About this property

House studio with CHRE Annex on fenced garden, arborr

Charming cottage with exposed stone bungalow surrounded by a beautiful garden with trees and well insulated, including a living room with a sleeping area and a bathroom. A second bedroom with a bathroom addition, included in the main building, just opposite the house. Maisonnete the studio was made to nine in 2009 with taste and care. The garden offers plenty of space: meals, relaxing in the sun or in the shade of the trees, in a quiet and secure space. The interior equipment such as exterior has been designed to ensure comfort, relaxation and leisure. We are available on the site to meet all your needs.

Or group found this home to be perfect. We have stayed in Antigua many times and loved the location. A nice neighborhood feel and close to many nice restaurants. The home was well decorated and comfortable. I was concerned about noise from the street but this was not an issue. Thanks Sandra for being such a responsive host.

Es war ein sehr ruhiges Haus mit Anschluss an die Vermieterin . Der Garten war sehr schön und lud zum verweilen ein. Die sanitäreinrichtungen erfüllten ihren Zweck. Leider war der Strand doch relativ weit entfernt. Der Ort selbst hatte wenig Flair.

Une arrivée sous le soleil un départ sous le soleil même si ce n'était pas des vacances mais juste un pied à terre nous en avons bien profité. Notre hôte était agréable et disponible l'équipement est suffisant et on a pu profiter des extérieurs avec au choix bbq ou plancha. A renouveler !
