grandparents had the downstairs bedrooms. We cooked most evenings using the kitchen and/or outside cooking area. The nearby supermarkets being extremely convenient and well stocked. We spent all of our time outside in the pool and covered seating area. Highly recommended, we loved it ❤️

Amazing garden

Garden pool and outdoor living amazing.Day bed outside needs removing as close to collapse. Owner very quick on responses to questions.Booklet needs more info on using the outfoor kitchen. Needs to say more promiently that cannot drink the tap water.Needs sign at end of the track as not easiest to find. Overall good value for money. Great location. 16 minutes walk to Pollensa and 10 mins in the car to porta pollensa

Nice but pricey

The villa was nice but I felt the photos in the advert did not fully reflect the property and were very ‘kind’. The house was nice, air conditioning was very effective and the pool was welcome on the hot days. The kitchen was fine but could have benefited from more utensils, rubbish bags and kitchen towels . The location was ok and you can walk to Pollença in about 20 mins . It would be impossible to stay here without a car. Overall we had a nice time but I think the property is overpriced.

Pool and ping-pong in Pollensa

The outdoor space is the selling-pont for this house - a big grassed garden with plenty of loungers, large warm pool with inflatables, ping-pong table, outdoor kitchen with gas hob, BBQ grill, pizza oven and sink, large comfortable covered terrace. Just bring insect repellant to enjoy it all more. The house itself is comfortable with a/c in all bedrooms and the living room; enough kitchen equipment for a good self-catering holiday and very useful dishwasher and washing machine. All this and you get sheep and goats as neighbours while the centre of Pollensa is a flat 10-15 minute walk away (depending how hot it is!).Plus communication with Mercedes before and during our stay was excellent and friendly.

Poorly Maintained Villa

The photographs of this villa were clearly taken a long time ago - it was tired and poorly maintained. Air conditioning was broken in one bedroom and remained broken throughout. Outside bathroom had an ant infestation and was full of cobwebs and white mold.

Disappointing for the money

The villa was very tired and was also quite dirty. There were broken sun beds, a very unsteady day bed, with no sun protection as per the photos, a parasol that didn't work, and only one pillow each in the main bedrooms. For almost £4K I expect a lot more. The villa is also not marked from the road and so tricky to find. Luckily the air con worked well. For this money some nice touches would have been appreciated, a welcome note, perhaps at least a bottle of water in the fridge.

Unzumutbare Unterkunft – Schlechte Zustände und mangelnde Abhilfe

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war eine große Enttäuschung. Gleich zu Beginn war die Feuchtigkeit in den Räumen stark spürbar, besonders problematisch für uns mit einem Baby. Die Vermieterin erklärte, dass dies bei Regen im Herbst normal sei, und empfahl, den Kamin zu nutzen. Hinzu kamen wiederholte Stromausfälle, verschmutze Betten, Matratzen und Handtücher, defektere Waschmaschine verschimmelte Außenmöbel usw. Das größte Problem waren die mehrfach verstopften Abwasserleitungen. Irgendwann waren die Toiletten komplett unbrauchbar, und Abwasser trat aus. Trotz des Einsatzes einer Rohrreinigungsfirma blieb die Situation unbehoben, und wir mussten mit nur einem funktionierenden Bad für sechs Personen auskommen. Die Vermieterin bestätigte, dass die Verstopfung außerhalb des Hauses lag und wir keine Schuld trugen, unterstellte uns aber trotzdem fälschlicherweise, Feuchttücher oder Windeln falsch entsorgt zu haben. Diese Behauptung entsprach nicht der Wahrheit. Außerdem ist anhand einer früheren Bewertung klar, dass das Problem bereits vor unserem Aufenthalt bekannt war. Wir können diese Unterkunft aufgrund der schlechten Zustände und des unzureichenden Umgangs mit den Problemen keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.

Kaputte Möbel, dreckiges Zubehör

Poolzubehör kaputt, Schubladen im Bad und Küche kaputt, Wasser im Bad läuft nicht ab, Kamin in der Sommerküche hat keinen Zug, Vorhänge auf der Terrasse gerissen und voller Schimmel, Sofa auf der Terrasse kaputt. Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig, alles was nicht kaputt war, war verschmutzt.

