Excellent apartment in Rota, with pool, Wifi and garage

The apartment is almost new since we have only used it to spend a few weeks in the summer months.
You know, parquet floor, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds.
If you come with a baby, let us know and we will prepare a small travel cot for you to be as comfortable as possible.
The living room has a great sofa bed for 2 people.
Full bathroom, with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
Full kitchen with all appliances and utensils to make you feel at home.
Flirty terrace with unbeatable central view of the pool.
One step away from the best beach in Rota, of course with the EU blue flag, and if you like Golf, 10 minutes by car from one of the largest golf clubs in Europe. , located on the beachfront overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

When we arrived was Rafa at the appartement and show us the appartement, it looks great. He walked with us so we can see how everything works. In the fridge stoot wat beer and cola, in the bedroom wa what candy’s it was a clean and light .beds are great, everything we need was there. And make us have a great vacation Thanks Rafa

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, limpio y ordenado. La zona es tranquila y tiene todos los servicios necesarios alrededor. La playa está cerca para ir andando. El apartamento estupendo.tiene de todo incluso un paquete de rollos de cocina, botellas de aceite, todo tipo de detergentes y para el lavavajillas, aparatos pata los mosquitos, una terraza con buena orientación, una piscina estupenda sin aglomeraciones, a 10 minutos andando al centro y otros a una estupenda playa. En resumen Tofo perfecto.

Great apartment within walking distance of everything

Die Wohnung ist mit allen erdenklichen Dingen ausgestattet, die für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt werden.Sie hat einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Swimmingpool. Sie ist sauber und gepflegt und hat eine gute Lage in Rota.Rota ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung des Südens Andalusiens, z.B. der Städte Cadiz,Jerez , Sevilla und Umgebung.Der Vermieter war freundlich und hilfbereit.

Apartamento cerca de la playa y del centro urbano, a 10 minutos andando. La piscina imprescindible. Supermercado y otros comercios muy próximos . El propietario nos ha recomendado excursiones y actividades por la zona.

Apartamento ideal para pasar unos días de relax en la playa.Muy buena ubicación, tanto del centro como de la playa. El apartamento parecía nuevo,estaba muy limpio y es tal y como aparece en las fotos. La piscina,muy tranquila y de buen tamaño.Ideal para familias. A destacar la amabilidad de los propietarios y las facilidades dadas. Gracias Rafa seguro que repetimos.

Lo recomiendo, buen piso y bonito lugar

El piso muy bonito y acogedor, tal y como viene en el anuncio. Muy limpio y no le falta de nada. Tiene wifi y si vais con bebes, muy bien, pq tienen cuna y trona. La cocina completamente equipada, los dormitorios igual y el salon tambien posee un sofa cama. Su terraza con vistas a la piscina. Urbanizacion tranquila y bien ubicada. Cerca tiene varios parques para los niños. La playa, si vas andando, solo hay q bajar una avenida, unos 10'. Tiene cerca el mercadona y carrefour, algunos bares, un macdonals. Y el centro andando esta a unos 15 o 20 min. Rota tiene buen ambiente. Y tambien tengo que decir q por parte de los propietarios un trato excelente, una familia maravillosa. Al año que viene, pensamos repetir.
