Family holiday

We had a great stay in this lovely bungalow set in pretty gardens with two nice pools and a tennis court. Good access to South Corsica and some amazing beaches.

Kleine aber feine Villa etwas ausserhalb vom Stadtkern von Porto-Vecchio. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Auto erreicht man einen Einkaufladen in knapp 10min und die Innenstadt in ca. 15min.Die Küche ist klein, hat aber alles, was man unbedingt braucht (Kühlschrank mit TK, Herd mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine).Ein grosses Plus ist der Zugang zu den zwei Pools und dem Tennisplatz im Quartier. Netter Kontakt zu Gastgeber. Es ist von Vorteil, wenn man Französisch kann.Negativ aufgefallen ist uns das Doppelbett im Hauptschlafzimmer, welches etwas hart und durchgelegen ist. Ausserdem sind der Kühlschrank und die Spülmaschine recht laut. Das stört aber nur, wenn jemand auf dem Bettsofa im Wohnbereich schlafen will.Wir würden diese Wohnung aber sofort wieder buchen.

Ein Ort zum Entspannen und dort bleiben

Der Check-In war ganz einfach. Wir haben uns über WhatsApp angekündigt und die Ankunftszeit durchgegeben. Vor Ort wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Küche biete alles Nötige über Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine klassisch und eine für Kapseln.Da wir öfters selber kochen, passte alles wunderbar. Sogar Kühlpacks und Eiswürfel waren vorbereitet.Eine tolle Terrasse - uneinsehbar, da ganz außen - mit herrlichem Blick und absolut ruhige Lage. Der große Pool unten, der gemeinschaftlich benutzt wird ist auch super.Den Tennisplatz haben wir weniger genutzt als gedacht, da es einfach zu warm war und abends die Mücken kommen.Der kleine Strand vor Ort ist abends schön auf ein Glas Wein. der Strand Palombaggio ist mit Auto sehr gut und schnell erreichbar.Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal hinfahren.

Jolie maison de belle dimension avec 2 chambres, vue mer. Jolie terrasse et mobilier de jardin très confortable. Bien équipée (frigo, MO, LL, LV, TV, clim). Excellent accueil à notre arrivée, disponibilité de Stéphane et son épouse (charmants !)Petit bémol : la maison est vieillissante et un "coup de neuf" ne serait pas superflu, notamment au niveau de la salle de bains (douche notamment), de plus, il faudrait que cette maison soit aérée régulièrement car l'humidité se fait souvent sentir (notamment dans les placards)

Un hébergement agréable poche de Porto Vecchio

Logement propre, lumineux et plutôt bien équipé avec une très belle terrasse vue mer. Il est situé dans une zone calme. Marcelle, qui gère l'arrivée dans la location, est aimable et facilement joignable. Le centre-ville de Porto Vecchio est à 10mn en voiture, la zone commerciale à 5mn.Seul petit hic si vous voyagez avec un bébé : le logement n'est équipé que d'un lit-parapluie sans matelas (obligation pour respect des nouvelles normes de sécurité). Donc bébé dort directement sur la paillasse... Je vous conseille de louer un vrai lit (ou juste un matelas de lit-parapluie si ça existe ??) pour le confort de bébé.

Nettes Appartment in guter Lage nah am Meer

Zunächst einmal: ja, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und die "Mini-Villa" war vollkommen okay. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch schon etwas über das Gesamtpaket überrascht. Die Beschreibung war doch sehr viel positiver, als es tatsächlich war. Die Fotos z.B. zeigten die Villa vom Garten aus und einen schönen Pool. Man musste den Eindruck gewinnen, dass man dort "alleine" ist und den Pool für sich hat. Es handelt sich jedoch um eine kleinere Anlage mit mindestens 21 Appartments (kein Wort davon in der Beschreibung) sowie einem öffentlichen Pool. Wir hatten allerdings das Glück, dass wir wohl ziemlich die einzigen Gäste dort waren und tatsächlich sehr viel Ruhe hatten und den Pool für uns alleine. Großartig ist auf jeden Fall, dass man nur wenige Meter zum Meer hat (zu Fuß) und dort direkt ein kleiner "Privatstrand" ist, so dass man jederzeit im Meer baden kann, wenn man möchte. Insgesamt gibt es wohl zwei öffentliche Pools, die zu der Gesamtanlage gehören. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere was den Boden anging. Etwas überraschend fanden wir, dass bei Anreise nochmal EUR 175,- in bar für die Endreinigung sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche fällig waren. Das stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Ansonsten hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, es hat eigentlich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders positiv fanden wir die überdachte Terrasse sowie den offenen Bereich, welcher sehr großzügig bemessen war. Zudem gibt es ausreichend Sitzmöbel für draußen.

Logement bien situé dans une résidence en bordure d'une petite plage face a Porto Veccio. Un peu bruyant en ce moment à cause des chantiers environnants notamment dans le port juste en face et maison en construction dans le voisinage. Logement petit pour 6 mais nous n'etions que 2 , superbe grande terrasse donnant sur un tres beau jardin partagé.

Wij verbleven met ons gezin in minivilla nr. 21 en hadden het erg naar ons zin. De minivilla is uitstekend uitgerust, heeft een heel gezellig terras en tuintje. Goeie airco & parkeren kan voor de deur. Het is er rustig en de zwembaden zijn top! Prima locatie om de regio te verkennen! We hebben erg genoten en raden dit verblijf zonder aarzelen aan.

Parfait !

Nous avons passé 6 jours fin juin 2024 dans cette location avec 2 ados. Nous ne sommes pas déçu, cela correspond au photos, très propre, terrasse agréable, lits confortables. Idéalement situé avec vu sur mer. Proche de la plage Palombaggia et plage Santa Guilla. 40 minute pour cascade DI PISCIA DI GALLU - petite rando de 6km et une grande cascade 30 minutes de Bonifacio . Très bon accueil avec Marcelle, et très bon échange avec le propriétaire. Je recommande ce logement :-)

Lieu fabuleux en famille

Notre petit coin de paradis en Corse. L'habitat est spacieux pour 4 (2adultes et 2enfants 10/5ans) et ultra fonctionnel. On a adoré la plage privée et sa balade, le cour de tennis (raquettes dans le logement, top!). Météo trop venteuse et un peu fraiche pour oser la piscine...on va devoir revenir 😁 ! Ca a été super calme et reposant..terrasse, fauteuil extérieur, jardin, vue sur la mer etc... la proximité des plages et des sites en font un atout. Bref, merci! C'était fabuleux.

Klasse Haus in schöner Anlage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell an schönen Stränden und auch bei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt. Am besten hat uns die schöne Terrasse gefallen und der Garten davor. Dieser lädt zum Spielen mit den Kindern ein. Ein schöner großer Pool, den man mit anderen Häusern zusammen nutzen kann, rundet das sehr gute Angebot ab. Klare Empfehlung.

Très bon séjour!

Mini villa dans une petite résidence très calme, fonctionnelle et assez spacieuse, dans un cadre exceptionnel. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur le golfe de Porto-Vecchio, à 15 minutes des très belles plages de Corse.
