Great Holiday

The property was exactly as described. Everything we needed was provided. It was very comfortable and suited our family very well. The outside space was great, including the pool and the hot tub. Tiphaine was very helpful when we arrived and Benoit (property manager) was accommodating especially when the pool needed cleaning. The view from the terrace and the pool was fantastic and I shall certainly miss it!! Only one slight problem was the air conditioning wasn't working in the bedrooms but for us it wasn't a major problem as it was fairly early in the season. I would certainly recommend this property and I hope to return in the future.

Photos are few years old

We choose this house for the heated pool and jacuzzi but it has neither. And hasn’t had so for a long time. The photos are not at all a reflection of the actual situation! The pool is cold and jacuzzi retired a while ago. Also the house is a bit outdated and not as clean as I would like.

A fuir absolument : annonce erronée

Arrivés à 16:30 le samedi nous avons quitté le lieu le dimanche à 10:00 La piscine annoncée comme chauffée affichait 17degres (période mi septembre) Le jacuzzi présent sur les photos et choisi comme critère de recherche était totalement vide et hors d’usage. De plus une odeur de tabac froid envahissait le logement. Il est impossible de gérer soi-même la température ambiante car les télécommandes des climatiseurs ont été retiré afin « que les clients ne fassent pas n’importe quoi et que cela consomme de trop » au dire de l’hôte. Nous avons accepté le samedi soir la proposition de remboursement de la part de l’hôte (remboursement effectué le samedi soir) et avons quitté les lieux le lendemain matin comme convenu! Vacances totalement gâchées! Nous sommes pourtant habitués de ce principe de location depuis beaucoup d’années! C’est la première fois qu’un tel désagrément nous arrive

Geweldige locatie, huis enkele minpunten

Geweldig huis met uitzicht over de hele vallei. Landelijke inrichting, voorzien van airco, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Siliconen in de douches zijn aan vervanging toe, het ziet er niet netjes uit. Jammer genoeg, geen verwarmd zwembad en een kapotte jacuzzi.

Landestypisches Haus mit unschlagbarem Ausblick

Super gelegenes Haus mit Blick über das komplette Tal. Landestypische Einrichtung, klimatisiert, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Toller Pool und sehr schöne Lage sowie Umgebung. Silikon in den Duschen müsste erneuert werden, sieht nicht mehr so toll aus. Terrassenbeschattung fehlt. Generell zu empfehlen, eine sehr schöne "Ecke" Frankreich.

Pourrait être un endroit merveilleux mais

À l’arrivée, l’intendant nous annonce que la piscine sera inutilisable suite à des orages… 1ere mauvaise nouvelle … Petit tour du propriétaire et la maison me paraît vétuste au premier abord. Ensuite, l’on nous annonce que la climatisation est gérée par les propriétaires et qu’il faut les contacter pour la diminuer !? Aucunement mentionné dans l’annonce … Ensuite, viens au tour du Jacuzzi ! Il n’était plus possible d’utiliser le panneau de commande et il fallait y aller au petit bonheur la chance ! D’autant plus qu’il fonctionnait 1 fois sur 5… Le point de non retour qui nous a fait cherche une autre logement est l’état de vétusté du bien et la propreté. Bref, nous avons cherché un autre bien dans les 3 heures après notre arrivée. Merci Abritel pour le manque de support et la perte de nos frais de réservation !

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Die Lage und die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gut erreichbar. Der poolbereich sehr schön gemacht. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Immer wieder gerne!

Fijn verblijf met prachtig uitzicht

Het huis ligt prachtig en is goed geoutilleerd. Fijne bedden, beddengoed en handdoeken. Prima wasmachine en droger, fijne BBQ. Er zijn nog wat werkzaamheden buiten niet af. Kijk ook goed naar de verdeling van slaapkamers en badkamers, één van de slaapkamers is echt voor kinderen, alleen toegankelijk via de ouderslaapkamer en de gezamenlijke badkamer. Het zwembad was niet verwarmd, de reden die hiervoor werd gegeven was dat de pomp kapot was, maar hierop werd weinig actie ondernomen. Met de dreumes van één jaar dus niet gezwommen helaas.

