Vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes du massif de la Grappa au Lagorai, accessible par un véhicule adapté pour traverser les 2 kilomètres de route non goudronnée pour atteindre la cabane, à 900 mètres d'altitude.
Chalet alpin récemment rénové, entouré de prairies verdoyantes et de bois de la pente Sovramontino du mont Avena. vue panoramique sur les montagnes environnantes du massif de la Grappa au Lagorai, accessible par un veicule adéquat, Altitude 900 mt.

Molto accogliente

Personalmente non ho avuto la possibilità di godere della piccola vacanza, ma i miei amici hanno detto di essere stati benissimo, baita comoda con tutti i confort, forse unico neo, la terza camera sul soppalco, dall'alto si affaccia sulle altre 2 camere, diciamo che la privacy non è il massimo, ma se la compagnia è buona non è un problema, nota di merito al Sig. Luciano, anche se ci siamo sentiti solo per telefono, persona squisita, disponibile e ci ha accontentati al massimo sul soggiorno, nonostante la mia defaiance, che dire, alla prossima occasione ci ritorneremo. Grazie di tutto

Buongiorno e grazie delle sue cordiali parole su Baita Agaz e per me, la sua osservazione sulla "privacy" dell'area notte è giustissima, la baita è nata proprio con lo spirito di un tempo, quando si dormiva praticamente tutti insieme in una grande stanza, li non é così considerando le pareti divisorie ma lo spirito voleva essere lo stesso. Spero di poterla conoscere un giorno perché anch'io devo dire che ho parlato con una persona cordiale e gentile. Grazie

relax in natura

gradevole località, panoramica, isolata, ma in pochi minuti si arriva nei paesini vicini. Ottimo coi cani che possono girar in ampi spazi e godersi la libertà. Vi sono sentieri e stradine sterrate che portano rapidamente sul monte Avena con notevoli visioni paesaggistiche. Altri luoghi unici facilmente percorribili a piedi. E si è lontani dalla confusione turistica.

Oase der Ruhe mit traumhaften Blick

Wenn man Sehnsucht hat nach Ruhe, Natur und Entspannung, dann ist die Baita Agaz mit ihrem traumhaften Blick genau der richtige Ort. Luciano, der sehr liebenswerte, hilfsbereite und stets freundliche Vermieter, dem es so sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich in seinem Traumhaus wohlfühlt, vermietet eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Natur. Liebevoll eingerichtet fehlt es an nichts und sobald man die 2km Anfahrtsstrecke durch den Wald gemeistert hat, kann man an einem traumhaften Ort für sich sein und die Seele baumeln lassen. Dir, Luciano, noch einmal lieben Dank für alles und vor allem dafür, dass wir solch traumhafte Tage dort verbringen durften! Tina & Jürgen & Stephan & Susanne

Kurzurlaub Ende Mai

Eine sehr schön gelegene kleine Almhütte abseits jeden Trubels. Wundervoll zum Entspannen. Die kleine Hütte bietet alles was man benötigt und ist liebevoll ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Luciano Reato ist sehr warmherzig und man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir hatten mit ihm während unseres Aufenthaltes immer wieder Kontakt per WhatsApp und er erkundigte sich danach, ob etwas fehlt oder er etwas für uns tun könne. Vorbildlich! Wir haben in der kleinen Hütte eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. In diesem Sinne: Mille grazie Luciano e a presto!

Wirklich dem Himmel nah.

Die Lage des frei am Hang stehendes Hauses bietet eine grandiose Aussicht. Umgeben von Bergen zum Greifen nah, mit Blick auf die kleine Stadt Lamon. Die zwei Kilometer unbefestigte Straße nimmt man gerne in Kauf. Der Hausherr geht mit viel Elan auf seine Gäste ein. Er gibt Tipps für Ausflüge und stellt Kartenmaterial zur Verfügung. Er ist stets darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir hatten bei herrlichem Sommerwetter eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche.

Luogo pieno di pace

Una baita molto accogliente e calorosa. La vista sulla valle è mozzafiato, bello vedere come il tempo cambiava. Il proprietario è simpatico, disponibile e alla mano. Consiglio vivamente Baita Agaz per un soggiorno rilassante.

Wonderful place for family&friends

Baita Agaz is a very private and remote place with a lot of space in and outside the house. On the ground Floor you find a very big and well equipped kitchen with two big tables, almost to feed a whole company. If it is cold, two wood-stoves will keep you warm and make it a very cosy home during your stay. Everywhere you look, you find lovingly arranged details, all the equipment , the toilets, the showers in the house is of high quality, partly the furniture is antique. On the upper Floor are 4-5 bedrooms (for max. 10 persons), two of them are accessible with a steep ladder. You should know that all the bedrooms are, in a way, connected to each other as the rooms have no ceiling but only the Roof. If possible you should definitly try the Barbecue outside, dry beechwood is provided. But above all we have to mention the unbelievable hospitality of Luciano, who tries to make your stay as comfortable as can be. As it is a remote place in the woods it is to be mentioned that the access following a bumpy forest track is not too easy (but Luciano tells you how to manage it safely) and the electricity is provided by solar panels. So in order not to run out of electric power be aware to save energy where it is possible.

Fantastisch huis op een geweldige locatie

Leuk huis op een berghelling met een schitterend uitzicht op het dal en de omringende bergen. De eigenaar is een hele aardige behulpzame kerel. Als je er van houdt om lekker in de middle of nowhere te zitten dan is dit huis een geweldige keus. We realy enjoyed out Stay. Wonderful house and a beautiful view.

Paradies für Insider

Eine Wiese im Wald, Sicht auf viele Bergketten und Dörfer, absolut still und von Blumen umgeben. Ein tolles Haus mit gemütlichem Innenleben und reichlich mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Versteckte und wilde Zufahrt. Ein ganz und gar hilfreicher und überaus freundlicher Wirt Luciano. Was will man mehr? Länger bleiben oder wiederkommen!

Liebhaberhaus für Liebhaber

Für Liebhaber von Ruhe, Natur, Aussicht und Berge der ideale Standort. Dazu gepflegtes Inneres und Äußeres und ein denkbar liebenswürdiger und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Für uns eine Traum-Ferienwohnung! Die Zufahrt, wenn täglich, schön aber gewöhnungsbedürftig für das Fahrzeug.