Estancia en Pollença

Hemos pasado una semana toda mi familia , 9 personas. Espacio suficiente para todos, con habitaciones con aire acondicionado por lo que hemos podido dormir bién a pesar de las altas temperaturas. La piscina ha sido un recurso muy importante de distracción sobretodo para los pequeños. La situación cerca de las playas de Pollença ha sido perfecta

A good week

Pollenca Villa

We loved our stay in Pollenca and the villa is ideally located close to Pollenca town, port Pollenca and Cala Vincenc beach. We travelled with 2 toddlers, who loved the sheep in the fields next door and kittens that visited us daily. The villa is clean and well laid out for 2 families. The outdoor cooking area and pool were great. The only thing that we would note for improvement is that the outer grounds are a little overgrown, which limited the space for the children a bit.

Tolle Finca mit gemütlichem Ambiente des Aussenbereichs. Von dem Loungesofa überblickt man entspannt den Pool und die Grillecke. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin verlief äußerst unkompliziert und freundlich. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Im Sommer bestimmt ein Traum

Die Villa ist wunderbar. Leider hatten wir sehr viel Pech mit dem Wetter und waren daher auf Heizung (und warme Duschen) angewiesen. Da mussten wir bis zum vorletzten Tag drauf warten, weil offenbar etwas zwischen Verwaltung und Techniker falsch lief. Also außerhalb des Sommers darauf bestehen, dass das Objekt vorgeheizt ist.

Lovely relaxing stay

Lovely property with lots of nice seating areas and lovely pool. A couple of things were feeling a bit tired like draws coming off in the kitchen and a plumber had to come out to fix the toilet when it stopped flushing but the owner got that fixed immediately and we were really impressed with her response to that. Communication throughout was really good considering we had to move the holiday 4 times due to covid and the owner was very very accommodating to all the changes which we really appreciated. We had a lovely stay, in this lovely villa which was a great location to puerto pollensa, close to two big supermarkets and a really nice restaurant within walking distance. Would recommend

Perfect for family holiday

We stayed as a group of 7 (4 adults plus 3 under 12s). The villa was very clean and communication with owner was excellent. We'd had to postpone because of Covid in 2020 so were glad that we were able to move it to 2021 amicably. The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk to Pollensa town and also about 10 minutes walk to a large supermarket. There is also a bus stop approx 5 minutes walk which can take you to other destinations. We didn't hire a car so used taxi for large supermarket runs. The garden is peaceful with a lovely view of the mountains. We enjoy cooking so the outdoor kitchen with gas rings and BBQ was well used, much nicer than having to be indoors. The kitchen itself could use a little more equipment but this won't bother you unless you are really into cooking. We didn't really spend anytime indoors other than sleeping and washing! The WiFi was good enough and we were able to sign into Netflix/Disney on the TV to keep kids amused. I would certainly stay here again, it is a great base for Pollensa and the surrounding area. No rental car needed. We spent many hours around the pool having fun and relaxing!

Wonderful holiday!

We have just returned home following a week at La Roada. It was lovely! The villa is spacious, we had 4 adults and 4 teenagers, all comfortably accommodated. We spend most of our time outside - the outdoor facilities are perfect, lovely clean pool (which was checked/maintained midway through our stay) lots of sun loungers and lovely shaded areas for sitting and for eating/cooking. We found the villa to be spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is air-conditioned, which was much appreciated! The villa is a 10-15 minute walk into town, 10 minutes to the outskirts, where there are some lovely restaurants, 15 minutes to the town square and market. The owners of the villa were great, informative, easy to contact and quick to respond to queries. I would recommend staying at La Roada, perfect for a family holiday.

Lovely family holiday

Very easy experience to rent and good communication with manager. The property is slightly tired inside but overall very spacious, clean and well kitted out. Worked really well for a big group with children and bedrooms are split over ground and first floor. The grounds are lovely and the swimming pool was fab. Easy walk into Pollença old town which is what I was really looking for. Not more than 10 minutes right into the centre of the town which is lovely. Overall a fantastic holiday and I would come here again.

Great Villa and location close to the village

We spend may holidays in mallorca for cycling, this villa was perfect for me and my group of friends cycling around this wonderful island The accommodation was perfect and spacious for all of us The kitchen is great very well equipped and out side area is great too We enjoy walking to the village for dinner or a drink in the evening Pollensa has a great atmosphere we will come back to mallorca maria is a great host and has many nice villas for holiday we like it very much!

Excelent villa for holiday with all my family, we had a very nice wellcome pack with fruits and juice we loved it It was very hot and we swim in the pool. Mallorca in spring is very nice and we walk everyday to the town for a nice meal or a drink The beach is only 5 min drive The house is fully equipped and the BBQ area was our favorite !!
