The property was recommended by my pickiest friend who stayed here last year for four days. She had no complaints, and neither do I -- only praise for the apartment and Pasquale, the agent. He was very helpful with our check-in and answered questions throughout our secen day stay. We loved the central location and walked everywhere to museums, shops, and historic sites. There is a well-stocked grocery store on the ground floor with sandwich and gelato shops adjacent to it. The views from the terrace are indeed magnificent. Pictures cannot do it justice. Spacious, comfortable, friendly. We plan to come back. Thank you, Pasquale!

Location and rooftop view - everything was excellent during our stay. The view from the rooftop was spectacular, and the 87 steps to get to our apartment on 4th floor was worth it and a nice counter to the abundance of daily pasta we consumed! Our host was welcoming and informative. We did have a minor miscommunication on the meeting time and our apartment was not available until 4 pm due to delay with the cleaning service.

Gem of a property in the heart of Florence.

The rooftop truly has the best views of the city. Well worth the walk to the top floor. We loved staying in the city with so many places of interest just outside our door. Very clean with comfortable beds.

Fantastic rental

FANTASTIC 3 bedroom apartment with a beautiful view of the duomo for your coffee in the morning of your glasses of wine in the evening. We had a couple minor issues while we were there and the people who manage the property were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Best views in the city!

The apartment has so much room and space. Perfect location and best patio/views in the city. We loved staying at this property and would certainly stay again. Booking managers and staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Miss it already.

Wonderful Apartment - Amazing Rooftop Terrace

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in a superb location in Florence. We were only a few blocks from all the major sites. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we wanted, but the best part was the amazing rooftop terrace that overlooks the city and makes you think you are right next to the Duomo.

This apartment is right in the heart of Florence! And the view was spectacular. The only downside was the 86 stairs. I obviously needed to work more on my cardio before vacation!

Second Time, just as wonderful as the first time...

We returned to this apartment a second time having stayed last October 2023. The terrace, with it's 360 degree view of historic Firenze, the apartment's pleasing old world charm decor with its high ceilings and it's central location drew is back. The terrace, morning, noon, and night, provided a magical getaway from the very busy October crowds. We would definitely return again!

Unforgettable View and Elegance in Florence

One of the most memorable properties we’ve ever stayed at as a family. Perfect location halfway between the Duomo and Uffizi. Very elegant living room and bedrooms…with fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful host and check in process. But the real story: the incredible 360 degree view from the rooftop terrace. Worth climbing all those steps! This is our new home in Florence…we’ll always come back!

Old World Charm Interior with Amazing 360 Views of Everything that Florence has to Offer!

We would highly recommend this residence. The terrace is incredible with 360 degree panoramic city views that capture the history of Florence. Its centralized location, minutes away from the Duomo, Piazza Signoria, Piazza della Dante Alighieri, the Mercato, was perfect as after some sightseeing, we were able to return to the premises, enjoy time on that amazing terrace, freshen up and then go out again. Evening views from the terrace were magical. Pleasing interior decor, well maintained and clean, wonderful bedding,,,we will definitely return!

What a view!

We loved our time staying at Dante. The location is hard to beat and the view of the Duomo from the rooftop is worth the climb of multiple flights of stairs each time we left or returned to the apartment. The small supermarket downstairs was very convenient. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of five adults - the bedrooms were a generous size and our adult children would happily retreated there for some quiet time. We would happily stay again as long as everyone was fit for the stairs!

In the heart of it all in Florence

This apartment was an absolute gem in the heart of Florence. Only 15 minutes walk from the train station, we were truly in an ideal location and close to all that we wanted to see and do. The apartment itself is spacious and beautiful, and our family (including 3 teenage boys) was incredibly comfortable here). Best of all is the rooftop view of Brunelleschi's Duomo. We enjoyed many cups of caffe and glasses of vino taking in this amazing scene. If I ever make it back to Florence, I would not stay anywhere else.

Wonderful Florence Sojourn

My daughter and I stayed in this lovely,spacious apartment in a neighborhood that had everything we could wish for near at hand. Shopping , dining and a market were just downstairs. There are many stairs but Giuseppe carried our bags for us was very welcoming and informative. The decor was truly Florentine and the rooftop terrace provided breathtaking views. We could easily have had four more people with us as this was a truly spacious apartment. All in all one of our favorite part of our Italian vacation!

