Barlovento está convenientemente situado cerca de la piscina lado oeste. Entrar por el porche abierto equipado con mecedoras para su disfrute. We enjoyed our stay! The pictures of the house are very accurate and the finishes and details are all very high quality. We only wish the weather would have cooperated better! We will be back!

Perfect start to Summer!

Most satisfied VRBO rental ever. House description and pictures were accurate. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of space to be together or separate into smaller groups. Kitchen is well equipped. Very easy walk to the beach. Pool is one block away. Management company was there to greet us at arrival and checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well.

Homeowner's collection took our concerns seriously and Bridgette made us feel valued. Our stay at Toes in the Water was incredible. We had stayed here in the past, but the cottage is completely renovated, and is gorgeous! We enjoyed many wonderful sunsets from the top deck, comfortable beds, and close to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!

A Beautiful Home and Perfect location

The birds nest tower was so awesome to see gulf views and have breakfast or happy hour.! We actually were moved to Toes in the Water after our first house had construction going on, and I’m SO THANKFUL we got this house. Lots of space to relax and the bed was super comfy. We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful home, short walk to the beach was a plus. Thanks to Homeowners Collection for helping us out and making our vacation experience a fantastic one, they are first class. Would definitely stay here again!❤️

i was not that impressed and do not think it was worth the cost

The home interior was gorgeous, very clean and equipped with comfortable furniture including cozy beds. The renovations were beyond expectation. The home was beautifully appointed with nearly everything accounted for. Easy access to the beach, neighborhood pool and town while preserving some quiet. Convenient parking. The kids loved the tower bunk room. The only disappointment was a lack of outdoor furniture on screened porch and tower balcony but we made good use of the porch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. What a beautiful place to pass some time with the ones you love.

Great location, house needs some work

We come to seaside 1-2 times per year and always try and stay close the the square. This house is perfectly located only a couple minutes away from the square and beach. The oustide of the house is super cute. The inside of the house needs some work. The house was not properly cleaned. There was dirt and stains on all the stair railings, the bathroom corners were dirty, the sofa needs to be cleaned or replaced. The rugs were also very dirty and need to be replaced. The wood floors are in rough shape and the outdoor patio furniture needs to be cleaned or replaced. I was disappointed in the overall cleanliness and freshness of the house. It just needs to TLC and a makeover. A vaccuum really needs to be accessible and a new broom. The microwave sticks and you basically have to yank on the handle for it to open. We had a good time and made it work but I had to get some cleaner and wipe everything down myself. The property management company was awesome and I liked them coming to check on us. Overall I would stay here if again if the house got a makeover on the inside.

We come down to that area once or twice every year. We've used Homeowner's Collection in the past, and in the past, we had a good experience. This time, my mother in law had difficulty checking in. No one would answer the phone. The property had problems - ants in the kitchen sink, we saw a few roaches. We called, and someone dropped off ant spray, but that's it. The remote control was all taped up - wouldn't work half the time. Dirty washcloth was in the bathroom. The table outside was so dirty - not sure if it had ever been wiped off. I don't know if its because the property was for sale, but overall, the quality of rental is going down, while the price is going up. We would think twice about using Homeowner's Collection again. It was a very disappointing experience.

Cozy Vacation Home for a Week at Seaside

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Windward was a great home for us for a week. There were 6 of us in the home, and we felt we had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is very small, only fitting 1 person comfortably. The house was well-maintained, the beds are comfortable, and the views from the top floor are gorgeous. Visiting during the pandemic was a bit challenging. Seaside is doing a great job with rules for masking, but lots of visitors weren't following the rules unfortunately. We cooked all meals in, which made the kitchen size especially noticable.

Great location, little details lacking

The location of this house and views from top floor are great. Decor is nice and beachy. I see a remodel is planned for fall, which would be good. The microwave is hard to open-I kept jamming my finger against the cabinet as it finally sprung open. The refrigerator doesn't have good storage for wine-we had a bottle stored in the door, and when my husband opened the door, it fell out and shattered. The fan on the screened porch doesn't move the air and the table is too big for the space and people can't sit around it on all sides. The deck on the top floor had only 1 chair, though 2 chairs and a table are pictured. The drapes are down in the living room but the black screws remain. The coffee table in the living room and the bed on the top floor appear not to be assembled very well-they creak and move when you touch them. The second floor shower is small and doesn't have a ledge for shaving. We had a great time, but for Seaside prices, we would prefer a little more finish on the details and a bit better ability to use all the spaces in the house, including the decks.