Bien mais pas top : Une annonce qui n'est pas à jour et qui manque de précisions

Une demeure fonctionnelle permettant une indépendance à ses occupants car dotée de 2 salles d'eau et d'une salle de bain dans les différentes chambres qui la composent. Une vue dégagée à couper le souffle dont vous pourrez profiter sur une belle terrasse. Cependant, très surpris et déçus de constater à notre arrivée que la piscine n'était pas chauffée et qu'elle ne le serait pas ! Cela n'est en rien précisé sur l'annonce !!! Un jacuzzi non fonctionnel qui a heureusement été vidangé par l'intendant pour permettre son utilisation pendant notre séjour. Un terrain de pétanque non praticable car un incendie à ravager les abords de la maison ce qui n'est pas précisé non plus. Les photos ne sont pas à jour. Les canapés et la literie devraient être changés. Les couverts devraient être complétés car seulement 6 petites cuillères par exemple, une essoreuse à salade scotchée et un aspirateur qui n'aspire quasiment pas. Le barbecue n'avait pas été nettoyé avant notre arrivée et aucun équipement prévu à cet effet, des toiles d'araignée dans certaines pièces. En résumé, vraiment déçu de ne pas avoir pu profiter des prestations évoquées au sein de l'annonce mais il ne manque pas grand chose pour faire de ce lieu un havre de paix en précisant la période durant laquelle la piscine est chauffée. Cela fait partie des critères de choix lors d'une réservation et nous avons été trompé sur la marchandise en ce qui nous concerne ce qui n'est pas correct.

Leider ist das Haus schon sehr abgewohnt. Auf der Terrasse fehlte der Sonnenschutz. Mit einigen Kleinigkeiten hätte es man alles schöner gestalten können.

Leuke woning enkel zijn er wat mankementen aan het huis zelf die verholpen hadden kunnen worden. Airco is aanwezig maar niet zelf te bedienen wat jammer is en waardoor iedereen om 7u wakker schiet door het opspringen van de airco. Locatie is ook iets buiten Beaumes zelf waardoor er altijd met de wagen naar de bakker of winkel moet gegaan worden.

Une terrasse au top pour cette maison dans les vignes avec une vue magnifique, piscine parfaite . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’ombre du grand pin devant la maison en ces temps de canicule ! Maison un peu vieillotte mais néanmoins agréable

La villa, la piscine, les environs très agréables mais cependant quelques points négatifs. Personne pour nous accueillir à notre arrivée le premier jour. Le jacuzzi en panne depuis des semaines alors que l'on m'avait confirmé qu'il serait fonctionnel . Le barbecue incroyablement crasseux , une 1/2 heure de nettoyage avant son utilisation. la fenêtre des toilettes du rez-de chaussée dégoûtante, toile d'araignée et autres.. pas d'indication concernant le nettoyage final dans l'annonce. suggestions: nettoyage de la villa en profondeur avant la saison.

We stayed at this house for a week in May 2019. The views are stunning. The air was crisp and cool and so clean and refreshing. The house itself if very nice and roomy. The pictures represent it well. We could have used a few more towels and soap. Travelers need to be aware that all the shops in nearby Beaumes-de-Venice close everyday from noon till around 3-4 pm. Restauants close midday but reopen for dinner.

WC qui ne fonctionne pas (1/3) porte de douche sans roulettes, mobilier du salon qui ne correspond plus à l'annonce, débarra extérieur peu esthétique pour l'accueil, jacuzzi qui fonctionne mal, plus de canis sur la pergola bref plein de petites choses qui gâchent une semaine de vacances malgré une vue imprenable et une piscine très agréable.

Nous avons adoré cette semaine en Provence dans un cadre enchanteur !

Nous avons découvert la région qui est superbe avec activités multiples (balade tout en haut des Dentelles de Montmirail, coucher du soleil et pique nique au Mont Ventoux, balade dans les gorges de Toulourenc, parc Wave Island et bien sûr tous les jolis villages aux alentours) le matin ou en fin de journée, tout en profitant de la maison qui est isolée en hauteur de la vigne avec une vue magnifique de la piscine ! Nous avons pleinenement profité de la piscine, terrasse et déjeuners /dîners dehors. Le lieu est magique, les extérieurs très agréables à vivre, la pièce principale avec cuisine est pratique. En revanche l’interieur de la maison mériterait d’etre rafraîchi avec une deco un peu plus moderne et récente... et un petit coup de peinture aussi à l’extérieur ne ferait pas de mal ;-) Mais cette semaine en famille a été très réussie et ce grâce à un espace de vie très agréable, seuls sans vis à vis, et une vue sur la campagne superbe ! Le personnel d’accueil très accueillant et serviable.

Schitterende locatie aan de viet van de Mont Ventoux

Wat een heerlijk huis! Super gastvrij ontvangen. Schitterend gelegen vlak nabij Beaumes de Venise en Caromb. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor dagtripjes naar mooie plaatsjes in de nabije omgeving. Maar ook heerlijk vertoeven op de lokatie zelf. Heerlijk zwembad en goed verzorgd huis met veel ruimte. Kortom een geweldige plek! Eigenaren zeer gastvrij en kwamen ons een hartelijk welkom heten. Dank voor de goede zorgen.

Gorgeous location and lovely spacious feel but need more sunbeds and the bunk bed room off the master room has a shared bathroom without a door and the beds are a little too small and cramped for adults. The pool is not heated and was surprisingly cold inspite of hot weather. Had to ask for pool towels

Very nice owners, a roomy house with light and an awesome view over the valley. Ideal house for family holidays. We did not know the Mont Ventoux area was that attractive ! It is worth coming back. We love riding an we had great tours in the Mont Ventoux Area.