Lovely central apartment

Lovely spacious apartment, pictures are quite accurate and it feels very authentic. Rooftop is fabulous with fabulous views, the umbrella is missing though so it’s quite hot if wanted to eat/sit up there. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need though I don’t think you’d want to attempt cook a big meal in there (no need when there are so many restaurants nearby!) The stairs to the apartment are quite steep so not suitable for everyone. Location was very central and the supermarket downstairs is an added bonus. We enjoyed our stay

The absolute most beautiful place in all of Florence

The location of this absolutely perfect beautiful place could not be better. You are in the most incredible neighborhood and at every turn you are facing the duomo. The restaurants and shops steps from the air b and b are perfect. You can do anything and get anywhere from here. The air b and b is huge with lots of space for many travelers. And by far the most amazing spectacular thing I’ve ever seen is the upstairs deck with views that you can’t see from snuwhwr else in the whole city. We sat out each night and drank wine and watched the sunset. Everything about this place is above and beyond your expectations. Do not stay anywhere else.

View of a lifetime

We loved our location. In the heart of Florence we found a spacious accommodation. Everything we needed was right downstairs. A market, restaurants, gelato, etc. The five flights of stairs were not for the faint of heart but we did it each day. We basically lived comfortable for 8 days. We were walking distance to everything. The rooftop terrace was amazing. We enjoyed drinks and appetizers up top when weather permitted. I will say we did have noice A few nights with partying going on. It didn’t deter us however. A very good place to stay if you can handle the stairs and we did! Thank you.

Beautiful and almost perfect

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The terrace was amazing. One downside was related to the the weather. The air conditioning didn’t work well and it was over 37 degrees. Also the safes didn’t work. But it was amazing.

Amazing location and apartment

It goes without saying that nights on the terrace with the view of the Duomo, listening to live music from the surrounding neighborhood with a glass of red wine is one of our most amazing experiences and we did this every night at this apartment. The location is perfect. Do not bring x-large luggage as you do have to climb stairs, but it is worth it to have the rooftop. Giuseppe checked us in smoothly and timely and was an incredible resource during our stay. He was unbelievably helpful at every turn. His attentiveness and immediate responses were so helpful and he made us reservations at the last minute when we needed them. This is a wonderful apartment and is unbelievably well run. We loved it! We were steps from everything including a grocery below us to easily stock the apartment.

The Center of All The Action

We loved our condo in Florence. It all started when the property manager and his associate were there to greet us. They were warm and friendly. Their English was much better than my Italian :). They showed us around and made sure the condo was set up appropriately. You have three full bedrooms and three full baths and plenty of room. The only warning I will give you is that this condo is on the top floor....it is 86 steps to the top. You better be in good shape. The climb is worth it. On the ground floor there is a full market for anything you may need which was spectacular. You are in the center of everything. The Duomo and the Palazzo Vecchio and very close. There are multiple restaurants and shops close by. You cannot lose by renting this property. One HUGE bonus is the sun terrace that provides the best view in Florence. We sat up there every evening and drank the wine we purchased from the vineyards we had visited that day. It does not get any better.

Beautiful but lacking decent A/C in a couple rooms

We loved the accommodation and were completely overwhelmed when we first walked into the location. The balcony view was breathtaking and we went up for dinner every evening. The decor is amazing throughout the whole space. It was very convenient to be able to do laundry while there and we found most things that we needed in the kitchen. The beds were firm but comfortable. Plenty of space for the six of us. Unfortunately, we discovered that the very large living room and the largest bedroom were not as cool as we would have desired. I would not recommend staying there if you aren’t used to the heat of Florence in the summer. The small bedrooms were comfortable and the AC units worked well. I spent a lot of effort communicating with the owner and the man who checked us in through the property management to fix the situation. They did admit that the AC unit in the living room was weak and needed repair. I asked for a small refund to make up for our dissatisfaction and time spent but got no response from either of them. In order to keep the other areas cool, we had to close all the doors and shutters and curtains at all times. Again, we loved the space, it’s gorgeous, but we just weren’t able to cool down when we needed to in the main living space so I can’t give it 10/10.

Very nice, centrally located apartment

Very clean, large apartment on the top floor. There are 86 steep stairs up to this apartment, more than we anticipated. We were there for 4 days and it was tiring after a few days if we went back and forth. Inside the apartment, it is approx. 12 more stairs up to the terrace where the view of the Duomo is incredible.The bedrooms on the right side of the apartment are directly above a restaurant. It was noisy enough to keep us awake several nights. We used background sounds on our phone after the first 2 nights and were fine. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The beautiful bathroom that was pictured was out of order and locked so no bathtub was available. We had the bedroom with the on suite and the bathroom was older and very small. We were disappointed in that. There are 2 other very nice bathrooms at the front of the house, although far away from the bedrooms which family used.The property manager was very nice, met us for our check in. We had an issue with one of the toilets not working, messaged and he had it fixed that day. It rained really hard one night and we woke up to leaks in the living room. I messaged him and he never got back to us. We put pots where it was leaking and cleaned it up. Beds were comfortable. There was coffee in the kitchen in the morning, There is a grocery store right beneath the apartment which was very handy. Overall I recommend this apartment if you are fine with stairs. Great location too!
